      Ticketmaster purchase experience was extremely poor. I am outraged and devastated. During the purchasing process for Bad Bunny *** lounge experience concert tickets for September 14, 2022, the app offered a filter for a specific *** lounge experience which I used to narrow ticket results. I purchased tickets based on the results of this filter however Ticketmaster is not honoring the full package but only the *** seats as part of my purchase. I tried to address this issue with customer service and they would not escalate my complaint. They said they do not guarantee the full *** access which is extremely misleading and quite frankly, false advertisement. I have returned to the app and somehow the *** lounge experience filter has disappeared which is better for potential buyers. But I truly feel that I am owed the *** lounge experience considering that's what I was advertised into buying through the filter that I used.

      We do apologize, but you bought resale tickets which unfortunately don't included any VIP amenities. Also, the exact seats you bought even for standard tickets didn't include a package either. Sorry for the confusion. -TH

      Ticketmaster - my first and last doing business with this evidently overburdened and short staffed and poorly run, so called company!!
      What a hassle to try to sell tickets when unforseen circumstances happen. Repeatedly no one to talk to and HIGH STRESS FROM THERE FORWARD!
      Can't find how to get reimbursed for vip parking for $113.00. We seniors would sure like to get back all our $501.06 for 2 seats and 1 vip parking. Section 12,*************************************************************** ******** I've worked in the business world for 45 yrs. and this has been a real ******. Please restore my confidence in American Business!

      I sold my ticket from august 24 ***** it's now September 4 ***** I haven't received my money I sent email sept 3 and they responded saying incorrect card number ,when they deposited $1 to my card on august 29*****.

      We now show you have updated to your bank account. The two micro deposits are queued to be sent to your bank today. They should appear within the next 2-3 days. Once you enter those in your Ticketmaster account, your full payment will resume processing.

      Ticket master issued me tickets already accounted for and scanned for entry. My electronic tickets were superceded from printed tickets with the exact seat, location, and seats. Over $1399 spent and I didn't even have the seats I paid for. Also half thr game was not viewable as I was fighting for my seats.

      Thank you for your timely response. I do appreciate your gesture-however, I had to wait in line for 2 quarters to get this resolved. I was also unable to sit in the seats Ticket Master sold me. My tickets were $1399. If you will meet me in the middle; I'll consider the matter closed. Thank you for your attention and hope to purchase from you down the road. I'd also take a credit if that is possible. Thank you for your consideration.

      I purchased 4 tickets to see *********************** at his world tour. I had invited a friend of mine to come with me to see him at multiple shows. I bought 2 tickets for ********* (******) which was on august 6th & I bought 2 additional tickets to see him again at ***************** on October 26th. I paid for his ************ for ********* show for both ******* friend which we were looking forward to. Ticketmaster sent me an email a while ago claiming they were gonna issue me a refund which I have yet to receive. I've spent over $1,500.00 with fees included for them to delay my refund. I've emailed them multiple times and still no response. I've bought plenty of things from Ticketmaster before but this the first time I'm having an issue with this company & receiving my refund.

      I haven't received that refund at all. The only refund I received was the $1500.00 for the TD garden show. I'm still waiting for the other payment of $250.90 to be refunded to my account

      I bought resold tickets for an event and when I received the email that they had been transferred, I got an error stating the tickets "may have been claimed or it may have expired or canceled by the sender." I was unaware that the seller, at any point, could change their mind and refuse to give tickets that I had already purchased. I tried contacting customer service to no avail. I called three numbers, all of which were either busy or disconnected, I never even got to a robot menu. I emailed the customer ******* email and got an automated response that the inbox in monitored. It is completely unacceptable that a company is allowed to operate like this and offer zero options for customer *******.

      Buy your tickets anywhere else.

      Ticketmaster never fails to disappoint me. Just over a month ago, an artist I had tickets to see at multiple locations canceled their entire tour. We received emails saying refunds would be distributed within 30 days of that email being sent out. It has been well over 30 days now and of everyone I know that was planning on seeing this artist, not one person has gotten a refund yet. Ticketmaster does not have any right to hold consumers' money and lie about it when people should be receiving their own money back. After spending hundreds of dollars and then getting disappointed about losing shows we planned almost a year for, getting my money back is the least ticketmaster could do. Please do the right thing and refund your customers.

      Total trash company full of scammers. It's just a large group of scalpers pretending to be professionals. And their customer service is horrible.
      I purchased tickets to be mailed to me, the concert was delayed, I never got my tickets, I moved, I contacted ******* to update my address but they would only send them to my billing address from when the tickets were purchased. So the customer ******* updated my tickets to pick up only without my permission. Now that the concert has been delayed for 3 years, I can't make it and Ticketmaster won't let me sell or transfer my tickets, won't issue a refund and won't let anyone pick up my tickets to go in my place.

      The map of the stage was completely misleading. We paid $600 per ticket, thinking we had great seats, and we had the jumbo tron and speakers to stare at. I was on hold for and about an hour every time I called. They said they would get back to me and never did. I would give them 0 stars. Terrible.
