How a business this big is allowed to continue to act this shady is beyond me. Tried selling a pair of tickets thru their selling option. First, I couldnt see any of my listening on their app and had to constantly use the website. Then, they never sent the verification deposits to verify my checking account to get paid. I was advised to use a debit card instead. When I did switch it, I still had to call them because they still were trying to set it to deposit into the checking account (which wouldn't happen since I couldn't verify it). I call and they tell me to delete an account I already deleted. Then tell me to add the debit card I already added. They then say they have to send a ticket to get it changed but was going to note that I refused to delete the checking account I already deleted and told me to call back in 3 days. Then hung up on me before I could say more. Also, you'll have to ****** their customer service line because they don't have it anywhere on their website anymore. They try to send you to a virtual assistant.Ticketmaster Corp

I bought the Official Platinum tickets when the presale started and when I refreshed the page, the prices were all high. But after a few hours, the price went down dramatically, even the seats next to me dropped down by half. Now people can use half of the price which I paid to get much better seats than mine. This is extremely unacceptable because the website doesn't give you all the seats option when you buy it in the beginning. After you wait for a few hours/days, more seats will open up and it's very misleading because you would think the seats are all sold out - however, that's not the case. When you ask for a refund/cancelation on the website, there is NO SOLUTION!! - even though the concert is a month away.Ticketmaster Corp

I transferred a ticket to my friend, it got lost in transit somehow. Friend can't access it, they can't cancel the transfer. I am about to be out well over $100 because of lack of accountability. This is a terrible company, I'd rather buy tickets anywhere else. Terrible policies, God awful customer service.Ticketmaster Corp

I would not consider Ticketmaster ever again. Here are the reasons: Firstly, TicketMaster's ticketing practices are actually scalping and cheating consumers. The platform itself controls the number of tickets that can be purchased, creating a scenario where there are not many tickets left, and then uses the enthusiasm of fans to trick consumers into buying Official Platinum tickets that are three times higher than the original price. After the rush was over, we found that a large number of tickets were released on the platform at a much lower price than the tickets we had purchased. We have every reason to allege that TicketMaster's ticketing practices are in fact scalpers, cheating consumers and seriously undermining our rights. Secondly, Ticketmaster inflated ticket prices, and Ticketmaster controlled the flow and sale of tickets during the rush process, which exacerbated the tension of the rush, leaving us with insufficient time to read the terms and conditions of purchase before placing an order. Thirdly, after opening the resale channel, we tried to re-sell our high priced tickets through the platform, however, TicketMaster controlled the price of our tickets, requiring us to pay no less than one value, while at the same time, they further lowered the price of their remaining tickets, making the price of Official Platinum tickets much lower than the price of our tickets. This made it impossible for us to sell our tickets. At the same time, we have reason to suspect that he is further controlling the ticket price to make more profit and disregard the rights of consumers.Ticketmaster Corp

I placed an order for ITZY concert ***** in *************** and I can't accept my e-ticket by clicking the link they send to me. I called the customer ******* for several times and nothing works. They rejected to refund me the money so I apply for dispute through my bank. Like nobody knows how to solve this easy problem, just repeat doing worthless work. I need to wait for over 45 days to wait for the dispute, I may just miss the concert . I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW.Ticketmaster Corp

I paid $50 for premiere parking. When I got to the event there were no signs that I could see to direct me to premiere parking. I asked several parking lot staff who were unable to help me, one even told me they had no clue. Another sent me down a street that was blocked off by the police, another sent me to an area that was closed off by sawhorses. Meanwhile I am missing the concert driving around streets in the most dangerous city in ** - ******. Finally someone sends me to the right place but the event attendant won't let me in the lot because he said the lot is full so he can only let in handicapped people. And he sends me right back to where I was before the area closed off by sawhorses. After driving around and asking everyone I could for another 1/2 an hour I wound up paying $30 to park in another lot so we wouldn't miss any more of the concert. When I contacted Ticketmaster afterwards they told me they couldn't refund my $50 because the event was over. Very poor customer service both the night of the event and trying to get a refund. I paid you for a service that you did not provide, why wouldn't you refund my $50?Ticketmaster Corp

If I could I wish to put zero stars. I bought the Official Platinum tickets at such a crazy price. First, they put the official platinum and original tickets together, and when fans refresh for the tickets, it's so easy to pick the official platinum accidentally during the presale process. Second, the price drops so quickly after you buy the tickets. Now people can use half of the price which I paid to get much better seats than mine. Is that ridiculous? The most important thing is there is No customer service at all! After you realize you paid double or even triple the price for terrible seats than other people, When you ask for a refund, there is NO HELP. The only thing they gonna tell you is they don't take responsibility for a refund, and you need to wait so long to get this useless reply. On Sep 13, I purchased two BlackPink Nov 19 *********** tickets (official platinum) on the first presale day, the price was so ridiculously more expensive than the original price. It's not reasonable, the original FLOOR tickets( which can get a more clear view) are about 350 dollars, and the seats I bought were almost 600, without any tax and service fees, this was apparently overpriced. Ticketmaster was the only official platform to sell the BlackPink tour concert tickets, so technically that's market monopoly, which excludes the saying of supply-demand relationship. Not to mention there are so many people trying to resell their tickets. There are so many red dots on the map. To be honest, I just don't see how my seats are "platinum", they don't get the best views and were apparently overpriced. I want a REFUNDTicketmaster Corp

OMG biggest nightmare. I am in ******. Due to last minute emergency, I could not fly to ***** Thursday. I had tickets to ********* last night at *** so I immediately tried to sell them. It would not let me add my debt card as the system would not take my ******** Postal Code - the field is coded to be a numeric field only (is for a Zip code)! They also owe me money for my tickets I sold to the rescheduled Weeknd event in ******* because I was going to *********. I got through once by phone and they kept telling me I had to go to my bank get get my correct banking information! I could not even drop the price of my tickets due to this error to try and recoup some money. In total I am now out $2,500!Ticketmaster Corp

Thank you for your comments. I just verified my account with the deposits made. HOWEVER, my preference was to have the money go back on my AmEx which I store and use to purchase my tickets. This is when I first discovered the Postal Code issue - trying to get paid for my CANADIAN purchased tickets! Go try and add a debt card, indicate Canada - see the field name changes to Postal Code NOT Zip Code, but it is coded to only take zip code (numbers not alphabets).
Now speed ahead to Aerosmith. Why did your system allow me to list the tickets for sale but then would not allow me to edit the price because I did not have an AMERICAN zip code for the payment back to me? If I was able to at least drop the price which I tried to do multiple times, I could of recouped at least half. I think it is only fair I be reimbursed for the price of one ticket, based on your poor customer service - I was trying to get an answer since Thursday afternoon! It was impossible to get a real person, and when I finally did, she did not speak very good English and just kept telling me I put my bank info in wrong to go to my bank. I did not get the TRUE reason until Saturday, the day after the concert - which is apparently that you can charge my Canadian AmEx but you can't credit my credit card, which is absolutely ludicrous!
I have screen shots that show when I tried to drop the price of my tickets, it would not let me. The paying me for the sale could of been sorted out later. AGAIN, I feel some reimbursement for your system's mistakes and terrible delayed customer service should be considered.
