      Ticketmaster allowed me to purchase tickets for an event and then wouldn't let me transfer the tickets. They were purchased as a gift but there is no option to buy in someone elses name as they have an option to transfer tickets. So I bought the tickets, hit transfer and it wouldn't let me. Then ticketmaster blamed the vent organizer, would not refund my money and told me it was too bad for me.

      Unfortunately, the ability to transfer is not guaranteed and is determined by the event organizer. Additionally, all sales are final as noted in section 4 of our Purchase Policy.

      Poor business practices. Impossible to get refund on tickets unless ticket insurance is purchased which is a hefty fee on top of their regular fees.

      We bought tickets for the ***** **** concert on Oct. 25 in May. Our tickets were transferred without our knowledge as a result of Ticketmaster breach. We called the customer service line and they said they had escalated our case to the fraud department. Told to keep the line open and wait for a call. That was 4 days ago. No call, no tickets. They were tickets for our daughters birthday. Her dream concert. We flew her in from ******** to ***** for the concert. I feel horrible for their customer service workers. I'm sure they are berated daily by angry customers and they have no authority to solve the issue. I don't believe they have a fraud department. Ticketmaster...shame on you.

      The ticketmaster "pre-sale" process for buying tickets for ***** the Creator was a total waste of time. I spent 30 minutes, after waiting in a virtual waiting room for 15 minutes and having signed up for a "presale", and attempted to buy tickets at least 12 times in under 30 minutes. Each time I selected tickets for assigned seats, they became unavailable before I could pay. I did this over and over. I tried general admission but could not pay before the price kept refreshing upward. I gave up and bought nothing because I could buy no assigned seats. A complete waste of my time, the system did not work at all. There should be allowed at least a minute or two from time of selecting tickets to payment. I hope the justice department breaks up the ticketmaster monopoly. This is a disaster for fans who are not **** rich.

      Worst company ever. I am shocked they are still allowed to operate. My account was hacked and tickets were purchased by the hackers with a stolen card. I immediately notified Ticketmaster and followed up several times. It has now been a month and they have done nothing other than close my ticket without my authorization or consent. I am being forced to leave my account open while they investigate. My information is obviously not safe with them and they refuse to be remotely helpful.

      My tickets were transferred without authorization. They told me they will give me a call back and that they were escalating my call. Well the event was yesterday and I have not received a call back. I also have an event this weekend which tickets were also transferred. They could at least call back and let me know something. I would like to get my tickets back but if that's not possible issue a refund.

I am writing to formally request a refund for two tickets I purchased for the 2024 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix on Saturday, October 19, at *********************** in ******, **. These tickets were for the ****** concert that were part of the event.Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, my wife suffered a seizure on the day of the concert, and we were unable to attend. I have reached out to both Ticketmaster and **** three times via chat and email, but I have not received any response or resolution to my request.Given the circumstances, I kindly ask for your assistance in processing a refund for the tickets we were unable to use.       Good morning,I did not receive a refund for both tickets. I received an email from ****** ******, Vice President, ******************** from *********************** which stated "Dear *****, Thank you for your message and the valuable feedback. We sincerely hope that you have fully recovered from the seizure and are feeling better. We also wish that you had a better experience at the ****** concert and are sorry that you did not get to enjoy it. We take emergency medical care very seriously at **** and especially during the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix and will include your experience as we assess the event and prepare for next year. We are happy to refund your Saturday tickets (including the upgrade) since you did not get to have the experience that you expected at our venue. Do you have the First Name, Last Name and email tied to the ticket account? Thank you, ****** ****** Vice President, ******************** *********************** ******************************************************************** ATX ***** ******************************************************"In quotes this email reads "We are happy to refund your Saturday tickets (including the upgrade) since you did not get to have the experience that you expected at our venue" I was only refunded Oct 19, 2024 2024 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix - Saturday Floor Upgrade Circuit of The Americas Order #**-**468/DL2 and not Oct 19, 2024 2024 Formula 1 Pirelli United States Grand Prix - Saturday Circuit of The Americas Order #****-0537-9266-8664-5 I was left laying on the ground after I suffered a seizure for nearly 20 minutes with no medical care from the staff. While I understand that emergencies can happen, the response from the medical staff was extremely ************* is concerning that there were no medical staff, golf carts or other means of quick transport readily available for emergencies. This lack of preparedness is unacceptable and poses significant risks to attendees. If my husband was not with me, the turnout of events could have been much worse. I just want things to be made right which was promised to me by ****** ******, the Vice President of ******************** from ***********************.       Same as all of the other complaints. They sit on your money. My situation went from Oct 5 2024 to Oct 24 2024.I deleted all of the reimbursement accounts and credit cards, etc. Then I followed the prompts to account deletion (stating you can call or write a letter)So I call, wait for 42 mins on hold and the *** tells me they can't delete accounts and that you can only delete by writing a letter.I would rather not attend an event than deal with this company liars, thieves, criminals

      This was the worst company to deal with. I had my football tickets stolen so i reached out to their fraud department a week and half or more before the event, so they could investigate the issue. They kept saying they would call me and i would receive new tickets or my money back before the event. That did not happen. Not only did I not have my tickets, but they also blocked my credit card when I tried to buy more tickets because they had not given me new tickets for the game. I ended up with no tickets and no money back and no way to buy more tickets. I had an airline ticket to get to the game but had no tickets. They called me yesterday which is four days after the event and said they would refund my money. What???? How dare you??? This was laughable except it was not funny at all. No apology. No discount for next time. No anything. Totally numb to the issue. I will never buy tickets from them again.
