      My bought tickets were stolen from the Ticketmaster. They offered no resolution and offered no help in callbacks. A manager was never available. If a 0 star was available, this would be their rating..

      I bought 3 tickets to a concert and somehow my account was hacked and the tickets transferred to other people. I contacted them as soon as i saw which was the day of the concert. They assured me that they were investigating and that they would give me back the tickets or refund me. All they have done is give me the runaround. The concert is over. I had to repurchase the tickets that were stolen so i paid for 6 tickets total. They havent given me a refund and theres no update or information on when I should have any updates if there ever will be a resolution to this. Ticket master stole money from me and they wont get in trouble for it and they dont care. If i could give zero stars i would.

      We made a purchase for some gospel concert tickets but won't be able to make it due to an aunt dying. We have been trying to get a refund of over 500 from the company who refuses to do so yet in there policy it's states, they will refund if you're unable to make it due to a death in the family. I have a copy of these polices but yet they refuse. I need some help to obtain my refund. These companies are low down and dirty for holding on to people money

      Our condolences to you and your family. As a courtesy, we have issued a one-time refund on order #3-38974/CAR. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reach your account.

      Regarding the policy you are referring to, that is based on the ticket insurance you purchased with *******. In the case of a loved one passing away, you would reach out to your ticket insurance and provide any necessary documentation they require. If unable to provide this information, a refund would not be issued.

      My tickets were transferred out of my account without my consent and they basically said sorry! There has to be a way they can cancel old tickets and create new ones!

      I purchase tickets, but this event was canceled and rescheduled so I requested a refund but never received it after 30 days then I called and they was giving me the runaround So I had to call my bank to get my refund disputed long wait times so dont think about calling online chat is not helpful

You purchased your tickets from another fan who posted it for sale on our marketplace. We can only process refunds if the event cancels and at this time, your event is still scheduled to take place.

      But I picked the option for a refund and they told me I will receive it within 30 days but I didnt receive it, so I called to check on it and then they told me I couldnt receive a refund. Sorry about this it bad business and Im not a happy customer

      I had a terrible experience with Ticketmaster. My account was hacked, and two tickets for a football game were purchased without my authorization. I immediately filed a complaint, five days before the event, but now it's been two weeks, and all I've been told is that they're 'investigating.' Meanwhile, I'm still $371 out of pocket, the event has come and gone, and I didnt even attend because it wasn't of interest to me. This company has an awful customer service experience I expected better accountability and faster action on something this urgent.

      I purchased tickets for around $365 each but am unable to attend. I tried to resale my tickets but, now all the sudden the surrounding seats are selling for $144 each. I attempted to lower the price, but I am unable to because I get a message saying that the event organizer sets a minimum price of $364.50. I am already losing money on the tickets, now I being screwed totally.I attempted to call Ticketmaster but was put on hold for over 20 minutes, when someone finally answered, he was unable to help me and transferred me to another department, where I was put on hold again for multiple minutes. I had to finally give up.This is a terrible company, and I recommend that nobody purchases tickets through them! Almost every review has a one-star rating. If would give them a -star if I could!!!!

When you list your tickets for sale on the Face Value Exchange, the listing price is automatically set at the total price you paid. This includes the face value price set by the artist, plus any applicable fees and taxes.

      Tickets for the Usher concert was stolen/transferred out from my account without my approval. When I contacted tickemaster (4 total times the day of the concert) I was told that if they don't get my tickets back to me by the time the concert starts, their fraud department would contact me. Its been 1 whole month later. Emails replying have stopped two week ago. I've called in and have been told there is nothing they can do until the their fraud department calls to explain.

      I purchased (2) tickets for a concert. I was locked out of my account so I had to create a new account.Trying to get my tickets from that account has been awful. I have sent so many messages, and eventually I was told it was being investigated by the fraud department. I was told the tickets had been recovered but they still dont show up on the my events page. Months later I am still trying to get this resolved.

      Ticketmaster has been running scams and fraudulent ticket programming schemes for years under the guise of verified fan. They claim that these verified statuses get you access to things but they do not, in fact it seems most that get presale codes end up being resold or bots buying tickets. They have a monopoly on the ticket market for concerts and an investigation needs to be done. They change the rules for all their concerts and city specific locations which is also not right. Please help stop them from up charging concert goers and making these programs that dont work but they claim they do.
