      Website was not clear on ticket prices/did not display all ticket prices on mobile. I ended paying more that I should have. Felt like false advertising.

      We are sorry to hear of any issues. However, we are not showing any recent purchases associated with your name or email address.
      We do show tickets for Janet Jackson at Legacy Arena associated with your email address, but these were purchased from a 3rd party, then transferred to you using Ticketmaster's free Ticket Transfer option. -MM

      The absolute worst customer service anywhere and a horrible website. No ability to actually talk to a customer service person. Endless back and forth. I bought reduced price tickets that I was not eligible for in error and tried to correct the problem. There was no way for them to correct it in their system. Then I was sent a reminder to print the tickets for the performance which is a week away. I can't print my tickets from their website. They kept insisting and re-explaining where the print button is. I finally sent them screen grabs of what I was seeing. So they said they would email me the tickets. They told me they emailed them, I told them that I had not received them. They said they sent them again. This went on several times...still no ticket. Ridiculous.

They will be available for pick up on the day of the event at the Will Call window at the Box Office as early as 90 minutes prior to the show. Make sure to take a valid photo ID, purchasing card and the order number with you when picking up the tickets. -MM

      I purchased 2 tickets to the Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Buffalo Sabres on Dec 27. I transferred 1 of 2 tickets to a friend so we could attend. Due to weather, the game was postponed. As a result, my friend transferred their ticket back to me as they live out of state and cannot attend the rescheduled game on April 14. I now have 2 x tickets on two separate orders due to the way in which Ticketmaster transacts tickets in their system. I can no longer sell these tickets as a pair. I must sell individually which reduces value of the tickets and further reduces my ability to sell the tickets at all as they are single seats now. I have attempted to reach out to Ticketmaster via their chat. It took approximately 31 hours to get a response. The response I received clearly was a canned response that did not make any logical sense to a customer simply trying to sell tickets as a pair. This is not an unreasonable request to simply merge my tickets together on a single order# so I can sell them. It should not be this painful and labor intensive to resolve a relatively simple issue. Unacceptable.

      However, due to the tickets being purchased as resale, we are unable to place the tickets back on the original order after they have been transferred. When the tickets are transferred back, it creates a new order. We apologize for the inconvenience. -MM

      When I bought my tickets from Ticketmaster, I tried to pay with credit and PayPal many times, but the web page showed that the payment was unsuccessful, but in fact, one of the attempts was successfully debited and the ticket was issued. It wasn't until I checked my online banking and PayPal accounts that I realized that although the webpage showed that I hadn't paid successfully, I had actually successfully purchased the tickets and had also been successfully debited. But before that, I thought there was a problem with my bank account, so I asked a friend to use his account to buy 4 tickets for me. Now the situation is embarrassing, the 4 of us bought 8 tickets. I tried to contact their **************** several times try to cancel my order to get a refund, I provided my account and order information, and they also ask me to provide my friend's account and order information. But they reject my request because they said the Event Organizer is currently not authorizing refunds. I am so sad because this is not caused by my problem, if the web page shows that my payment has been successful, I will not ask my friends to buy tickets for me, which really makes me feel uncomfortable. Due to a technical issue on their website, I bought 4 more tickets, but they said they cannot request a refund for me. Is this a bit of a strong buy-and-sell? They asked me to resell my tickets, but almost half of the official tickets for this concert are still unsold, the remaining official tickets are now even cheaper than when I bought them. If I want to resell my ticket, they will charge the service fee again. I can only pay back the cost by raising the ticket price. Why don't people buy my high-priced ticket instead of the cheap original price ticket? It's not my fault at all, I was forced to buy 4 tickets due to technical issues with their website, why should I take the risk of not being able to sell tickets and losing money? This is very unreasonable!

      I paid almost $500 for ******************* tickets on 12/30/2022. As of today, 1/12/2023, I still do not have my ticket information. I was wanting to get my son a birthday message at the game but without my ticket information, I am unable to do so. Please be careful when buying tickets from Ticketmaster.

      Zero is what I give Ticket Master! I purchased 3 tickets for a football game on January 8th I found out I had a medical procedure that had to be taken care of right away, attempted to get a refund and was not able to. I was told to resell them attempted to and come to find out that more then 3 times of checking my tickets where not posted for resale. I ended up just taking a loss and giving them away. After constant emails back and fourth after just getting surgery I was not able to deal with the stress. Shame on this Company.

      Ticket master definitely is a rip off. I bought tickets to a monster jam event that is 3 weeks away, come to find out that the day I purchased the tickets for is not the day I was given. (One day later) now I just wanted to switch the tickets to the correct day and yes, there were and are still MANY seats AVAILABLE FOR THE *** I NEED TO GO. They charged me a total of 23$ extra per person (8 people) on top of the payment that I had already made for the incorrect tickets, and the tickets i needed were cheaper than the ones I originally purchased. I also offered to not be issued a refund and get the cheaper tickets at the price i had already paid! No one was willing to help and all they said I need to pick tickets with equal or higher face value that what was originally give. And how convenient for them not to have the same face value tickets but only more expensive ones for the same seats or worst seats!! This definitely is not fair that the app to fail or sell incorrect tickets and then have the ******** (who has already decided to use ticket master as their choice of ticket supplier when the we could have used other companies) pay extra to correct a mistake made by a possible glitch! Now you made extra 23$ per person from me ($184.00) and you will sell the tickets that were sold to me by mistake 35$ each plus your (extra Fees!) the tickets they gave me were not much more but the fee's that they charged me to ***** the tickets are almost as much as the tickets are selling for right now! I was forced to pay 73$ per person for tickets that are selling for $20 per person all because I am not available to attend on the the day you all mistakenly sold me a ticket to. This company will not stand up for them selves but found a way to make quick $. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. If they treated me like this im sure they will do this to others!!

      Sorry to hear you purchased the incorrect date. The event organizer does only allow equal or greater value exchange so we do have to enforce that policy. They set ticket prices as well not us so you will find same seats varying in prices on different times or dates. That is normal and not unique to Ticketmaster.

      I paid almost $1400 for tickets to a comedy show and ended up not being able to attend the show because there was a state of emergency issued for a Hurricane and I was unable to drive through the storm to go to the show. My city was a direct hit, but they told me in few words that wasn't their problem and refused to even discuss it with me. Even after I spent weeks begging them to let me talk to someone higher up but it seems like no one above the in app chat even exists. After almost two months there is still no attempt to help me or even give me a partial credit so they can keep the money fairly. Greedy and money hungry billion dollar corporation that will never have to answer for their wrong doings, typical.

      Zero should be a review option for Ticketmaster.
      I purchased tickets of $207.75 for a show on 1/18/2022. I could not make the show and sold the tickets on Ticketmaster for under purchase price prior to the show scheduled show date. The show took place on 1/18/2022. This was lose lost situation, with all the fees paid to Ticketmaster.
      I was told I could not get the payout unless I completed a form requesting my personal information. The *** information provided by Ticketmaster indicated if over $600 I would receive a *** form. On 1/3/2023 as well as 1/18/2022 my sell was less than the $600 threshold and not required to provide this information. Now on 1/3/2023 Ticketmaster has not sent my sell proceeds for which they have held for almost one year and refused multiple times to pay sale proceeds. I should have already received my funds for the sale. I am clearly entitled to my sale proceeds and any interest they earned for refusing to send the funds. The documents they provided from the *** website indicates threshold is $600, since this is a new tax year and I have been under the threshold since 1/18/2022 I am entitled to the funds without providing any personal information. Please do the right thing a pay my sale proceeds without requiring any personal information! As shown on **** -K instruction link sent to me by Ticketmaster the *** website, Notice XXXX-XX states, "section 9674(a) of the *** amended section 6050W(e) "... **** is required to report payments in settlement of third party network transactions with respect to any participating payee that exceed a minimum threshold of $600 in aggregate payments". After a significant number of failed attempts, almost one year later and new tax year, I still don't have the money. This is just robbery! The *** should investigate Ticketmaster. How many others have not received sale proceeds? Is Ticketmaster actually following *** reporting regulations? Or selling personal information obtained ?

      The system timed out and have pop up message that me tickets had been released and took me back to seating chart page. So I chose tickets and placed order. As soon as I did that I got notification that the previous order was processed!!! And they're telling me the system generated duplicate order with $60 worth of fees cant be refunded? I didn't order same seats back to back, extremely sad. This is a splurge for my family and now I'm just sad.
