      Tickets for the Usher concert was stolen/transferred out from my account without my approval. When I contacted tickemaster (4 total times the day of the concert) I was told that if they don't get my tickets back to me by the time the concert starts, their fraud department would contact me. Its been 1 whole month later. Emails replying have stopped two week ago. I've called in and have been told there is nothing they can do until the their fraud department calls to explain.

      I purchased (2) tickets for a concert. I was locked out of my account so I had to create a new account.Trying to get my tickets from that account has been awful. I have sent so many messages, and eventually I was told it was being investigated by the fraud department. I was told the tickets had been recovered but they still dont show up on the my events page. Months later I am still trying to get this resolved.

      Ticketmaster has been running scams and fraudulent ticket programming schemes for years under the guise of verified fan. They claim that these verified statuses get you access to things but they do not, in fact it seems most that get presale codes end up being resold or bots buying tickets. They have a monopoly on the ticket market for concerts and an investigation needs to be done. They change the rules for all their concerts and city specific locations which is also not right. Please help stop them from up charging concert goers and making these programs that dont work but they claim they do.

      On September 24th, my wife bought three tickets to the July 18, ************* Foxwoods show for our immediate family. My wife bought them through the ticketmaster app on her cell phone from our house, and we did not attempt to resell them. On October 21st, Ticketmaster cancelled our tickets for violating their terms of service, but refuse to tell us what the terms of service we violated. The real answer is "our system goofed but we're Ticketmaster and there's nothing you can do about it". It took 10 days to get a customer support to call us back, and she was unable to provide any assistance whatsoever other then "try to buy tickets again", but the show is sold out.

      I tried joining the ****** ***** the eras tour tickets for nov 2 and the queue kicked my out when I tried to join I made an escalation and no supervisor called me, the least you guys can do is let me buy tickets on the phone ????????

      My family and I spend $11,470 on tickets for Ohio state vs michigan game for November 30th, all 8 of our tickets are gone and have been fraudulently transferred to someone else. Ticketmaster is impossible to reach and will not return any calls, our lawyer sent them a letter and still havent heard anything. We are sick to our stomachs

      Signed up for a presale for an artist I really like. Everything looks good as of last week into this week. Presale codes drop. I go to check website, look at seats, and my presale code is invalid?Wait ******************************************************************************* (not their fault thats on Ticketmaster), and she tells me that my presale code is invalid, and because the presale has already started, no I can't get another one. I have to wait for general sale. Wanna escalate to a supervisor or manager? Sure, yea they're here in the office. Oh you wanted to speak to them right then and there? Yea no, they'll get back to you in ***** hours.Very professional company, very well trained customer service agents, absolutely impressive response times /s

      Total ripoff when selling back tickets. Lost 50% & on top of that, had to wait over a month to get my refund. Dont use this service

      My tickets for my concert on 10/11 were stolen. Fraudulently transferred in September I have called so many times I have lost count I get the same response the bs fraud team is investigating and will get back to me. WHEN??!! I missed my concert which was a present for my 11 yo! So not only is he heart broken Im out 325$!! I get nothing but the run around. I try the chat and still the same thing. It should not take over a month!! I demand a refund!! If I have to call every day then so be it!!

      Still fighting with Ticketmaster. I keep getting the same run around theyre escalating it. How much more escalation can you do besides contacting the artist at this point!! I get random responses Ill be in contact 7-10 business days. Then 48 hours. Ive been hearing this since 9/28 when I discovered my tickets missing. Completely unacceptable!!

      Horrible at dealing with theft of tickets. Spoke with ticketmaster the day my tickets to a comedy show was stolen as well as my ****** on ice tickets. I was given back the ****** on ice, but not for the comedy show. Its 4 days until the show and nothing from ticket master. They do not care about their customers.
