      There is no way to get in touch with a human customer service agent, only virtual agents. No customer service phone number. A company this big, that does this much business needs a customer service phone number, or live "real" human customer service agents. I'm still waiting on a refund from a concert that was cancelled in May 2022. It's August. Thats ridiculous. If I don't get my money back soon I'm going to consider legal action. Buyer beware! They are untrustworthy!

      I resold my tickets with Ticketmaster it has been close a month now & have not received payment for the resale of the tickets to Lumineers the Gorge , i confirmed the 2 small deposits in my account , Why am I still waiting for my deposit , you got my money & resold my tickets , there is no way to contact Ticketmaster to ask what is happening please respond

      Trey Songz concert which was scheduled for May 7, 2022 was cancelled. I received a message from *************** of Ticketmaster request #********* reading "I've confirmed that your upcoming event has been cancelled. No action is required to obtain a refund......which usually completed within 30 days".
      Then I received another message stemming from the same link conversation reading "I received message that the organizer had sent purchase back and that I would received refund in 5-10 days...."
      As of today, 3 months later, I have NOT yet received my refund of over $200.00!
      I have made several attempts to get in touch with Ticketmaster and it is impossible to speak to someone there, they direct you to on-line "************" site and they response with generic message and absolutely NO real response.
      Can you please help me retrieve my refund.

According to our records, your refund of $269.65 was issued back to your original method of payment on May 13, 2022 and should have been posted within 3-5 business days.       Ticketmaster advertised a show for Ladysmith black Mambazo, they didn't disclose on they advertisement. I bought those tickets to take My wife and My Autistic Som who loves Ladysmith black mambazo. 2 hours after I bought those tickets I found out that is was on a Island and there was no transportation to get there leave Us without any way to see the concert. I believe that they knew and didn't disclosed it. I've tried to get refund as I also bought the insurance for those tickets. The insurance won't help, neither ticketmaster. This is a very dishonest practice and very deceiving. Can anyone at BBB help Me on this situation

      I bought 1 ticket to the motley crue concert here in Houston for 8/19/22. I couldn't go so I sold it on ticketmaster website. I turned in the tax form they said I had to fill out and have approved. The website says within 7 days I'll be credited the $400 in my checking account. There isn't a phone number or a customer service email to find out why I haven't been paid. The ticket sold over a month ago.

      I've been looking all over the website for information. It shows my ticket was sold and that's it.. I need my $400.. they got their fees from me buying and selling.

      We wanted to buy 4 tickets to a Chicago White Sox - Detroit Tigers game for Friday, August 12th. We accidentally picked the wrong date. We asked Ticketmaster to either issue a refund or transfer our purchase to the game on the right date. All they would tell us was that they do not issue refunds. Now I am going to have to cancel the purchase through my credit card company.

      I have purchased tickets for the rockettes for nov. 20th. A promo ad says using chase visa will give special pricing. I went through the stages but never found promo code. I did not want to lose tickets so went back, chart showed tickets I wanted were not available so I got 8 tickets two rows farther away. Called chase and they knew nothing about promo code and told me to contact Ticketmaster. Rechecked your website and found several screens later to try first 6 numbers of credit card in offer access window during checkout. Still did not work. The seats I really wanted are still free. SB

      According to the event information, there is a promotion for Chase. However, it's for preferred seating. The price of the tickets is not discounted. The price of the tickets in the same section you purchased using the Chase promotion is the same as what you paid.

      The problem still is how do you find the preferred seating when the ad has no pathway to click on. It refers you to a long legalese information pop up with no further pathway, which is very aggravating when you only have so many minutes to purchase tickets before system kicks you out and you have to start over. AND, the rows I originally wanted were available when I checked site next day but not when I had to re-enter the day before. Sb

      I bought 4 tickets to Justin Bieber at The Forum for his February show for $1100. The show got postponed until July, at which point I was offered a Full Refund for my tickets, which I accepted TWICE. They made this offer to me TWICE and I accepted it twice in writing. After getting no response on this, I finally heard from someone that Ticketmaster had actually sold 2 of my tickets and that they couldn't refund me my money on a partial order. After numerous pointless arguments about the fact that I didn't want to sell them and wanted the refund, I finally waved the white flag and allowed 2 tickets to be sold (at my $$ loss by the way). I figured it was better to get rid of 2 of them and be half-done with this. WRONG! I was then sent an email 2 different times that confirmed I had given Ticketmaster my tax info and that I would be paid for those 2 tickets I "sold" 7 DAYS AFTER they received my tax info. I received that in writing from Ticketmaster several times. That was back in MAY and I have still not gotten paid. They are now saying that those emails they sent me were a mistake and you get paid 7 days after the show happens. Well that show was postponed again indefinitely, so maybe I'll never get paid according to their policies. So now I've got 2 tickets to a show that won't happen and my kids don't want to go to, I've got 2 tickets that supposedly got sold yet I haven't been paid for them and I can't get one person from Ticketmaster to contact me. So if my tickets were sold, I should get paid for them, right? If I didn't get paid for them yet, then they're still mine, correct? So either give me my full refund, Ticketmaster or give me my money for the 2 you sold or give me a lifetime pass ** Ticketmaster shows or maybe a jetski or something. Anything better than what you've given me so far.

      I bought floor tickets for Bad Bunny in Atlanta and I'm very upset about it. Everyone was standing up on the chairs and couldn't even see him perform for more than half the show. I paid a lot of money to see him not peoples back and a$$. Do not recommend it. 0/10 stars

      Bought concert tickets in 2020 for $102.00 a ticket. the concert was pushed back 2 years because of covid, and now the ticket prices in my section are $84. When i called they said they couldn't do anything about it. They said I could upgrade tickets, but still had to pay the upgrade fee of $10 per ticket. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, all they did was put in a ticket for someone to call me and nobody called. The guy I talked to even agreed this was wrong to charge me a different price because I bought them 2 years prior, but still wouldn't do anything
