      HELP, Ticketmaster *******!!! I purchased 2 tickets to a 2023 concert and I bought the tickets, got a credit card confirmation, then was overcharged over $1,000 on my credit card!!! I have contacted Ticketmaster MANY times and asked them to "escalate" my case to a supervisor. No help and I have never been contacted by a supervisor. They just want to "cancel" my purchase and resell the tickets at a greater price! I have BEGGED them to NOT CANCEL my tickets as it is a 1st Anniversary present for my son and his new wife. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET THIS NIGHTMARE STRAIGHTENED OUT PLEASE??? The latest email told me that if I respond to this email, they will cancel my order and refund me! That is unacceptable and I cannot answer and lose the seats!!!!! HELP!

      Hello,

      We're sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. The tickets purchased were Platinum tickets. Unfortunately, all we can do is reach out to the event organizer to see if a refund can be issued. However, this will void the tickets if approved. We have no way to refund the order without voiding the tickets. We do show a second order placed for the same event which was in the amount of $348.92, however this order is for a different city. Unfortunately, the only way to issue a refund for tickets is to void the tickets. -Meredith

      I bought the concert ticket(******************************************************************************************) very early, yet charged so much higher than the official website(*******************************************************************) would have charged. I paid $350+ per person, for the balcony seat (which worths $108 on the official website). I could have paid $288 for VIP ticket on the official website! This is ridiculous and painful! I'd like a full refund for the 2 tickets I bought, please!

      Created an account and purchased tickets through Ticketmaster.. Hurricane ******************* and destroyed the part of ******* where The Wreck concert is being held. Did not even care to get a refund just switch tickets to the ***** venue. Ticket master rep informed me that I didn't buy my tickets from them so it was nothing they could do. Total bait and switch just to buck responsibility. I signed up with Ticketmaster I purchased directly from their website but now I can't get a solution from Ticketmaster after a NATURAL DISASTER. Unacceptable

      Regretfully, per our terms of use, which you agreed to at the time of purchase, we are unable to process a refund for BlackPink. Official Platinum seats are not eligible for refunds unless the event is canceled or postponed. We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase.

      Pearl *** got it right - boycott Ticketmaster. I will never go to another Ticketmaster show. I bought *********************** tickets in *******. The concert was postponed to a Wednesday! That is ridiculous - I can't go to a concert on a Wednesday night. I cannot get a refund. But, when I try to sell my seats I have to enter credit card info for a potential refund. What? I have to refund others when I can't get a refund? This is absolutely wrong. I want a refund. Period. I will be making a BBB claim.

      This is a horrible company. When an event is canceled, they hold on to your money for up to **************************************************** the meantime, they are making money with your money. There is virtually no customer service, even for large ticket purchases. This is the worst of corporate *******.

      I sold tickets on ticketmaster. They stated that I wait for 2 micro deposits to be sent to my bank account than I would only have to enter those amounts on the web site. Well the web site will not accept the micro amounts. And no one will assist in helping fix the issue. I keep getting premade messages repeated over and over that have nothing to do with my issue. There is no way to speak to a real person either!! My son and I are about to be homeless because ticketmaster won't send the money I am owed. But they sure got there service fee!!

      I bought ticket for ************> Concert was moved to a later date which I can't longer assist. They said they refunded my money but the haven't. Such a big corporation and I cant talk to someone in person, everything is email or chat which I think is a Robot that text you the answers because he doesn't comprehend your concern and gives you the same response over and over again. They told me it will take 30 days to get my refund and they haven't done it. It has been 2 months and 12 days and no refund yet. It was so easy to take my money when I bought the tickets but so hard to give it back to me which I found it fish it. It should be an easy transaction to do what they want is for you to get tired so they can keep your money. This needs to stop and someone needs to do something about it. I'm sure I'm not the only one that is dealing with this and it is stressful.

      I purchased tickets to go to the Ojay show on 09/04/2022. I live in *******, ** I also purchased airline tickets the show was postponed as of today there had not been a reschedule date and they are refusing to issued a refund. I was told that I can resale the tickets but how can I resale tickets if they have not reschedule the show. I contacted my credit card company they refused to give me a refund because they said unless Ticketmaster cancel the event then am not eligible for a refund. This is bad customer service I should not have to wait and see if they can get the event reschedule I should be eligible to get my money back. I will not be able to take off work or buy another plane ticket to come to the show.

      Bought tickets to a *** game, my tickets were grayed out on the app then when calling and speaking to Ticketmaster, they said it was an IT problem and it should be fixed in time for the game when I got to the game Ticketmaster had canceled my tickets and I would've had to re-purchase them and it took them five days to refund the money back into my account and not being able to go to the game. Spent 500 for theses tickets and drove 4 hours away just to find out that wasn't able to go!
