      Ticketmaster is the epitome of the problem with monopolies. Although, they have the tickets to great shows and events, they are a challenge to deal with. The website is very clunky and slow. It takes multiple steps to actually select and complete the purchase. You have to make separate purchases for each event. Of course, they add a bunch of junk fees to the ticket price. They had a data a breech, but will tell you they are secure. Almost every time I try to log in, it claims my user name and password combination doesn't match their records. However, I am using a password manager. Same thing happens on my phone, which is the only place you can actually get access to your tickets.

      For security reasons, we do require fans to update their passwords more often. It is important to select strong passwords that are not used across different accounts.

      Also, tickets do not have to be accessed on the app. You can log in and access them on your mobile web browser.

      I am trying to buy tickets to the race and I keep getting an error code. I attempt to call the 800 number about the issue and I hold for 10 minutes and the call just disconnects. I tried to chat with someone but you can only chat with someone if you already have tickets. I called their main 800 number and I just get placed on a permanent hold. It is literally impossible to buy tickets or speak to anyone.Can someone please do something to shut them down? This is completely unacceptable.

      I wish I could give a 0-star review. They need to be investigated for violating Antitrust legislation. I bought tickets for ******* through Presale, and they did not disclose the use of dynamic pricing. I was on the phone with. a ***, who stated that when the demand for an event is high, they purposely raise prices. I don't understand how that is legal when they are the only ones to get tickets to see her. They left us no choice for fans trying to see *******. When I went to refund my tickets, they denied my request. It turns out they changed the refund policy overnight without notifying anyone. Several times, I've asked them to escalate my case, but a supervisor hasn't contacted me. I've been trying to resell them, and the customer service bot says you can't for the event, and the **** say I can. I asked the *** how they guarantee sensitive tax information will not be part of another breach, but the *** wouldn't answer the question and kept restating that I would need to import tax information that gets sent to the *** after a ticket sale. This insecurity, on top of not giving you your money from a ticket sale until after the event, is disgusting. Their business is so disorganized, unethical, and untruthful.

      Bought tickets for a concert only to find out that tickets were announced for a weekend show at lower prices. Ticketmaster will not allow refund or exchange. Bait and switch tactics and shady marketing are their speciality. And dont even think those service fees you pay for will help you get actual service from them.

      I purchased tickets on ticketmaster for an F1 race. Once I got to the race, I found out that my tickets had been transferred out of my account without my permission. The people at the box office told me my tickets had been transferred to 5+ different people after they were taken out of my account. I was told that I should contact the fraud department and they would get back to me in 5 days. It has been around 3 months now and I have heard nothing from them despite multiple follow ****

      There was a Bogo special with tickets that we wanted to purchase. We purchased them entered the Bogo code ********** I shouldve looked. Yes the was not accepted. It is a valid code so I got charged full price for two tickets. I reached out to Ticketmaster to ask for a refund and you know theyve got this great refund policy that sarcasm. Its absolutely shameful and disgusting that this is virtually the only you can get entertainment tickets and they absolutely 100% take advantage of their customers as a business owner mistakes happen and it is a lot bettersituation to help the client and do the right thing. But the right thing is not something that Ticketmaster can or will do They are shameful. Theyre disgusting and I truly wish that artists would find a way to promote their own tickets on their own websites and rid of the middleman Ticketmaster because they just make stuff more expensive and they dont make the experience any better in fact there are monopoly but thatsOK because they get it all and they get a treat us however they want to. They should be ashamed of themselves I realize that this is virtually the only platform that artist or places have to sell tickets, but there has to be something better out there. There has to be better options and this past time that we find those Ticketmaster is a horrible organization that treats their customers horribly. I cant imagine what they actually treat their employees like just as bad Im sure.

      Ticketmaster owes me over 400$. I called them in December to file a fraud charge . The people who answered the phone said they don't have a phone number for them but can see they have the complaint. I have been calling every week for the last 3 months and told I will hear something in 3-5 days and nothing yet. All I want is the money they stole from me.

      Bought Tickets for ******* to only notice I accidentally selected 1 seat for VIP. I wanted to refund it since the prices were too high for 2 seats, but Ticketmaster won't refund even though it is within the 24 hour period.

      Primary tickets sold on Ticketmaster are owned by our clients (venues, sports teams, or other event promoters) who determine the number of tickets to be sold, set the face value price, as well as determine if amenities will be added. The Event Organizer has priced these tickets according to their market value. Availability and pricing are subject to change based on demand. Ticketmaster does not contribute in any way to how ticket prices are determined.
      Ticketmaster is contracted to sell tickets on behalf of the event organizers. You agree to the terms and conditions when making your purchase. For these reasons we cannot refund your order.

      I have attempted to buy tickets now 3 times through ticketmaster online in my registered account and everytime it gets to the purchase it rejects my credit card, debit card that is in good standing. Last week tried to purchase concert tickets for theory of a deadman..Feb 11 show tried for 2 hours including calling and for this show they said were selling over phone online, yet they were unable to help with the online purchase. So to test there system I went in to ticketmaster and attempted to buy denver avalanche tickets expensive ones at $300 each and guess what? It processed my credit card just fine--than I canceled it. Yet when it came to purchase there lowest priced concert ticket-would not go through. So I called Paramount box office-guess what they had they same tick for sale for triple the price! I say ticket master is false advertising cheap tickets just to turn around and rip you off for a higher price through a affiliate. I end up having to purchase different tickets through seat geeks for more money and further away. No wonder they currently have a lawsuit against them. *Dishonest business practice* Bands should not use them.
