      This business is an absolute pile of garbage. Had an issue and question about a refund they issued me and there is no way to get ahold of any live person. I called the number, it hung up. I try to hit contact **, and there is no link to a live chat of any sort. They steal your money and make it literally impossible to contact them.

      Ticketmaster's customer service is arguably the worst around. I tried multiple avenues to reach out to customer ******* regarding a ticketing/presale issue and, over five hours later, the problem still remains unresolved (despite being time sensitive). The representatives are rude, unhelpful, and do not seem to care at all. I wish more artists would steer clear of selling through Ticketmaster because having to deal with Ticketmaster's customer ******* team is NEVER worth it.

      I wish for a FULL refund! For the concert that I am attending next week, the day that the tickets went on sale back in August, plenty of tickets were being sold at an absurd price for over $1000. So, once I found tickets that Ticketmaster themselves released, I immediately purchased the "official platinum" ticket thinking that it was directly from the site. The ticket ended up being over $800, and just today, there have been more "official platinum" tickets released for just $2XX-XXX in similar sections. I understand that it is "based on demand," but I don't see how it's fair in any way for ticket purchasers who bought the ticket the day it went on sale. With a full week until the concert and the tickets not even being available until October 10th, I don't see a reason on why I cannot receive a full refund. There is plenty of time for Ticketmaster to refund my ticket and resell it on their website as tickets are still being sold every day.

      We have fully refunded your standard tickets in the amount of $644.15 which should reflect in the Visa account used for purchase within 3-5 business days. As for the resale tickets, Ticketmaster does not own the tickets that are being sold by third party sellers or other fans, so we're unable to refund the resale orders, but if you see the sell tickets button in your Ticketmaster account, then the tickets are eligible for resale. -TH

      Purchased tickets, then sold tickets. As advised, I filled in the ****k form. It presented issues in letting me select a TTN, so my money cannot be returned to my account. I would like my transaction concluded. I have emailed several times, opened a chat, which was never answered. I am fed up and will not be doing business on this site again. Buyer beware! Not just bad customer service but non responsive customer service.

      Although, I appreciate my refund being processed, I find it pathetic that I had to go to a third party such as BBB to get a response from Ticketmaster.

      Tickets were purchased through their website and were never transferred to me. I spoke with customer service before the show who assured me they would show up in a third party app before ***** opened. The third party app was axs, I completed every step they asked of me and all information entered into both the ticketmaster website/app and axs website/app were the same. The tickets never arrived in either app and ticketmaster kept my $160.00 while never delivering the tickets. I provided screen shots of both apps showing tickets did not arrive. I asked for a phone call to work through the issues and also if tickets could be emailed to me. They offered no refund and have since ceased communicating. After using ticketmaster for years I will not longer use their services, highly disappointed in the experience and missing the show.

      Bought tickets to Rage Against the Machine in 2020 for almost $400... The concert kept getting postponed, It is 10/3/2022 and I get an email it is being cancelled. The card that it is refunded to is long expired and associated with an account I lost in divorce. Their answer is to first contact institution about a debt card number that is not associated with an account. Then to contact the venue directly which will have NO WAY to refund me because it is ticketmaster that holds the funds. No phone number and automated chat to just keep telling me to do things that will not help and they will just steal my $400... How is this even legal... If this account was active I would file something with the bank but it is not even possible... what has this company become...

      I'd leave a zero if I could. I purchased tickets to an event which I had also purchased insurance for. I came down south COVID-19 and entered a claim for a refund as per their policy. However, I never received any funds back and I'm out all the money I paid for the tickets and the insurance and ticketmaster blew me off like it wasn't their problem.

      After reviewing your account, Regrettably, the promoter is not allowing any refunds on the event.

      I do see you have the insurance as you mentioned.

      If you are having issues with your insurance claim it is best to escalate your issue at Allianz. If you can provide documentation to them they usually will accept the claim.

      I am sorry but there is nothing we can do from our end.

      I bought tickets back in 2019 using the bands presale code and after 2 years of delays the concert finally happened in 2022. So the day of the show I went to the stadium only to find my seats were completely obstructed, nothing was viewable (I was only able to see the sound equipment). I went back to my receipt and my ticket and there is no mention of obstructed view tickets, the cost of the tickets were the same price as the non obstructed view tickets, so buyer beware when using Ticketmaster.

      I ordered 4 tickets at a buy 1+3 price deal. The venue map was kind of confusing as it had one of my tickets labeled in another row. I expressed my concerns about how I wanted my party to all sit together in the automated chat because I can't seem to find a a help line that actually works, and they proceeded to help me swap a ticket which they said would cost $10. They charged me $30. By now I have also contacted the venue office and they informed me that yes the map is confusing, but my tickets were together the entire time. I am confused why ticket master help couldn't have told me that? Now I am waiting for a response yet again as to whether or not they can give me the ticket I had and get my $30 back because my tickets were together THE WHOLE TIME.

      they sell fraudulent tickets. bought some for about $400 and drove 6 to the event and they didn't want to scan bc it was returned and fraudulent, so i had to buy last min tickets a the balcony instead of the level seating so now i'm out another $200. and i've tried contacting them but they would not give me a returned ** they only give returned if the show is canceled.
