      Worst customer service ever! Wouldn't let me PAY for tickets, called (waited over 30 minutes on hold) agent couldn't help me because the error code it was giving me required a different agent. They wanted to call me back in 3-5 business! The event was in two days! How does that help. Told me to call the team directly to get tickets, ***! Ticketmaster is the reason you can't just get ticket from the team in the first place. Total scam, F*** Ticketmaster!

      I had a 30-minute wait time to reach an ******** (both times I called) because the website and the app would not let me change my phone number on my own. I tried to change the phone number on my profile because I have changed my phone number 3 months earlier. On the website when the link to update number is clicked, a window pops up asking to enter a one-time code that only will be sent to the number on file in order to authenticate account. ******** for customers like me who do not have access to that phone number anymore. I am not given an option to authenticate my account with my email on file.I spoke to a Ticketmaster representative 2 evenings ago and told them the same thing. The ******** stated that they cannot change the number on my account, only that I would receive an authentication code to my email within 24 hours. I did not receive that email. I looked in my Junk folder and did not get an authentication email from Ticketmaster there either.The ******** on the second phone call told me the first ******** was wrong to state that and that all I can do is cancel my account and create a new account with a new phone number. Or else create a new account with another email address.After I was done with the call, I requested to take the phone survey which was stated by the automatic response earlier in the call as available when I will be finished communicating with the ********, however the ******** told me that option is not available anymore.

      No only do they charge a fee to the buyer AND the seller, I am now on day 21 since selling my tickets and have not received payment. THEIR policy is 5-7 days to receive payment. 2 hour hold times to receive no resolution, and constantly pushing back 3-5 business days after each call. Their excuse was that they didnt pay because they had to verify my account wasnt going to receive fraudulent activity, even though I verified the account and established my tax info. Their practices are predatory and gross.

      I bought tickets on tickets on sept 17 through Ticketmaster through affirm and over a month later they just sent me an email that my tickets were voided due to them failing to check the sellers validity. I have tried to contact them but I stay on hold and get no response. I have been communicated I will only get the the original asking price with no ticket fees or reimbursement for the plans I have made under the understanding that they did their due diligence and my purchase was safe. So now I'm out of the hotel plans, my time off work and the interest I paid under good will and I'm not even given a response other than an email with no link or chance for rebuttal.

      I sold my tickets for a show almost 4 weeks ago. After verifying my payout information and walking through the necessary steps within a week, I have yet to receive my payment even though I was told it would take 5-7 days to see the money in my account. I have used the customer service chat twice now, and both times I was promised to see a solution within 3-5 days. Nothing has happened. I am getting seriously nervous that Ticketmaster is scamming me.

      I sold a ticket, verified all payment information as requested by Ticketmaster. I received a confirmation stating that I would receive payment in 5-7 days. Needless to say, it has been 11 days , I just called to find out why I haven't received my money. Spent TWO HOURS on hold, only to be told that yes, my payment verification is complete, but they put a hold on all money transfers as of 10/1/24. No reason given, and no timeline for a resolution. This is straight up fraud. They also never notified me as the customer that payments are on hold. I asked for a manager and was told there is no manager available

      Terrible company. If any small business operated they way they do, it'd be considered thievery or fraud. When you buy tickets from them, you don't actually posses your own tickets. I resold some of my tickets, but they took fees. They charge fees at every step of the process. Also, I tried to resell tickets before an event started, and they prohibited me from doing so. There was no work-around for this. They set limits on how much I could sell tickets for. If they can do that, are they really my tickets? I sold tickets on their platform, and it will be over 3 weeks before I am paid for them, presumably without interest. For a company that big, I'd assume that at any given time, they have money from ticket sales that isn't their own money. I know they're collecting interest on that money. I had to wait over 3 hours to get a response from their customer service team, only to find out that I still don't have MY OWN MONEY. And they have a monopoly on ticket sales. Try getting tickets to some events/shows without them.

      I bought tickets to a concert and sold them on September 30, 2024, I have verified my email, address, phone number, bank account, debit card, social security number, called multiple times, sent multiple emails asking for my money for selling my tickets and I'm constantly told I will hear from someone in ***** hours, I still do not have an explanation for what is going on or a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

      My tickets were transferred without my knowledge in the Ticketmaster breach and they show no reasonable concern about helping me get them back. Was promised to receive a call within 24HR but its been 4 days since. Theres customer service is foreign contracted with no authority to do anything but read off preselected lines. Theres no way to contact the fraud department directly.

      I have been to ten concerts this year but for the way tm is handling tickets for ****** ***** is a nightmare. There has to be a cap on reselling minimum to minimum poor people can not pay 1600 dollars on resale its pathetic Something has to give even ******** tix are higher value.
