Ticketmaster is horrible. I paid over $30 in fees for one $59.50 ELECTRONIC ticket and couldn't even get help with my order. There's no customer service phone number to talk to anyone and the chat never responds. Well I shouldn't say never. It took more than 30+ hours before someone decided to respond. By the time they did respond it was too late to do what I needed to be done. I also think its stupid that I am not able to buy one seat if there are only 2 seats left together. What if I'm trying to purchase the seat that's next to my friends, as was the case this time? I just want to know what the **** these additional charges go towards because it's sure not customer service reps. This company is a rip off! Who charges that much in fees for a ticket that delivered via email? I WILL NEVER buy another ticket from Ticket Master again. If there is a show or concert I want to see I will waste the gas driving to the venue to purchase my ticket before I give another dime to this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.Ticketmaster Corp

I would give 0 stars if I could, I am extremely frustrated and upset with my transaction with Ticketmaster and subsequent Fan ******* occurring 8/5/22. I made a mistake while checking out and accidentally purchased the wrong seat numbers. I asked for assistance from the on-line chat, in fixing the error to correct the seats and was charged the $10 per ticket "exchange" fee. I made an honest mistake while checking out and immediately tried to correct it, and then was charged an additional $20. I then emailed Ticketmaster and received a reply today stating that even when a customer makes a mistake it is their policy to charge the "exchange" fee. If you make a mistake, you should be able to correct it without being charged. (The seats were all the same price.)Ticketmaster Corp

I am so upset and worried. I sold my tickets for a Santana Concert in California in June, 2022....I was supposed to receive by funds in the amount of $800 within in ten days. I have followed all the instructions and cannot get anyone to clarify what I might still need to do. This is outrageous. I bought those tickets as the last concert I might see as I am a senior...and I am a widow! I need my money. I cannot get any response, of course, you cannot speak to anyone...just email after email. I don't know what to do, I need advice and help.

Ticket master screws people out of money. They have had two of my orders on hold for months, despite taking my money. The concerts in question are days away, and they have been unable to explain why or release the tickets that I paid for. They have done nothing in any capacity to give me the tickets that I ALREADY PURCHASED. Their customer service is a joke. Spare yourself, and don't risk buying anything through these crooks.Ticketmaster Corp

I am furious because of the unfair experience I had today via Ticketmaster website. I feel that the company is making it too easy for non-fans who know ways to purchase these tickets face value and resell for profit. And as a result fans who actually and desperately want to go see the concert suffer. I tried to purchase two tickets to an upcoming K-pop group's concert in NYC, for my daughter and her friend. The tickets were sold out in less than 30 minutes after they went on sale for public. Then, right away, hundreds of tickets became available for resale price. The price started out from the double the face value to 5, 6, and 7 times as much. Reselling these tickets may not be illegal, but it is unethical and disgusting. I hope there is a way that Ticketmaster can monitor purchases and resale more closely especially when the concert is for younger audience. The younger fans are volunable and more desperate to go see their favorite artists. Here's the time line to show you how quickly this happened. The announced start time of the ticket sales was 2 pm EST. I was placed in the "waiting room" at 1:46 pm EST and was right away placed in "Queue", where I was told that there were "2000+" people ahead of me. Around 2:20 pm EST, the number of people ahead of me stated to decrease quickly by the hundreds. At 2:25 pm EST, I was taken to a page with the seating map. But no seats were shown available even after refreshing the screen a bunch of times. I closed the browser and re-listed myself in a new Queue at 2:35 pm EST, with 1000+ people ahead of me. When I reached the page with seating chart, still no seats were available. After refreshing a bunch of times, all of the sudden hundreds of "Verified Resale" tickets became available. I saw an entire row of seats being re-sold. These seats were the second (or the 3rd) row in the center Orchestra. I don't believe that the original buyer (or buyers) of those seats purchased these tickets to go see this K-pop group...Ticketmaster Corp

A set time in the smart queue is not guaranteed. Since this new process allows fans to scope out the venue and shop for the best ticket for them, there may be a longer wait than you've experienced before. Because we don't want fans to feel rushed, we'll only allow more people in when space opens up and will keep you updated on your status along the way. OK, thank you so much for response. However, how do you explain about the volume of resold tickets in such short time after the general sale and how many seats are still left unsold as of today. Not many people can afford to go to this concert now that the lowest resale ticket begins at 300+ dollars at the last rows in the Mezzanine area? It seems to be that many of real fans missed out the opportunity to buy tickets at the lawful price. Are you making any effort to monitor how many tickets are sold to be resold right away? Should there be a restriction that tickets that were purchased by presale cannot be reslold? I understand that you cannot prevent anyone from reselling those tickets with other ticket reselling competitors. But you are the only one selling the original tickets. So, you must come up with some plans to prevent this unethical trend.Review fromDanielle F

I purchased tickets before the pandemic. They rescheduled the show and day three times. Would not let me switch my ticket date, refund my money or allow me to sell. They literally steal money from people even after a global pandemic.Ticketmaster Corp

I bought the VIP George Strait, cross my heart tickets for my parents. When they arrived, the 45$ parking pass *** worthless, the parking spot was filled! The merchandise that comes with the package never arrived or given to them at the concert. This was suppose to be a fun stress free concert and it was a stressful mess. I don't recommend using ticketmaster. I will not be using their company or refer them to anyone.Ticketmaster Corp

I had an offer code that didn't take when I purchased tickets and I ended up paying $100 more than I should have. I bought the right tickets afterward when the code was accepted. Site clearly states 15 days for returns. Now Ticketmaster will not give me a refund for the original tickets as stated. The resale button is greyed out so I can't even resell them. This is my first time ever buying tickets and I can tell you I never will again. This is a scam, false advertising, and flat out fraud!Ticketmaster Corp
