How can you justify charging all of the fees that you charge to send a flipping mobile ticket??? How is it possible to charge someone almost $110 for 2 tickets. The ticket price is $350 for both, and the total was almost $460. How is this ok?

Purchased basketball tickets for just under $300. Tried selling my tickets and was offered $36...IF i gave them a banking account number, routing number, and for some reason another credit card for them to have on file. No customer service, no responses, no reply to emails sent on their site. I tried to delete my account and the want a handwritten letter sent to *************. I had to go outside their site to find better instructions for how to delete and found a Privacy Form solution, but no thanks to TicketMaster. They hide their information and try to get you to leave your information online. This company is like almost every other event ticket company...crooked. Wish I could leave a 0 star review.

Why can't Ticketmaster be sold at customer service at CashWise grocery stores anymore and then only allowed to purchase 8 tickets when we needed 9, so then we had to leave a kid behind.

Dynamic pricing is a rip off. This business model is predatory and Ticketmaster should be stopped. Its one thing to address demand with verified presale tickets. Its quite another for Tickemaster to basically act like scalpers. I am waitlisted for a concert (for the third time) and at this point I want to forget the process and not use Tickmaster again. Except they have a monopoly, so its very hard to avoid using them if you want to attend any major concert or sporting event. Cant wait until lawyers start gathering information for class action lawsuits.

I purchased tickets online not knowing I was dealing with a third party company. This third party company had used the Ticketmaster seating map. I dud not have a choice to select ny seats. I end up purchasing the furthest seats of the venue and charge me double if the price.

This company along with LiveNation needs to be dismantled and sued to return billions back to ticket purchasers over the decade. They are operating ticket resale companies in secret, buying up their own tickets only to resell them at a massive profit. Those other companies that also purchase tickets for the sole purpose to resell (Stubhub, Vivid, et all) are equally needing to be shut down and sued. The fact that nothing has happened proves this corruption runs deep.I try to purchase tickets from venues directly when possible but again, LiveNations grip on venues and only routing certain artists to said venues is the mafia tactic there. It's time to bring these companies down hard.

I was scammed out of considerable money by Ticketmaster and their “dynamic pricing.” I wouldn’t have knowingly agreed to spend over $3000 more for tickets if I knew the price would drop by more than half 12 hours later. It makes no sense that pricing would fluctuate this much. Ticketmaster had more seats to release… so if anything the price the day earlier should have been less based on availability and demand.
I’m a nursing student who works part time in hospice and this was my graduation gift to me and my three teen daughters after several years of grueling work through school and the pandemic. I give back to my community and help dying people. I work hard for the money I earn. I feel like Ticketmaster stole $3000 from me. I’m sickened to think that someone sitting next to me was charged half or less than what I paid. Why? All because I bought the tickets at the wrong time.

Would give zero stars if I could. It's infuriating to go through a presale process, receive a code, and wait in a queue only for the presale to be so oversaturated, I did not once secure a pair of tickets. There is something seriously wrong if when I refresh four times, the same tickets that are unavailable are showing up. The price gouging of the fees is an entirely separate issue and I can't wait for it to be illegal so these crooks can rot in jail.

This place is a joke. I sold my tickets a week ago and got the confirmation email. However I never received instructions that I needed to verify my bank account before I got my payout. The only way I found out was through Reddit and low and behold it has it on their FAQ page. Thai should’ve been included in the email saying I needed to fill out tax info. They are purposefully trying to do everything they can to keep your money. You used to get paid right away now they make you wait u til after the event. Complete garbage of a company.

You wait more than an hour and a half in queue to get tickets, click the first available tickets, and the tickets are given to another customer. Then no tickets are left. Now I’ll have to pay exorbitant markup costs on the resale market to see the Amy Poehler Tina Fey show. Ticketmaster is a waste of time. The FTC needs to break up this monopoly. It’s a rip off.
