I purchased tickets for a Stray Kids concert but it got postponed and so I sold my tickets. I am still waiting for a refund and I am trying to verify my bank account by confirming two small deposits that I received through my bank account, but it does not verify. I have contacted them everywhere on social media but I have not gotten any replies yet. I just want my money back!

      Hi,

I am sorry for the delay in getting your paid. I see the test deposits were accepted by your bank today. If you made changes to your payout info , that will retrigger new test deposits to be sent, invalidating previously sent ones.

You can reach us by chat once signed into your ticketmaster account. Social Media is not our primary customer service channel so it does take longer for replies there.

      Thanks,
      Dain

It is basically impossible to get ahold of someone. I have an issue that I think could be a simple fix, but the only option is to use the "live chat" which is not helpful at all. The number is always busy (I also had to search a lot to find it) and doesn't give a call back option. I tried to find an email but apparently there isn't one. Very frustrating, I just want my event that I spent a lot of money on to go smoothly.

**************** is awful and they do not care. Never sell your tickets on this website. They ask for all this information for a ****, verify checking account and then never give you the money. The website says **** days post the sell and it does not happen, You are out ticket (s) and money and they could care less. Stay away from this place. First and last time dealing with them.

I purchased 5 tickets for a concert in ****** but had to sell them all because I could not longer attend. Each ticket sold for $215, and the 5 tickets total was $1075. I waited 7 days until after the concert to check if I received my payment but had nothing deposited into my bank account, and no emails from ticket master. It's been over a month since the concert. Still no word. Trying to reach out for help is absolutely ridiculous for such a huge company, it's absurd. It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone because there is no phone number. Instead, its a messaging system that can take ***** hours for someone to respond back. I was told that because I paid in CAD, I will get a check sent in CAD, which will take 12 weeks. I've already waited a month and NOBODY from the company ever told me anything about how I would receive the money. Now they want me to wait another 3 months. This is a huge amount of money that they are keeping from me, and would've never paid if I didn't figure out how to contact them. I have very little faith in them that they would even send me this check. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never buy or sell tickets here again and I would not recommend this company even to my enemies. This is a very significant amount of money that the company would've kept for themselves. It's unacceptable and I cannot imagine all the other customers who have sold tickets but the company didn't pay them.

We see that you were added to our check list on 9/30/2022, so you can expect to receive a check within 8-12+ weeks. We can only do direct deposits to Canadian bank accounts for Canadian events as explained in purchase policy. -TH

It was my first time as a student buying tickets on the Ticketmaster website, and I was deceived so much that I shouldn't have been. As officially requested, I would have liked to buy tickets for *********'s concert at the earliest possible time. I purchased the so-called "Blink Membership" and received a code reserved to members buying tickets early on the day of the ticket sale. After queuing for a long time and entering the seat selection page, I found that there was no choice but the Official Platinum ticket, and I could not find any explanation of the "official platinum" on the page. That made me misunderstand that the "official platinum" ticket was the official early bird ticket for this ticketing cycle. So I unknowingly bought what I thought was a rare concert ticket. However, this is a cheating ticket that is several times higher than the regular price!!! I learned a few days later that all users could select more seats without any membership code on the website and even that the price had dropped by half. I contacted Ticketmaster to refund my ticket, but I didn't get any reply, and I found a lot of peopele on the Internet who had mistakenly purchased unreasonable tickets without knowing it. I realized it was a scam, and I was one of the victims. Also, someone found me hoping to grab two tickets with my membership code. Still, the stranger disappeared after learning about the planned scam a few days later and didn't transfer money to me, which meant I bought more extremely expensive cheating tickets. I could have used the money to pay tuition and rent and live, but now it's Ticketmaster's booty. I was angry and couldn't understand everything that was happening these days. Not getting a refund has tormented my life.

I purchased tickets to Pearl *** in ********, *******, ****** on March 29, 2022 via the 10 Club fan presale on Ticketmaster.com. I then sold the tickets on Ticketmaster.com for face value on April 26, 2022 since I was no longer able to attend. I completed the direct deposit and tax information. The concert occurred on September 6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PAYMENT? I cannot find the chat feature, there are no phone numbers listed anywhere, and I emailed Ticketmaster customer service with no response. PLEASE HELP! Ticketmaster ticket sales listing # CP34CCCEA.

ZERO STARS SHOULD BE POSSIBLE I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster for a concert in April 2023 and didn't realize until after the fact that it was an evening I couldn't attend (Easter evening). I spent $201/ticket which included their fees. I put them on Ticketmaster Resale for $350 which was still hundreds less than other tickets in the same Section and Rows, and Ticketmaster added on $80.50/ticket fees on top of that $350; okay, fine I suppose they are entitled to charge service fees to the new buyer... HOWEVER they then proceed to take an additional fee from me of $50.50/ticket (because I haven't paid enough fees already with the original purchase?!) Two tickets have been sold, I received an email from Ticketmaster stating so and after two weeks I checked my credit card for the credit and I see a $1 CHARGE, I'm assuming this is to verify it is a valid credit card, but why a charge and not a credit? And, I now I just found out that I will not be paid for my sold tickets until seven days AFTER THE EVENT in April 2023; so they not only have my money from the original purchase, but now the second Buyer's money, also in hand. They hold it like a ******. AND, finally, they issue a ****-R for any tickets that have a gross sale over $600. If all 4 tickets sell, my gross 'sales' will be $1,198, HOWEVER, I paid $800 for the tickets so my 'gross profit' it only $398, NOT $1,198. That $800 used to purchase the tickets already had taxes paid on it when it came out of my paycheck and should NOT be included in the ****-R to be taxed AGAIN. Ticketmaster lists NO PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL ADDRESS to contact on their website. They RIP PEOPLE OFF and SOMETHING needs to be done. How many more complaints need to be made against this company?! They are a greed driven company who care nothing about the artists not the customers.

UNFAIR PRACTICE OF TICKET SALES !! I was on presale this morning with a presale code and was looking for 4 consecutive seats. Seats disappeared quick and became unavailable so I was forced to only get 2 consecutive seats. Now 2 hours after the presale started, MORE and BETTER seats are available in the SAME section that I purchased my 2 seats for. Presale is a complete SCAM forcing fans to buy crappy seats first then Ticketmaster releases more and better seats 1-2 HOURS later. THIS IS UNFAIR !! Now I'm stuck with higher row seats and only 2 pairs or separated seats because I wasn't able to get 4 consecutive seats to sit with my friends and my friend had to by another pair that is separated from my seats. What Ticketmaster does should be illegal on top of price gouging their tickets based on demand !! On top of this, contacting customer ******* is completely useless. I HATE TICKETMASTER. Will no longer use. No artist is worth having to go through this BS with Ticketmaster.

Please note, that during high-demand sales, tickets are available first-come, first-served, and not guaranteed. In some instances, events on our platform may have tickets that are "market-priced," so ticket and fee prices may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing." The face value price (also known as the established price or base ticket price) is determined by our clients. In many circumstances, face value prices are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the event but prices can, and are often are, adjusted up or down over time. In either case, Ticketmaster collects the face value price and remits it to our clients. -TH
