      The worst company. I cant believe they are still running as a business. Thee worst refund policy, the worst customer service (honestly its non-existent), and consistent terrible terrible experiences. I'm warning everyone to never use ticketmaster ever.

      How in 2022 we still have Ticketmaster is BEYOND me. I have had issues purchasing and it keeps saying to call Ticketmaster for help. Wait time, hours. Try the chat, ***** hours. I have tweeted them, messaged them on instagram, sent emails ... NO HELP. I just now finally got someone on the phone since I called immediately at 9AM, he told me the same nonsense that doesn't work and when I asked for a supervisor to get help, he said I'd get a call back with in 24 hours. As I was speaking, he hung up on me

      I have a presale code for 10AM today want wanted to make sure that I can purchase before they sell out, of course that will not happen as the man I spoke to didn't want to help and then hung up on me.

      They are truly the worst company I have had to deal with. They do not care about their customers or even have a clue on what customer service is.

      Update as of 09/26/2022:

      I have gone back and forth via email chat with a Ticketmaster representative. I'm being told the same thing / asked the same questions and nothing has been resolved

      So for (estimated) 2-3 weeks I haven't been able to purchase any tickets and on top of that, now was unable to use my pre-sale for tickets on Friday.

      Sold red hot chilli pepper tickets in November 2021. Even took place and Ticketmaster refuses to payout the amount owed ($1,191.22). They no longer have phone or email *******. ******* asked for the listing number then stopped responding. i cannot believe we let this company still exist in 2022.

      After a week of back and forth they sent payment to wrong account and are now stalling saying they have to figure out what they did before they pay me. This would be hilarious if I didn't need the money. Will be reffering to base legal and will update review.

      After experiencing the always busy ******* phone number, the never answered emails, the useless self-looping customer service website, oh and my favorite, the "Live Chat" with a "***** hour agent response time" , I've concluded that THIS site actually gets more real attention, (if it's actually real) from Ticketmaster than any other source....so hey...just to get jump on you asking me what's wrong....I sold my tickets...I verified my bank account, I did the tax info thing, (twice), and I STILL don't have my money or a response....my listing number is ********, in case you actually care

      Ticketmaster said they'd make payment to me **** days AFTER DATE OF SALE (listed on my email and your website) I sold these tickets on Sept 7th and I've yet to receive my payment into the debit card I provided (I double checked to make sure on my profile AND I've completed the *** form on Sept 8th. To make sure Ticketmaster did not claim I didn't remit the form, I inittiated the form again today (just in case they come back saying the days til payment start today....no I completed on the 8th with email proof. I would normally not go through BBB but your website is horrid in terms of assisting on this matter. It seems it is geared toward more sales making it easier for your company to COLLECT VS actually assisting people. Please explain why?

      Bought tickets and then the concert was cancelled in 2020 because of Covid. Elected to get a credit with 50% more credit instead of a refund. Tried to see the same band in 2022 and that concert was cancelled. The window for using the credit ends October 2022 but our concert season is almost over. **************** is reluctant to help and just confirmed I'll be out over $200. They just keep reiterating credit has to be used before expires. I tried to use it and now there are no more shows to use it for. I can't talk to a person to explain the situation, it's just emailing and they don't understand the situation. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. I wish there were other options than TicketMaster for events we want to go to. I just want to use my credit to be extended so I can use it or for it to be turned into a gift card I can use.

      I would put zero stars if I could. I am never using this service ever again. Whats the point of buying ticket insurance if you make it take 4 months to get a refund.

      We apologize for the trouble. The insurance in not billed through Ticketmaster so any refund issues using the insurance would go through the entity of Allianz Global.

      Ticketmaster is terrible never ever again It sold 2 tickets for a concert On September 16th. I won't get paid till 7 to 10 days after it and I can't get ahold of anyone their customer service is a joke this is a joke so pretty much I'm almost $200 I sold these tickets for. They should NOT be able to do this .

We show that both of the events you sold tickets for have taken place. Your payouts started processing this morning, so they should post to your account within 5-7 days. - Meredith

      Consistent issues in accepting ticket transfers, unresponsive, impossible to speak with a representative, make sure you read the fine print regarding re-sale of tickets you purchase. Would never use if they didn't have a monopoly on the events I would like to attend.

      Their customer service doesn't exist. You cannot contact them, they send you in circles. I sold tickets through them for the Big East Tournament in March of 2022. As of September 15,2022, I still have been paid by them. They send me emails, telling me action is needed so they can issue a Form 1099-K, and I've submitted the requested information multiple times. Yet NOTHING happens on their end. I try to reach someone to discuss this, it's impossible to do such. It's just a big circle with them. The worst customer service experience of my life. Sell with anybody else if you have a chance.
