      I purchased tickets to see Rod Stewart at the Mohegan Sun Arena before Covid hit. I purchased the tickets online through ViaGOGO which apparently works with Ticketmaster to provide the tickets. This concert was rescheduled 2 times due to Covid. I began calling about my tickets 3 weeks ahead of the concert date which was August 13, 2022. I called the Mohegan Sun and to confirm the show was still on and my tickets would still be good. I was told they had no one by my name holding any tickets in the section and row I that I purchased. I called ViaGoGo several times and they said that TicketMaster posted the tickets in 2020. I never got a notice they were posted and never downloaded them since that date had been canceled. Long story short, after 3 weeks of back and forth with ViaGoGo and them escalating to TicketMaster (no way to reach TM directly), I am out $380.95 and received no tickets and did not get to attend the concert I had paid for and waiting 3 years to see. I could see on TicketMaster that the tickets were posted and immediately canceled by some guy whose name I don't know, apparently the seller through TM and ViaGoGo. Total scam that they run through different people all resulting in them getting money and me getting scammed. I won't buy tickets through TM or ViaGoGo ever again.

      That's the problem. I paid but never got the tickets. I can see on TicketMaster that the tickets were posted sometime in 2020 but were pulled back right away. I called Viagogo and they escalated to TM and it went back and forth and around in circles and I still ended up euth no tickets for the show that I paid for but now have missed. There is no way to communicate directly with TM, very convenient for TM but not for customers. There was also no way to even request a refund. Never again will I deal with TM for anything.

      I wish I could rate no stars. It makes me sick that I am forced to rate at least 1 star for this company.. I purchased chicago fire tickets for my son through ticketmaster back on July 20th for todays game on August 21. I recieved the tickets after purchase the night of, so I made sure I filed the tickets in a folder in my email so I wouldn't miss place them. Before we started getting ready I checked the tickets, and the tickets were cancelled. I recieved no notification email, no refund... Nothing! I had to explain to my son that we now have no tickets for todays game. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. My son is bummed because we can't go now, and on top of all of that I feel like I failed as a father... This day was completely ruined due to lack of customer ******* from this company. The only way I will return as a customer is if I get comprable tickets to today's game in a timely fashion (we were supposed to leave in 3 hours), which I'm sure is asking too much at this point. Next time I buy tickets it definitely won't be through ticketmaster.

      This game was not canceled. The Fire lost 2-0. I checked to See if this event was canceled before I posted my review. There was no indication on Ticketmaster's website that the game was canceled. Tickets were still available for purchase.

      There was a new ticket sale for the game on August 8.

      Try to get a hold of Customer Servicè. Good luck. Doesn't exist. Their phone number just rings busy. Not only do they overcharge on their service fees, they offer no customer service whatsoever. Tried to contact them since a transfer to me wouldn't come through. Had to try numerous times, including having the person cancel the transfer and try again. Finally came through. Meanwhile, though this whole fiasco, tried contacting Customer Service. Non existent. Someone should hold these people accountable.

      DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TICKETMASTERS!!!! I purchased a general admission ticket for $52.50 on June 27 for the Kevin Gates concert, that is scheduled for August 29. On July 9, my sisters decided that they would accompany me and we would go with the VIP option. On July 9, I purchased 3 VIP tickets for $127.50 each. Right after that purchase, I requested a refund as there was no option to sell my ticket, only to transfer it. Here it is August 20 and I hadn't heard anything so I submitted a help ticket. I was informed that I can't get a refund. I don't understand why. I also don't understand why there is no option to sell my ticket. There was no attempt to remedy the situation, after I spent almost $500. I will never purchase anything from Ticketmaster again. With all of the bad reviews that I'm seeing I find it hard to believe that they can still run this business.

      I have a season lawn pass. Last night, my son wanted to attend the Jason Aldean concert with me. He has scoliosis so I rented two lawn chairs and bought him a ticket. We arrived early during the first opening act (there were two) and we were told that all the chairs were sold out. I asked to get a refund and was told I needed to contact Ticketmaster.

      My son's back was so uncomfortable that we had to leave after just one song of Jason Aldean's performance. It was so disappointing.

      To make it worse, I have contacted "Customer Service" and was told that I cannot receive a refund because the event has passed. Such a scam! I actually want my son's ticket refunded, too. I never would have purchased his ticket if I was not able to reserve chairs, as well. He has a medical condition that requires back *******. I have been in contact with three different customer service agents and they all said they are unable to refund my purchase. I called the Dos Equis venue and I have not received a return call.

      This is such a scam! They clearly oversold the number of chairs available and won't offer a refund because of their mistake. What a horrible experience!

      I had To sell my tickets back due to a illness in the family. I just keep getting emails 3 to 5 days, can't get a human, it's a nightmare with all the Ticketmaster scam phone numbers I just want my money back and cannot figure out how to get it will never deal with them again it should not be this hard

      In regards to posting ID PXXXX-XXX, you have not received the funds as there is a tax hold on the payment. Please fill out the 1099k that was sent to you. Once that is verified you should see payment in 3-5 business days. (It can take 3-5 days for IRS to verify the 1099K)

      False advertisement for performers listed. The music was also falsely advertised, it was supposed to be trombone shorty and friends... not mostly Tang and the Bangers and one short performance from the headliners as well as big freedia. None of the music was traditional New Orleans brass music. I had to leave the venue a little early due to the sheer disappointment. I want my money back for falsely advertising something that never happened! Give me my money, full refund! Next time be ho eat about who will perform and how long.

      On 6/2 I purchased 2 tickets from Ticketmaster for the 6/4 Coldplay concert. At the time of my purchased, I was given to option to buy insurance with Allianz through Ticketmaster's website. I clicked to purchase Allianz insurance and completed the transaction. The pop up showed that my transactions were completed for both the ticket AND Allianz insurance. On 6/3 my sister and I woke up with a sore throat and fevers of 102. We both had gotten covid/strep from the 6/1 show. I tried in every way to contact Ticketmaster, but there was no way to contact them. I then contacted Allianz since I was under the impression that I purchased insurance for my tickets with. They informed me that I did not have insurance with them or that it had not processed and to wait 24 hours and try to call again. I waited 24 hours and called again and they still were rejecting the fact that I purchased ticket insurance with them THROUGH Ticketmaster. I called my bank to resolve this issue and they ended up Disputing the charge. The dispute was rejected by Ticketmaster because they assumed they did nothing wrong. TO THIS DAY, WHEN I PULL UP MY TICKETS IT SAYS I PURCHASED TICKET INSURANCE AND I WAS NEVER BILLED. Was I supposed to buy ticket insurance 50 times to make sure that it goes through? Why is ticketmaster not sending my request to confirm the fact that I got ticket insurance to Allianz?? Why did they reject my dispute even though I have videos and screenshots of the fact that I got ticket insurance??? Why is Ticketmaster scamming people of money?? I paid $317 of MY hardworking and hard earned money to tickemaster, resting assured that I could get a refund in case of an emergency. WHY IS THERE NO ONE TO TALK TO OR CALL?? WHY HASNT TICKETMASTER EMAILED ME BACK?? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING????? WHY IS IT SHOWING THAT I PURCHASES TICKET INSURANCE IF YOU SAY I DIDNT?? WHY WAS ALLIANZ NEVER INFORMED OF MY INSURANCE PURCHASE??       I am sorry about your experience. During selection of ticket insurance, it is made known that the insurance is underwritten and billed by Allianz. That means a separate charge.

      We rejected the chargeback you filed regarding the Ticketmaster charges not the Insurance charge that you acknowledged was not billed. Only you are responsible in ensuring that you are billed for the insurance. I am sorry you were unable to attend.
