      If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely criminal business practice and the customer service is awful. You cannot speak to a person. They completely contradict themselves in their responses to your inquiries and can never fix the problem that they created! The solution they finally gave me after a run around was to sell my tickets on a different website (no resell option through them) and buy new ones through Ticketmaster if I needed to. Congress please do something about this monopoly!!!

      Ticketmaster is a rip off. Actual venue was selling concert tickets for $45-$95. Ticketmaster was selling them for $230.00.

      Ticketmaster really is p*ssing me off today. They don't have anyone to even talk to! They emailed me literally 18hrs prior to tickets going on sale today that the membership I PAID for, so I could get my ticket 3 days before anyone else can get them, that they couldn't verify my membership number!? Are you f*cking kidding me!? Their email response time is 'within' 24hrs. Well, it's been more then that at this point. Couldn't get my tickets and now they are almost sold out. I can't even get them tomorrow because they can't verify my ticketmaster member Pre-sale information either, even though I've used it plenty of times this year and last year. I'm FURIOUS! I tried their live chat and, of course, they tell me they will have to contact me via email. How can you not have anyone working there to answer a f*cking phone call!?

      Incompetent and unfair customer service. Purchased incorrect tickets and immediately contacted customer support to reconcile and be refunded so I could purchase the correct tickets. Was denied before the sale even reached my credit card. They are also not allowing resale for the event when the tickets I purchased were already resale. Tried to give this website a chance to find an alternative way to get tickets. Will never use it again.

      Poor business practices. Concert canceled 16 months ago. Ticketmaster refuses to refund or transfer.

      ZERO STARS
      Ticketmaster website has not allowed me into My Tickets / My Orders for over a week now as I keep getting an error message. I've also tried accessing through Livenation BUT I am redirected to Ticketmaster My Tickets / My Orders and keep getting the same error. AND to contact Ticketmaster (phone number, e-mail, chat.... there is nothing on the website) You MUST access the specific order within My Tickets / My Orders. No way to contact Ticketmaster without using the app!!!!!!!!! Absolutely Awful.
      Break Up Ticketmaster and Livenation. SICK of these constant issues! the DOJ should have NEVER allowed that merger!!

      This company should be shutdown. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, not getting any real person to help resolve the issues they created. Asked for supervisor or manager and was basically ignored. Probably won’t get my tickets after reading hundreds of the same reviews. If I could get zero stars I would. BOYCOT Ticketmaster they are a POS

      We have been unable to book to Nickelback(in Calgary) due to the fact that we don't have an AMEX card ?!!
      We then tried to look for a contact # or the virtual assistant any information as to why AMEX is the only credit card excepted for this event and found the information is EXTREMELY hard to find. After all this for a concert it makes me leery on booking any tickets through ticket master ever again. I think that consumers should be to contact the merchant with no problem.
      That is terrible customer service and again I shouldn't have to have specific credit to buy concert tickets.

      I purchased six tickets to attend an Ottawa Senators game on December 23, 2022 and my friend purchased another eight tickets in the same row. The game was rescheduled due to weather to a date in February 2023. Accordingly, I received an email from Ticketmaster stating that I had to request a refund by January 21, 2023 in order for my tickets to be refunded, and the email stated that I could reply to the email or in the chat. I requested a refund by email twice and then again in the chat function prior to January 21, 2023. I never received any response or refund. I kept following-up and then once the January 21, 2023 date lapsed, I conveniently receive my first response informing me that refunds are no longer available for the tickets. However, my friend who purchased the exact same tickets received a full refund. Consistent with the reviews on reddit, google , the BBB, and the facts outlined in the on-going litigation by the US Department of Justice, this is a company that behaves in flagrant bad faith at every opportunity but unfortunately has a near monopoly and therefore has no reason to change its behaviour. I will be forced to commence litigation against this company to recover these funds, which is ridiculous. Note you cannot ever get a person on the phone to discuss any of this. Wherever possible avoid using Ticketmaster, although perhaps the most frustrating part of this is that I know I will likely need to use this company again despite consistently having the same issues. Horrible company with terrible ethics. Wish I could give zero stars.

      I hate what you stand for. How you capitalize via mass buyout of tickets and resell with fees and markup prices. We lose as a result of your opportunistic business model. You do NOT provide a valuable service; you instead eliminate other purchasing options and make yourself indispensable by way of ticket monopoly. I wish you didn't exist.
