      Theyre selling these crazy overpriced tickets called Official Platinum that cost DOUBLE the standard price. Like, how is that not just straight-up scamming people? And to make it worse, theyre labeled as nonrefundable. I contacted customer service THE SAME DAY, and they still refused to refund me. How does that even make sense? There are still seats and tickets available at even the same area, so why are they charging double the price? It feels so shady. And then they hit me with the nonrefundable excuse? Seriously? Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      All ticket type and pricing information is provided on the site before purchase. We sell tickets on behalf of Event Organizers, which means we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Event Organizers typically set the face price of their tickets. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including websites, apps, and box offices. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.
      We may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date, and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. If you do not wish to use your ticket, you may be able to resell or transfer them to recoup the funds.

      The new policy of not paying out on a sold ticket until after the event is completely unethical. The event ai can no longer make it to is three months away. Youve been paid by me when I purchased the tickets, and by the buyer who purchased them when I sold the tickets. How do you justify holding on to everyones money? Additionally, the app still says that a seller will be paid within 5-7 business days of the date the tickets are SOLD. Terrible business practices.

      Bought tickets for a concert at ************** was canceled and they wont refund my money they tell me it was rescheduled and I called and it was not rescheduled If you call they put you on hold for hours then they say they will get back to you which they dont I have been waiting over a month my credit card said it was rescheduled I asked when no answer I told them to call and they will tell you it was canceled and not rescheduled but they are not allowed to do that!Terrible customer service!

      At this time, we have not received information that the show was canceled. We received information from the venue stating that the event has been rescheduled for March 24, 2025.

      Since you purchased tickets from another fan, refunds are not available; however, you may have the option to transfer the tickets to someone else if the option is available through your ************** Provider Account.

      On ****** website if you look at his touring schedule he will be playing in ******************** on March 24 2025 Nowhere does it say he will be in ******** any where I should be refunded my ****** because it was canceled not rescheduled I also have an E mail from Meijer gardens saying this I appreciate you looking into this matter ***** *****

      I signed up for the presale ****** ****** concert for two separate days (Aug 22 and Aug 23). When it was time for the presale, I was in queue, and Ticketmaster locked out my account. After sitting on hold for customer service for over 1/2 hour, I was told that since I did all of their automated suggested fixes, that there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait for it to unlock on its own. This prevented me from having access to the presale tickets. I again tried when the tickets went to public sale, and was on queue, then when I went to select tickets, I was again removed and sent back to queue. By the time I got back in, all the reasonable tickets were sold and all that was left was resale. I was left highly disappointed and was given no resolution by Ticjetmaster customer service.

      The best tips we can provide are below: 


      Save time during the onsale by searching for the Best Available ticket. This filter will scan all sections and prices to provide you the best ticket option at that time, pending availability.
      Dont look like a ticket bot! It may result in you being blocked for a period of time and unable to shop for tickets. Heres what to remember:
      Stay within one browser window and on a single device or it may result in errors.
      Dont refresh your browser multiple times for multiple ticket searches.
      Turn off your VPN, Apple Private Relay and other proxy servers.
      When using the interactive seat map keep this color key in mind:
      Blue means the section has tickets that match your search. The darker the blue color, the more tickets in the section that match.
      Gray means the section has no more tickets available or doesnt have tickets that match your search.
      The pink resale logo with two circling arrows means the tickets are being sold by other fans.

      This is for order WDC/52-22662. Ticketmaster does not me allow to sell or transfer a ticket. I can not make it to the show tonight and would like at least a refund. On the phone they said I had chosen delivery by will call, but the system did it. The employee said it would change the ticket to online delivery. I can see then, even the bar code, but still I am stuck with a ticket I can not use. Note that I am filling this BEFORE the show tonight on 01/30.

      This company is running a scam. Live Nation and Ticketmaster are working on getting a monopoly over Tickets for concerts and events. They are charging ridiculous amounts for processing fees, up to 30% of the price of your ticket. Dynamic pricing is also the biggest scam ever, why can they raise the prices to such insane prices (see ****** ***** ticket prices, Blink-182 ticket prices)

      Ticketmaster is trash they sold my **** tickets right under my nose...and had the audacity to short me on my money that I paid for them....on top of that they suggested I repurchase the **** tickets the stole from me in the first **** place....I AM HIGHLY ****** TICKETMASTER IS TRASH

The ticket was then purchased on January 23, 2025. In order to get paid, we need to conduct a one-time verification of your bank account. 2 small deposits were issued on January 25, 2025. We'll deposit your payout typically within 7 days after the event.

      I bought tickets to the price is right and Im not able to go. The show is February 12, 2025. I noticed that youre able to resell your tickets through Ticketmaster. Of course they take a chunk of the money and then you have to file out a 1099. They want my Social Security number and I had to give them all my bank information. I dont understand why I have to fill out a 1099 when Im just making my money back. I in no way made a profit. I lost money. This is insane

      This is for order number 42-10723/***. I purchased tickets on January 12, 2025 for Back to the Future The Musical (Touring) at the *********************** for January 19, 2025. I unfortunately made a mistake and bought tickets for an earlier showing at 1:00 PM instead of the 6:30 PM showing for the performance on January 19th. I read through the Refunds and Exchanges section on the Ticketmaster website and found that my tickets met all the requirements for an exchange. I called customer service and explained my situation to them and that I was looking to exchange my tickets from the 1:00 PM show to the show at 6:30 PM. The representative assisting me told me the system was not allowing her to select equally priced tickets in the same section for the 6:30 PM show to exchange with my tickets. During the call, I was viewing the ticket availability for the 6:30 PM showtime on Ticketmaster's website and saw that tickets were available in the same section for the same price as the tickets I had purchased. I asked if the representative could cancel my order and I would buy tickets again for the 6:30 PM showing and she told me that she could not do that either. I then asked if we could escalate the matter to a supervisor or manager. The representative took down my phone number and told me someone would call me back. I gave her my information but no one ever called me to clear up the situation. I ended up having to sell my tickets for a lesser amount of what I had purchased them for originally. I called Ticketmaster the day after the date of the musical to get an explanation as to why I never received call from anyone and hopefully receive a refund for the difference I lost in the resale. I was told that I could not receive a refund and that someone did contact me, but emailed me instead of calling me. That email was found in my junk folder and stated in detail how I could purchase tickets to the later showing AND get a refund from my original purchase Ticketmaster is a joke

      Ticketmaster should be ashamed of themselves. They are a ruthless, gauging service with no conscious. My wife was online 15 minutes before the pre-sale for ***** ********* tickets this morning only to get booted out of the queue, logged back in and was told there were ZERO tickets available. I use the service to resell my footballl tickets when I cant go. Ticketmaster charges me and the buyer. Absolutely criminal. My wife called their customer service where she was only able to talk to someone reading from a script and not very well at that. Both people she talked to said sorry, we cant do anything for you. Whats a disabled person supposed to do to get tickets to any show with such a c*** platform and ZERO customer service? This is a terrible company with no ******* or social responsibility.
