      TICKETMASTER is the worst but we are forced to depend on them unfortunately. I am just blown away by so many things they do that are not beneficial to the customer at all. The list goes on (I dont have enough space here), just know your company is TERRIBLE!

      I bought tickets for the wrong concert and immediately after purchase I reached out to Ticketmaster. They refused to give money back and told me I had to sell tickets. I tried to process a refund through ******* first before selling tickets but that didn't process *********, I tried selling the tickets on ticketmaster but the Ticketmaster app and website wouldn't allow me to do that either. Some sort of error on their end. I contacted customer service and they said there was something wrong on my end but I tried on multiple devices and all I got was a loading screen. **************** was not helpful at all. The most frustrating experience I've had with customer service. If someone reaches out about accidental purchase the day of purchasing tickets, you should honor that no matter what.Ticketmaster is the worst and they should be shutdown.

      We are sorry to hear that you purchased tickets for the incorrect city. 

      Ticketmaster is just contracted to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers, who also set the refund rules.  

      We do show that you contacted **************** but the event organizer would not authorize us to refund the order. We also show that the tickets scanned into the event. 

      In the future, please make sure that the event information, including the city, state and date are correct before submitting your payment information.

      Ticketmasters dynamic pricing is a scam. I bought tickets in the bleachers for $700 and now floor seats are selling for almost $300 less for better seats. They wont allow me to exchange them because none of the better seats are the same price or more. I bought during presale which means I should have gotten the best pricing. No ticket is currently selling for the same price except some which are $5 less and the wont exchange because it has to be the exact amount or more. Ticketmaster is a scam!!!!

      Standard tickets sold on Ticketmaster are owned by our clients (venues, sports teams, or other event promoters) who determine the number of tickets to be sold and set the face value price. The Event Organizer has priced these tickets according to their market value. Availability and pricing are subject to change based on demand. Ticketmaster does not contribute in any way how ticket prices are determined. We're unable to refund the difference or exchange tickets when a ticket price changes. 

      You selected tickets for certain seats to a certain date and was shown the price for those tickets. You then chose to enter your payment details and complete the purchase. Our Purchase Policy remains in effect, and we will not be able to cancel or discount your order.

      Gave me the run around to get my payout after selling my tickets!! Got a email verifying my steps were completed only for customer service after a long hour and putting me on hold multiple times, telling me one last step was needed. After waiting 8 days. I now have to wait another 7 days for my payout expected yesterday. Quite ridiculous. A scam for people to forget they are expecting a refund they most likely won't receive unless you call and wait for hours. Recommended ANY other website for sales or re sales of events.

      I recently purchased tickets during a presale event through Ticketmaster, believing I was securing the best possible price for my chosen seats. However, once tickets were released for general sale, I discovered that better seats were available for a significantly lower price than what I had paid during presale. The price difference was approximately $150 per ticket, which means I overpaid for my seats despite participating in an early sale event that was marketed as an exclusive opportunity.I contacted Ticketmaster to request either a refund or a price adjustment, but they refused to provide any resolution. They stated that all ticket sales are final, despite the fact that their dynamic pricing model unfairly charged higher prices to presale customers while offering cheaper tickets to the general public later.This pricing practice is deceptive and misleading to consumers who participate in presale events with the understanding that they are securing the best available deal. It appears that Ticketmaster knowingly inflated prices during presale, taking advantage of loyal fans before lowering them later. This bait-and-switch pricing scheme has affected thousands of customers, causing financial harm and diminishing consumer trust in Ticketmasters business practices.

      While I understand that event organizers set ticket prices, Ticketmaster is the platform facilitating the sales and promoting presales as an exclusive opportunity. Presale pricing is marketed as a benefit for early buyers, yet in this case, it resulted in me paying $150 more per ticket than customers who purchased during the general sale. This practice is misleading and unfair to loyal customers who participate in presales in good faith.Your response states that prices are subject to change based on demand, but nowhere was it disclosed that purchasing early could result in overpaying compared to later buyers. If presales do not guarantee competitive pricing, then they should not be advertised as a special opportunity. Im pretty sure Im not the only customer that has complained about your practices!

      Sold tickets for just over the $600 thresh hold at a loss. Ticketmaster asked me to fill out a 1099-K to get my money deposited to me. 1099-K has been submitted and they refuse to release my money. This isn't the first time this has happened and I'm not doing it again with these people.

      To get paid, fans must provide their payout method and complete their Tax Seller Details. Once these are complete, we'll deposit your payout typically within 7 days after the event. If the 1099K was not completed before the event, the payout would be on a hold until the information was verified.

      Booked a hotel through here and after our one night stay we discovered bed bugs! Hotel was willing to instantly give us a refund but could not as it has to go through ticket master. So all leg work was done, sent pictures talked to a couple different people and tolerated being on hold for over an hour! Here it is the 28th and STILL NO REFUND! Contacted hotel manager yet again thinking they were the hold up and no they were not they already sent the funds back to Ticketmaster awhile ago. So why hasn't those funds been refunded back to me as they stated We were indeed getting our money back. Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge on prompt resolutions! Very disappointed in this very lengthy process and will go elsewhere with our business!

      To make a long story short, I try to buy four seats for a hockey game with one of the seats being an aisle seat and after I pick the seats I wanted, I purchased them and they gave me other seats that didn't have an aisle. I wanted an aisle for health reasons and I tried to dispute it with Ticketmaster and they said basically tough luck and you can resell them yourself.They took no responsibility in the situation and I had to go purchase other tickets at StubHub, which was much more convenient and I actually got the seats I wanted.This isn't the first issue I've had with stick and master but it'll definitely be the last one as I will never use this place for any ticket purchases in the future.

      I've had issues with Ticketmaster for various years, and my recent experience has only solidified my dissatisfaction. I purchased a ticket over two months in advance, but due to personal reasons, I won't be able to attend the event. I reached out to Ticketmaster to swap my ticket for the day prior, which has the same cost and worse seating. However, they told me I couldnt cancel or get a refund on my ticket. Their only solution was for me to arrive hours before the event and go to will call. This is not a good solution for a simple problem. In the future, I will avoid buying from Ticketmaster if there are other vendors available.

      I submitted a ticket inquiry into my account 2 months ago, on why it's locked out. It won't let me purchase tickets for some reason all of a sudden. I want to give you guys money, but you won't even respond to my customer support request after 2 months. Please help resolve this. I'm able to log in, but the instant I view tickets I want to buy, it says "try logging into a different browser, change wifi, contact customer support." I'm doing everything, but I can't even get a reply? What if someone had fraud issues you think +months to respond is considered responding in a timely manner? ********

      Our records indicate that our *************************** tried to assist you back in December. They asked for more information, so they could submit it to our IT department but you declined to provide the information. 

      We can suggest that you try the following: 

      Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, review the following:
      -Stay within one browser window and on a single device.
      -Sign out from all browsers and devices and clear your browser's history and cookies.
      -Disable third-party browser extensions.
      -Use your carriers data network instead of large public wifi networks, such as coffee shops.
      -Try using ****** Chrome Incognito mode.
      -Disconnect from VPN, Apple Private Relay and other proxy servers.

      I have done all of these things, and you're lying about me declining. I gave yall information to assist in unlocking my account and then you have ghosted me for 3 months. I have the screenshots to prove you're lying. Your only solution is create a new account, because I've tried everything else. But that seems more fraudulent than just unlocking my current one. Why aren't you guys replying to my emails. And only replying on a website BBB? This is so wrong on many levels.
