      Interesting that they were the ones to send out presale codes and then claim "unprecedented demand" when it is their entire company that is incompetent in running this sale and STILL will charge ridiculous fees for "convenience". This is essentially a monopoly and they can be as terrible as they please because we have no other choice.

      Logged into my account today for the *********************** presale tickets at meadow lands on May 26th. Got into the queue at 10:05am (** time) and got to a position of 38 people ahead of me. Then I get a message that there is a system issue and I need to re-join the queue. If there is a system issue why do I need to go back to the queue where there are ****+ people ahead of me and I have not moved in the last 30 minutes. How is Ticketmaster allowed to get away with this?

      Purchasing tickets through ticketmaster is fine, just hope you don't ever have to deal with their completely ridiculous customer service. Forget that there is no phone number published, if you try to use their chat service be ready to state your issue 15 times because no one actually reads what you write. They respond with the copy and paste answer from their knowledge base over and over again until you give up!! Completely useless and embarrassing for such a large company.

      I have deleted the account and added a new one, still is not working yet. However, my complaint is not about the issues with account connection, it is with the fact that I had to try to contact customer service 4 times before someone actually read my issue and responded with something helpful. I shouldn't have to send the exact same information 4 times before someone comprehends what my issue is and responds with anything other than a "copy and paste" out of a knowledge base.

      I purchased tickets on 6/29/21 to attend the Tyrese concert that should have been held on 7/3/21 at *********************** in ******. The total for the two tickets was $172.61. On 7/1/21, I received an email that said the event has been rescheduled for 11/5/21 but I had until 7/31/21 to request a refund. I had a gut feeling there would be no concert in November so on 7/3/21 I filled out the request to obtain a refund, and of course there was never an additional concert. The email stated there is no further information necessary on my end to obtain the refund, it would be completed within 30 days. On 11/20/21, I got an email that stated my refund has been processed, and the money would be returned to the original method of payment in the next ***** days. This means I should have gotten the money by Dec 2021, right? Well, it is now 11/9/22 (over a year) and I still am awaiting my hard earned money back. I have checked with the automated chat system every other month and I have been told my refund was approved, processed, but it was the event organizer who releases the funds but they are not sure when that might take place. I honestly feel like I have been scammed from a legit business and I just want my money back and I will never try to go to another concert again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Purchased 2 "verified resale" tickets to ******************* show for Feb 2022. It was delayed and rescheduled for 10/2022. When we tried to retrieve tickets for the event they were not there. The event venue said the seller most likely resold the tickets as our seats were not available. We had to purchase 2 more tickets since we drove 4 hours to see the show. Tried to dispute through Ticketmaster and they wouldn't stand behind their guarantee. Advised me to contact AXS. aXS said since I paid Ticketmaster they handle the refund. Even purchased the insurance and no one will refund our money. BEWARE WHEN BUYING RESALE TICKETS!!!

      Purchased Blackpink's tickets from ticketmaster, but they set the prices much higher and stated they were market prices. They set the price six times higher than the original price so I have spent much more than what I should spend. The original price for the seat I bought should be around $300 but I have spent $3,639 for two tickets, which is over $3000! The tickets now are not even nearly as much as what I've paid for right now. It is really an insane amount and they don't even have customer service to solve this problem when I have called many times. It is very wrong since the tickets aren't even merely as close to what I paid for now and nobody would be willing to purchase even if I tried to resell them ! The tickets I purchased are about **** each and if I tried to resell they would be more than $1000 the selling price. Plus I'd have to add to the ticketing price purchased since there are fees and the resell price would be well over $1500 the original price. I've called my credit company to say I've gotten the tickets mixed up and they told me to call ticket master. There is no customer service to help on their end. The chats are unresponsive And unreliable for such a large company. I am truly dissatisfied disappointed beyond means. I just want this nightmare to be resolved in any matter this is not a justifiable company to price ***** tickets by that much for consumers.

      I purchased a parking pass *** a state tournament at *************** and the pass *** expired y the time I was able to go to an all day event. We were able to park but had to purchase parking in addition to the parking we had already bought through **********************************

      Ticketmaster was utterly useless in my attempt to rectify a ticketing error made at the time of purchase. The failure to provide telephonic customer service is inexcusable. With no help provided by its delayed on-line chat feature, the issue was finally corrected days later by contacting the venue's box office directly. I never intend to utilize Ticketmaster again whenever ticketing is available through a venue's box office.

      Your response is both misleading and disingenuous. With no telephonic customer *******, Ticketmaster was unavailable and otherwise unresponsive to my efforts to correct the error at the time of purchase. Similarly, Ticketmaster's online chat feature was of no help whatsoever. The corrected ticket was obtained five days later solely through the helpful intervention of the venue's box office, not by Ticketmaster's nonexistent actions. If you truly wanted to better serve your customers, you'd provide telephonic customer *******. But thanks for the lesson learned, i.e., never use Ticketmaster when ticketing is available through a venue's box office.

      What a bunch of ripoff liars I used them to sell my oilers tickets and they did right away because I posted them cheapthen they charge me $6 each for selling them and now there giving me a credit rather than a Check which they said they would omfgf-u Ticketmaster u lost my business u scammers

      I bought my tickets for Blackpink concert. They said they sold the tickets at market price but they weren't actually market price. I'm paying triple than what the original ticket price. I didn't get a VIP package with paying these extra money. I tried to call Ticketmaster to make this right. They said there is no way for refund unless the concert is postponed or cancelled. However, I know there are people who were able to get their refund back. This is unfair if you have the rules but you treated people differently. If some people can get refund back, why can I get refund back. And I told the representative that I would like to schedule a call back, he didn't set up for me. He didn't even finished listening to me and hung up on me. This is not professional. I was being treated unfairly from buying the tickets on Ticketmaster.com and was being treated disrespectful on the phone.
