    Terrible company. Had my PC for two days before it stopped working. They then wanted me to ship it back to them and pay for everything myself and I would be responsible for damage happening during transit. First time and last time using them. STAY AWAY.

    Bought a gaming rig from them not even a year ago and just got constant BSOD and it turns out it was intels fault since they screwed up their 13th and 14th gen ***** Tried contacting them and of course they tell me to use cyber power for my RMA but when I contacted them I was told to ship my whole computer off and Im responsible for all shipping damages. Either I could risk breaking even more parts or pay for insurance. Nether sounded like a fair deal. Its just a big scam of a company that send out un tested products and their technical team is a joke. Hopefully these constant 1 star ratings get some traction and help put this terrible company out of business.

    How can this company have a A+ BBB and such an abysmal rating here??????I purchased a very expensive PC directly from CyberPower PC. I wish I would have come here to see their 1 star rating. When I purchased the computer, it came with a 3 Years FREE Service Plan (INCLUDES LABOR AND LIFETIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT). Directly quoted. A little below this, was a 1 year parts warranty. Clearly, this is a deceptive practice designed to make you believe that the 3 years is an extension of that 1 year warranty. IT IS NOT. Surely the 3 ************ plan includes something of value? No. No it does not. I asked both technical support and sales. The both read from a script, that provided no meaningful information. Apparently the service plan really doesn't provide anything. You have to pay to ship it back to them, pay to have them ship it back to you, wait for a quote, pay for parts. It's a joke. I asked about the lifetime technical support. They could not provide me with any example of what that service would provide. I asked to speak to their complaint department or their supervisor. Tech support told me there was no one I could speak to and sales hung up on me.NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    ***** down the drain for a computer plauged by bsods. sent it back to them for repair only for them to change the ram and stall out my warranty.

    Horrible don't order from here. Sales team (******) did not communicate issue. Just left order in limbo. When I contacted their team, I was told they were waiting for a part. This is after the estimated delivery date. I pay for expedited shipping and building.

    They took my paymetn on 5/21. Finially Built my PC on 5/30. Now they want another ******* to ship my PC. Like seriously wtf?

    The ** I bought from CyberPowerPC has had issues since I bought it a year and a half ago. I have tried everything I could to fix the issue myself, but had no luck. Finally, I gave up and tried to call for assistance. They provided zero technical support and said that since I was outside the 1-year parts replacement warranty, they wouldn't help. Simply referred me to a ** repair store to get my ** diagnosed. Even though my receipt states that it came with 3 years of free labor and technical support. I told them this, and they still refused to help me diagnose my issues. I don't even want them to replace the broken part; just help me identify what is wrong so *I* can replace the part. They also refused to escalate to a supervisor so I could plead with someone else to honor the 3-year technical support warranty. Spoke with 3 different techs and they all refused to help. What downright awful customer service.

    Ordered a $6200 USD gaming rig. Arrived idling at around 88c. ***'d the computer. Used cyber powers mailing label. Computer was filled with bubble wrap, put in a box, wrapped with bubble wrap, placed in a bigger box and filled with more bubble wrap. *********** calls me 2 days after I shipped it to tell me the computer has arrived damaged and missing parts. The pictures show me they accepted the package when it had clearly been ripped open. My case has been pried apart and ruined and the cpu has been stolen. Cyper power was nice enough to tell me I could spend more of my own money to replace the missing parts. Currently working on a *** investigation and may get the CA attorney general involved if I have too. Either *** is stealing computer parts or cyber power is. **************** sounded like he had just done a bong hit and could give zero care of the situation. In fact he told me "parts get stolen all the time". Maybe *********** should revamp their *** system then. Will NEVE EVER EVER EVER buy another product from this joke of a company. No idea how I'm going to get my computer running correctly as I've already spent 6200 and can't afford another round of money. *** tells me I can't launch the investigation because *********** paid for the *** label. LMFAO> buyer beware!!!

    Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I had placed an order through their website and wanted to cancel it within the first 48 hours as I had found and purchased a different ** through their ******** Amazon storefront. The order form said it could take up to a week minimum for processing and two weeks for shipping so I wasn't expecting the order to ship that day, which it did. I emailed them immediately explaining my situation and they responded to my first email with a short response, while ignoring everything I said, they responded that they would accept the return and refund me when it arrived back.That's where the problems started. From there it was radio silence, I emailed them that day and nothing, I emailed multiple times over the course of a MONTH, I asked them to cancel and re-route the order as *** said I couldn't do anything on my end until it was attempted to be delivered. I didn't want the order and knew I would be hit with customs unless they did something on their end. Of course they let it hit the borders and continued to ignore me when I reached out asking for them to return it back, a week goes by of it sitting in the warehouse waiting for their response before I denied delivery and emailed them AGAIN and they are STILL ignoring me. I wish I had looked up more reviews before buying from them because I have NEVER had so many issues just getting a simple RESPONSE from a company. On top of all this I'm also having issues with their Amazon storefront but at LEAST I get the ** and I don't need to contact them about that order.I'm lucky I paid with PayPal so I was able to open a case, surprise surprise PayPal gives them ****************************** response to my case.If you read any reviews online and think you may have even the SLIGHTEST chance to have to communicate with them in any way on any platform over ANY issue don't even bother with them, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    I received myorder on 01/13/24. During transit the case was damaged. I called in on the 13th and those issues were addressed and new case parts were sent out. However, just over 2 weeks later I experienced a DRAM issue and the computer would no longer post. At this point I reached out to support via email and began what ended up being a very back and forth discussion. As I was not getting a speedy resolution via email I used the live chat to communicate. The result of this discussion was that I would receive a shipping label within 2 business days. The label was never received which prompted me to have to reach out yet again. I was finally able to get the label issued (they entered the wrong email) and so I could get the ** sent in. The ** was sent in and receipt was confirmed and then it was radio silence for 2 weeks until I followed up yet again on March 8th. On March 8th I was told by *** that it was being actively worked on. I was then told by *** that it had not yet been evaluated, but they were replacing the tower case, and finally I was put into contact with ***** who told me they expected it was a motherboard. I expressed my frustration and vastly different experience from my previous purchases and requested a rebuild or a full refund. I wouldn't accept. I was told by ***** on the 8th that he would have to seek authorization for a full refund or rebuild and I would hear back within 2 days by the 11th or 12th as he had submitted his request for approval upward. However, I still had not received a response by March 13th and so was forced to contact again. I was put in touch with ***** who said that they were going to repair the system. I reminded him I wasn't looking for a repair using used parts. He checked his request and found that they had approved the rebuild. 5 minutes later I received a call saying that his disputes area had revoked their approval since they had parts on hand...Never going back
