      I felt they were the most unprofessional and unhelpful customer service agents I have ever dealt with, avoid Ticketmaster whenever possible. Tried to contact them about my tickets to an event not showing up, no answer on any of the customer service numbers that I found online, and I was unable to find the number listed on the website. After calling and getting a busy tone multiple times it finally rang and I was connected. however, the woman was ****, ******, and *********; she constantly interrupted me and seemed to want to make it clear any issues were my fault. She ended up hanging up when I asked if there was a survey I could fill out about my experience. I have never felt so unimportant as a customer than when dealing with this company. PLEASE use Stubhub or Gametime for your tickets as I feel Ticketmaster clearly doesn't respect their customers. Hopefully I will never have to use them again and will forever tell everyone to avoid them.

      I listed my ******** tickets for resale. They sold to someone. Due to Covid, the show was cancelled and I was not refunded. TIcketmaster threatened me to refund the person that the tickets were resold to and only at that point would I receive my original purchase amount back from them. Ungodly amounts of back and forth with customer service, where I told them that i didnt trust TM would refund me after I sent the reseller their refund, and sure enough nothing from TM. This has been going on for almost a year. Please refund me!

      We're sorry to hear of the trouble. According to our records, we were unable to charge you back for the tickets when the buyer was refunded after the event was canceled. This is why your original order was not refunded. However, we do show the invoice was paid on June 27, 2022, so a full refund of $312.55 has now been issued back to your original method of payment and should post within 3-5 business days.

      Of course nothing has posted. Please look at the insane email chain I have where I explicitly pointed out that the original payment method no longer exists. I have another payment method on my account that I recently used. Please put the credit on that.

      I listed my tickets (originally purchased thru Ticketmaster) for sale on the Ticketmaster website. The tickets sold 3 months ago and I am yet to see one *****. I have verified my bank information through their verification process and they have my tax information. That process was completed within 2 weeks after the sale. I have yet to receive ONE CENT of my $600+ money from them! I DO NOT RECOMMEND selling your ticket through Ticketmaster as I believe this to be a scam!!

      I would like a refund for my tickets for Dallas vs Tampa. I would also like a refund for my plane tickets and hotel stay as well. I bought my tickets 6 months before the game and when I got there the barcode would not populate and I was not allowed into the game

      I was completely scammed buying from Ticketmaster on my latest event, avoid purchasing through here if at all possible, their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have EVER experienced. I purchased tickets to an event that were never sent to me, I reached out before the event and didn't hear back, had to buy tickets at the box office and reach out to Ticketmaster to get a refund, they were no help AT ALL and didn't look into it or take my claim seriously at all and when I was told they would escalate my claim they never got back to me. I had to email them AGAIN after 2 weeks and all they said was that they don't issue refunds. I'm sorry but it absolutely ridiculous and this was obviously an error on their end because their were multiple other people at this event who had the same issue and I should have at least been able to get some of the money I paid back.

      Absolutely zero customer service. The phone number is always busy. I tried to use the online chat feature. The automated bot took some basic info, which worked ok, then said an agent would be with me "shortly". Over 2.5 hours later, no agent. The company obviously has zero resources invested in customer *******. I would not use this service again ever.

      I bought tickets, pre-pandemic, for Pearl *** at *** March 2020. The tickets were in my account. Then the show was postponed, but never canceled, so you couldn't get a refund for 2 years. Show finally rescheduled in March 2022 for 9/11/22 at MSG. I never got an email offering request for refund if you couldn't make the new date. And the tickets are no longer in my account. I've been in contact with TM customer ******* via email (because they don't have phone *******) since March 2022 & no one has been able to give me a straight answer! As of August 2022, the rep told me there was a delivery delay for tickets as issued by event organizer and that it would be lifted 9/8/22. Untrue. Or at least it wasn't lifted for my account. I still have no tickets in my account. I'm unable to speak with a person over the phone to get this resolved and the concert is in 2 days!!! I can't even get my money back. No one will help me. This is unethical! They are crooks! I've contacted them via email, *************** *** directly too. I just want my money back. Never had such issues with Ticketmaster before. This is ridiculous. I want my money back!!!

      I sold my tickets to a ******* Cup finals game in July 2021 and still today, Sept 2022, I have not been reimbursed and Ticketmaster still has my $1530 **. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service portal and receive a "contact" number which does not receive incoming calls. I have read hundreds of other anecdotes similar to mine from people across North America who have not been reimbursed after selling their tickets via Ticketmaster. My advice, use StubHub- great customer service and was reimbursed for tickets sold within 72 hours.

      Respectfully, I have received numerous emails from individuals within the "customer service" division at Ticketmaster who have promised to resolve the issue, all to no avail.
      The customer service people have sent me phone numbers, none of which receive incoming phone calls, as part of their "effort" to solve the problem.
      From the research I have done, this is common practice at Ticketmaster and all part of a larger plan to string people along thinking they will actually receive the money owed to them.

      I sold tickets in mid July. For a concert on August 14th and I still have not received my money. He said that they are sending it to escalation team. Which I don't understand why because that is my money that's owed to me. I feel like they are stealing my money.

      Never buy from this company ever. EVER. I'm so sick of big companies switching over to automated non-functional customer service methods like an email form or an automated chatbot. I just wanted to talk to a person to sort out my problems but instead I got passed ******* multiple automated services that were absolutely no help until finally the automated chatbot said stick around for the next ***** hours and maybe you'll get an answer. I'm done. I will do everything in my power to never shop and this joke of a company ever again because I'm tired of spending hundreds of dollars on concert tickets and not even being able to talk to someone when I have a problem. Talk about killing your business for bs profits at the sacrifice of your customer. If you know what's good for you stay away from Ticketmaster and their BS customer service. I know me and all my family will be after this complete lack of customer *******.
