My Listed tickets were sold and now Ticketmaster keeps giving me the run around about my deposit. They meet advising that I had my debit card instead of my bank account. Now they are saying it will take 12hrs to make the small deposits to verify my account. 6 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, still NO small deposits so I may verify my account. My ****k was APPROVED. I will be consulting with our family lawyer and I also have over 37k followers on social media. I will be bringing this to light! I will NEVER PURCHASE NOR SELL ANOTHER TICKET WITH TICKETMASTER . It's illegal how they are holding MY MONEY!!!Ticketmaster Corp

We're sorry to hear of the issues you've encountered with your posting. According to our records, you do not have a debit/credit card listed under "Buying Tickets" Since the event has not taken place yet, you must have a card listed under Buying Tickets just in case the event is rescheduled or cancelled. There must be a card listed that can be charged if the buyer requests a refund, due to the event being rescheduled or cancelled. When the card is added, make sure to check the box at the bottom of the page where it states (If I sell tickets, this card may be charged to refund the buyer if the event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled).
Once the card is added, it will take the system several days to update. Once updated, your payment will resume processing. To receive the payment sooner, we suggest changing from your bank account to your debit card. When a debit card is used for the payout method, you will not need to verify the two small deposits. -MeredithReview fromRon L

Purchase tickets to a concert. Decided to sell the tickets.i sold.the tickets almost two weeks ago.and still.have not been paid. After holding for an hour, a lady came on with a baby screaming in the background telling me it would be another 7 days. Still have not been paid. This is completely unacceptable i did the ****k form which I was never told.about until.after I sold the tickets I don't want your money? I want my money please. Please just pay me. Don't worry, I won't buy or sell again on your site or be a bother to you again.Ticketmaster Corp

Poor customer Service, very deceptive practices on resale tickets. I had a lot of difficulty, with purchasing the tickets, then they resale without being specific about, then no customer service, just machines answering. The website didn't work often, it is very hard to get help from someone and people were not very helpful when I did get a hold of them. Further, one of the events I had tickets I tried to get a refund because now I have to install a new app to get someone else tickets.Ticketmaster Corp

Ticketmaster no longer provides customer service *******. Apparently they think they don't need to. I sold tickets through their website that I still have no been paid for and it's impossible to get ******* for this issue. My next move will be to file a complaint, but one thing is sure...I will never buy tickets through Ticketmaster again. If that means no concerts for me, then so be it. Purchase tickets to a concert. Decided to sell the tickets. Tickets have been sold. Was told I have to fill out a ****k if my ticket purchase is over $600 which it is not. Still filled it out either way. I have problems with my social every year when it comes to filling my taxes I have to prove my identity each time. Explained to the chat and through email my verification was not successful and explained the problem to them, and all I would get told is use a different browser, clear off the data. It's not the site I use it's my social number. It's ridiculous all you have to do in order to get a refund with Ticketmaster. Sad this is what you have to use in order to see your favorite artist perform.Ticketmaster Corp

I am sorry for any inconvenience. Tax info submission is required by the IRS not ticketmaster.
I see you bank accepted the funds today. They should post it to your account very soon.
To ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax reporting laws, Ticketmaster collects taxpayer information starting with your first completed sale even if that sale does not meet the $600 threshold. If you ultimately do not reach the threshold in a year, you will not receive a Form 1099-K from Ticketmaster. Reporting requirements may differ in some states.

I am so dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of communication. I have tried so many times to talk with someone and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone or on their chat feature. They took $471 from my bank account with absolutely zero notice at all. Not only did it overdraw my bank account but everyone I speak to is no help. If they would have just sent an email or some sort of notice that they were going to be refunding the tickets I sold back to the customer, I would have prepared for the almost $500 to come out of my account. I am so sorry you have not been able to speak with us to address your concerns.
We do include i our terms that we charge the seller to pay the buyer(if a refund is requested). We asked all sellers to add a clawback card under "selling" in the ticketmaster account.
By listing your tickets on our platform you agreed to those terms.
We are, however, sorry if clawing back the funds inconvenienced you.

In mid 2020, I received a credit from Ticketmaster valued at $500 related to a cancelled show. The credit balance is now $380 (I used a portion on a subsequent ticket purchase in 2021) with an expiration date of Nov 1, 2022. The credit code is not being accepted on eligible ticket purchases I attempt to make on the ** website. **'s terms stated at the time the credit was given that it must be used simply for the same type of event, e.g. you can't use the credit on sporting event tickets if the original purchase was a rock concert. Another reviewer **************************** was told by ** that the credit must be used for the same venue, which can't be true since I previously used a portion of my credit on tickets at another venue. Nothing in the terms state this. I have made multiple attempts to contact ** through their virtual chat assistant and through ******* messenger, which appear to be the only ways to contact them (no phone number, no email address), and there is simply no response. Ticketmaster no longer has any customer service to resolve such issues as far as I can tell and I want my money back.Ticketmaster Corp

While Ticket Master does make everything straight forward and easy, the amount of fees and extra add on charges that pump up the ticket price feel practically criminal. Selling my ticket through them was an even bigger horror show and is undoubtedly criminal. After selling my ticket they then held onto the money from the sale from almost 10 months (until the actual time of the concert). This means they had both my funds from the original ticket as well as the funds from the person that bought my ticket and were able to earn interest on it during that 10 month period. I expect this is a huge increase in revenue for them. I also expect this will result in a class action lawsuit at some point in the future. I still don't even know if my money has been released to me even though the concert was several days ago.Ticketmaster Corp

We had tickets for a concert in May of 2020, which was cancelled because of Covid. Ticketmaster said if instead of doing a refund, they would keep our money on account, and donate to nurses during Covid. The credit on account is for $276 2 years later, and I went to use this money. When I went to apply the credit it did not work. I then contacted them. They told me that the credit was only available at the place the tickets were purchased. This was not told to us at the time we decided to let them keep our money. Well, the venue is very small, and only host so many concerts. This venue also did not open until late 2021, so not even a year and they put an expiration date which is November 1, 2022. So there is a rush on this. They did give something that will extend to December 2022, but it is difficult to figure out, and I am having to go to the venue to do things, which is not close to me. They do not have any concerts I'd even remotely go to scheduled through March 2023. I've been going back and forth with them since Aug 2022, and have been given the run around. The length of the conversations is crazy. They will ignore some questions all together. They've ghosted me for 3 weeks. I am so sick of this and have asked for my money back, but they totally ignore these questions. The only way to contact is by chat online. So frustrated, and just want this over, and want my money.Ticketmaster Corp
