  I bought a ticket park my vehicle at a football ball stadium at a price of $202 through Ticketmaster which I believe is an exorbitant amount. I found the same ticket through the football teams site for $45. When I requested a refund from Ticketmaster I was told I couldnt get a refund

After further review, it appears the parking passes are Verified Resale Tickets. Ticketmaster sells tickets on behalf of the event organizers, artists, promoters, venues, which own the tickets and help determine how those tickets are sold. In this case, the parking passes are owned by fans who listed their passes. 

  Furthermore, I have confirmed you have listed your parking pass as well. 

  You agree to the terms and conditions when making your purchase. For these reasons we cannot refund your order.

  Our account was hacked and every ticket for every concert was transferred out without permission. We got notice on 9/3 the day it happened and immediately got on the phone to resolve the issue. Was told the issue was transferred to fraud department but nothing has been done to resolve this. We have spent multiple hours on the phone everyday since 9/3 and keep getting promise of returned calls that never happen. Now its 9/14 and our concert is in 4 hours we got 1 out of 2 tickets back in account and we have been on the phone for 6 hours today. AFTER READING THE COMPLAINTS ON THIS COMPANY I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE NO CHOICE. WE BOUGHT THROUGH STUB HUB AND THEY TRANSFERRED TO TICKETMASTER

  Im beyond frustrated with Ticketmaster and their complete lack of care for their customers. My tickets were stolen right out of my account, and despite contacting them about this fraud issue, theyve done absolutely nothing to resolve it in a timely manner. A wee has passed since I reported the problem (and my show is TONIGHT!!) and all Ive received is silence from their customer support team. No updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. Ive followed all their procedures, provided all necessary documentation, and yet Ticketmaster seems utterly uninterested in helping me reclaim whats rightfully mine. Its absurd that a company of this size cant even handle a simple fraud case. I trusted them with my money and my event experience, but theyve done nothing but disappoint. If youre thinking of buying tickets through Ticketmaster, think twice because if anything goes wrong, dont expect them to help you.Absolutely disgraceful.-*** ***** @JAWACHS

  This company purposefully misleads consumers. Their website says one thing and their phone support tells a completely different story. Either way, you will not receive money from reselling tickets by following the policies they have available to view. You have to call and wait on hold for twenty minutes before trying to get instructions out of someone who is already difficult to understand. The website shows ****** SENT. But it has not been sent. When you call, you learn they're waiting for you to complete additional steps that the website never advised you about. This place has terrorized concert goers for too long by getting by with this. I'm never going to a concert that demands I purchase from Ticketmaster again.

  Unethical business. Bought tickets to a college football game. I was charged $267. The tickets were never delivered. After two weeks of back and forth with Ticketmaster customer care they told me Im not entitled to a refund because the tickets were sold (via the Ticketmaster website) by a private party. They have no concept of what constitutes a transaction. Unethical business. Exorbitant fees. Dont use them.

  I got on Ticketmaster website. I selected & paid for my tickets. The entire time I was online, I was never told nor was it disclosed that the tickets I was buying were from a 3rd party. The concert was rescheduled for a near after the original date. Then canceled all together. It was announced that if tickets were bought thru ticketmaster, the refund was automatic going back to original pmt card. I waited ,& finally called. I was informed I would have to call a 3rd party because I bought them from a 3rd party. I had no knowledge whatsoever! I had to log into their website to check on my tickets, etc. Never did I have to contact or get on a 3rd party's site. Saying I purchased them? They purchased them for me without asking if a 3rd party was acceptable. I called 3rd party & have yet to get back my $1100. The entire experience was a mess but this topped it off. Shouldn't they have to disclose something like that?

  I am ending my 40+ concert-going career because I no longer wish to deal with the Ticketmaster Monopoly and its disreputable customer service as well as its crooked third party "insurance".Allianz...I am looking at you. Break up the Ticketmaster monopoly or watch live shows die out.

  TICKETMASTER would not let me sell my tickets!by Mr. ***** on 2024-09-09 ****************** - ********* We paid over $1000 for 2 tickets to PINK on September 6th and because of the rescheduled show, we could not attend. Had tickets on TICKETMASTER'S resell site and they would NOT LET ME LOWER the ticket price 2 days before the show. They would not let me lower the price 10 minutes before the show so I say thank you TICKETMASTER for the honour and privilege of giving you over a $1000 donation to your greedy coffers. *** *** Sad.

  Hello, 

  Ticketmaster does not warrant that resale will always be available, as resale may be disabled for the event as a whole per the wishes of the event organizer, or resale could be prohibited for particular tickets due to restrictions on the method of delivery.
  If resale is not available, youll see a message detailing that the Event Organizer has not enabled resale for your event, and therefore selling your tickets through Ticketmaster is not an option. Not all events or tickets are available for resale, and the resale options may be turned off or turned on at any time at the Event Organizers discretion.
  Fans are not able to list their tickets lower than what they were purchased for on the website. This is at the wishes of the artist, venue or Event Organizers who also decide if resale is enabled/disabled for a given event.

  If Ticket Transfer is available for an event, you also have the option to post your tickets on a third-party site, then transfer them to the buyer if they sell.
