      We bought 3 tickets to a colllege basketball game. Received confirmation, but never received the tickets. This was through their app, but they said they couldn’t help us. What a scam, how much money do they make off of people. How can they not help us and not give a refund! Shouldn’t be in business!

      Purchased two tickets to The Beatles LOVE at the MIrage in Vegas for 2/8 at 9:30 PM, Show was canceled - no email notification prior.. Contacted Ticketmaster about a refund. They can't find my transaction despite me providing the actual tickets and confirmation email from TM. Back and forth via text - mostly robotic responses despite all the details I provided. Repeatedly said they weren't the point of purchase, directed me to an off-shoot TM site I'd never seen before. Horrible customer service - no ownership of the issue, no escalation despite requests. I will walk miles to an actual box office before I ever purchase from TM again. And I'm convinced there is some shady business between TM and the Vegas hotels that contributed to this.

      Highly disappointed and highly frustrated. I am a long time customer of Ticketmaster, and live nation. I feel as if Ticketmaster doesn’t care about their customers. On Monday, February 13, 2023 I made an attempt to purchase 4 tickets and 4 Magic passes for me and my family to see the Harlem go trotters at the Honda Center on February 18th. The system said that my time had expired and timed out releasing the tickets. I made a second attempt to purchase the 4 tickets and 4 passes before the time expired. I also purchased insurance to protect my tickets. When I check my email, there were 2 emails saying that I had purchased 2 separate orders. When the first one the system told me that the time was expired and it timed out. I was charged double the total $343.60 plus $33 for the insurance. I cannot afford to pay $686 for tickets. I am a victim of the system having a glitch and there is no phone number to talk to an actual person and the help center chat was no help at all , the only phone number I found online that actually worked claiming to be Ticketmaster didn’t even really belong to Ticketmaster and I almost got scammed. This person told me to buy eBay card and I realized it was a scam. I paid with KLARANA. They told me that there was nothing that they could do and that they were still take the money out of my account. Every two weeks. This was one of the worst experience of my life.

      Horrible experience! No customer service! No one to speak to when having a problem with listing tickets for resale. Will NEVER use again to either buy or sell!!

      Worst business ever. Sells tickets to scalpers that resale at an exorbitant amount. Making it impossible for individuals that actually want to see the concert. I thought selling at other than face value was illegal but obviously not.

      The standard tickets sold on Ticketmaster are owned by our clients (venues, sports teams or other event promoters) who determine the number of tickets to be sold and set the face value price. In the case of resale tickets, listing prices are determined by the seller, which can include fans or season ticket holders. Note that for certain events, Ticketmaster may not be the primary ***************.
      Not all events or ticket types are approved for resale by the Event Organizer they have the discretion to change resale options at any time. If resale is not available, youll see a message detailing that the Event Organizer has not enabled resale for your event, and therefore selling your tickets through Ticketmaster is not an option. Additionally, fans do not currently have the option to resell tickets on Ticketmaster.com to events where Ticketmaster is not the primary ticket provider.
      For some events, the Event Organizer has placed price restrictions on the resale of tickets. When the Event Organizer places price restrictions on resale tickets, your resale price per ticket cannot fall outside of the minimum or maximum set. If it does, youll see an alert notifying you to change your price.

      I had insurance added to a ticket purchase at almost 50% of the ticket price for insurance which I was unaware I had, I had to cancel my trip to another state and attend the show in 8 days due to family concerns. They are making me send uploaded multiple documents and reasons that I cannot do with my equipment nor do I have the know how. 68 yrs old. Horrible customer service, all bots no people, multiple emails that are the same.

      I paid $1900 for Beyonce tickets find out after they took my money something happened and it’s not the seats we picked so we email them to switch and of course they say oh I’m so sorry we can’t so I’m stuck with expensive nosebleeds never again

      Horrible company and customer service. They stole over $200 from me and refuse to give it back because I'm a healthcare provider and haven't been able to use the money in my account. I hope this company folds.

      Awful! I am deleting my account with them and will never use again. Not right. Not cool. I was signed in to my account at 930. Waiting for 10am sell, of course at 10am it would not allow me to view tickets, so had to open a new window. Was still 10am. When i opened and signed in i was 2000+ in line. The line did not move until 1010. Then slowly counted down. At 1020 it finally went fast, and then to me.. why?! Because evey tickt was sold out to f****** scalpers.

      DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RELIST TICKETS WITH TICKETMASTER! I made the mistake of deciding to relist tickets for BoyzIIMen in Philly when my wife and I couldn't go. We should have sought to sell them independently, because Ticketmaster is not paying our portion owed from the sale. I REPEAT...WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THE SALE. First they force you to give tax documentation, then to set up extra accounts in their system (credit cards NOT allowed)....must be a bank account and then the monies are fabled to be paid automatically. To date no payments have been made and you have to message them to try to contact them. They will eventually answer, but only with the repetitive 'read off a sheet' answer that you need to verify your account or put your account back in, or add another account...etc, etc, etc. I have added my checking account 3 times without success. After 5 days of fruitless messaging, they finally agreed to call me, but only to offer the same 'read off a page' statement with NO MANAGEMENT, NO SOLUTIONS, NO FIX TO THE SITUATION. There is no supervisor who can authorize or override and they will not send a check or allow return credit to a credit card. I am out hundreds of dollars and there is no reason to believe that I will ever receive my money. They are, without question, the most unscrupulous "company" I have ever dealt with and it seems they regularly get away with keeping money that is not theirs.....actually keeping the monies and fees from both sales without consequence.
