Waited on virtual line to purchase *********************** tickets for 6 hours. I got into the site, had the tickets, but couldn't check out. An error code kept coming up telling me to log in. I was logged in! I wasn't able to complete the transaction. A error came up and removed me from my place in line. There is absolutely no costumer service to assist. They don't post a phone number. I hope ****** master honors my transaction, and lets me buy the tickets. So frustrated.Ticketmaster Corp

Tried to use it to buy concert tickets for my daughter's graduation. I got waitlisted after signing up for Fan Preview tickets, so I used the info from one of her friends while they were in school, and another mom also tried with her code to buy tickets. Everytime we tried to checkout I would get a message that told me, "Unfortunately we are not able to complete the request on this device. Please make sure you are signed into your Ticketmaster account and try again or come back later." I did this multiple times and could not get tickets. I also did not know how to get tickets for the extra show that they added on, and I was not notified that I should add that to my preregistering when it was made available. I am no longer able to add it now that I see what a mess they have made of my ability to choose tickets. When I tried to add that show onto my presale selections I could not get to the link because their links were not working. It was a nightmare. My friend had the same experience, so she ended up saying she dislikes the artist a lot and the artist is going to have a slew of mom's that dislike her because she has chosen such a horrid company to manage her ticket sales, and this reflects poorly on her. The artist does not need to care how terrible the experience is for the lowly fans. However, I do not want to use Ticketmaster again, and will recommend that in the future my daughter not see concerts in ******* if there is not a better venue for ticket sales.Ticketmaster Corp

First of all, you allowed bots and people without a Verified Fan code to buy tickets by your own admission. I see that all sorts of websites are reselling the tickets. I consider it your obligation to
1) Get all tickets back where the person does not have a Verified Fan code, or Credit card from Capital One, which were what we were using to try to purchase tickets, and
2) To resell them or to pay for the extra cost for the tickets if we get them from the Scalpers that you sold to instead of selling them to legitimate fans.
3) Your website has horrendous design. Where are the instructions on how to use it? I saw none, and wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what to do. You need to include instructions. Without instructions I did not know how to find individual seats, and that was not offered to me, I could only enter the amount of tickets that I wanted.
4) You need to get back the tickets that were wrongfully sold, you are not only cheating the fans, but also Ms. Swift of revenues that are being made on her concert that she is not able to get a part of.
I will not have a wonderful day until the situation is rectified and I get the 6 tickets that I set out to get for my daughter and her friends for their graduation, and I am not done complaining. If you will not hear my pleas, I will be going to people who are willing to listen and join with others to demand legal action.

If I hadn't already purchased concert tickets for another event I would pay extra just to NEVER buy anything from this horrible company again. How dare you know that you would have 3+ MILLION seats available for purchase for *********************** Eras Tour and DO NOTHING TO PREPARE!!! I can't wait for the class action lawsuit that comes out after this. You wasted an ENTIRE DAY worth of peoples time, money, and resources for a SCAM!! I registered as a verified fan for ***********************, got an email, got a presale code, and wasted 8 and a half hours of my life because they were somehow shocked at the number of people that showed up. When they had control over how many people could have been in the presale when they could have had different times for different cities when they are supposedly the best technology for ticketing. I got in twice to try and pick my seats only to have error messages saying I wasn't signed in or that I was not eligible to buy these seats. They are a capitalist pig company that have been gauging people with their exorbitant ticket fees for years.Ticketmaster Corp

Wife signed up for presale event to take herself and her daughters to TS Eras tour at ************** on 6 May, 2023. When she was signing up for the presale event she was asked how many tickets she needed. She input 3. She then logged on at **** EST for the presale event that began at **** EST to be WELL ahead of the rush and waited till **** at which time the system paused and she was told to wait and not refresh her page. So, she waited approximately 3 hours AS INDICATED BY THE ***** Then it allowed her to pick seats out of nowhere (she had section c, row 13 for approximately 490 per ticket). She put these tickets in her cart and attempted to check out. She was then suddenly kicked out and told there were *****+ people in front of her. So, she waited ALL DAY, and finally got back in at approximately 4:30 where she was told she could pick tickets. Then every time she attempted to purchase tickets a pop-up displayed saying it was "loading" before prompting her that "the tickets had already been sold to another fan". At this point she is panicked because she has made a promise (based on Ticketmaster's presale advertising) to her daughters that since she had followed every step to ensure their attendance they would be attending this concert. If this is a joke it is a very, VERY cruel one.Ticketmaster Corp

It's a nightmare dealing with Ticketmaster. The monopoly they have in the music industry stifles artists so much. The fees charged by this company for event tickets are outrageous, especially for a website that is clunky and barely works. It's insane that the government allows them to exist.Ticketmaster Corp

This has to be the most unprofessional way of handling a Tour. I am in line for *********************** Era tour and have been in the queue for almost 5 hours waiting to get some tickets. I have done everything right and yet you choose to blame the fans in a tweet, by saying this is a historic and unprecedented, when you guys did NOT prepare for something that you already knew was going to be historic, hence why *********************** added in 17 more shows. You are a terrible company and only care about making more money and this verified fan **** is all about you selling to people who are already price gouging tickets for over $1000. If you truly cared you would take off all fee's for the trouble that fans ( the people that make you money as well as the artist) have gone through. Way to **** all this **** up.Ticketmaster Corp

We received a VERIFIED ticket code last night for the *********************** concert. My daughter put in the code, got to picking seats and the system crashed, she waited another hour to get back in and it said the "code" had already been used. Come on TicketMaster, i have been a customer since 2013, and i got a *********** card just for this event - cancelling both, can't reach anyone at ticketmaster, loss of trust in this organization, so disappointing.Ticketmaster Corp

The *********************** presale today was the most horrendous online experience I've ever had with any company. Ever. While I was able to get into the presale this morning and had even made it to the ticket selection page, your site crashed and threw me out before I could make an actual ticket selection. I refreshed a few times on the error pages only to then be told that my presale code was invalid - even though I had already entered it to get into the presale and it worked then. So I reloaded again for a few more error pages and then got put in the back of a queue with over **** people that then lasted for over 2 hours. Finally get into seat selection again only to be presented with 30 or so seat options of which not a single one was actually available.
There should have been absolutely no surprise at the presale demand levels as we all had to pre-register for the presale - for which registering took me over 8 hours, which was a whole other mess. This is an absolute disgrace for customers to have been treated like this and given the number of resale tickets that are already on the market your strategies are obviously not working.
I am completely fine with getting or not getting a ticket based on demand if everything works as it is supposed to. However when following your process and the entire cause of my not securing a ticket is because of your failed infrastructure, that is another story.
I've yet to have a positive experience purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster, although most times I am actually successful in securing a ticket. Today was a complete debacle and anytime I have any other choice I will be taking my business elsewhere.
