      Stay away from this company. They don't cover anything. They will take your money and run .They lie too you. They send inspectors from their company just to deny the claims. I would not never recommend it to Nobody stay away from this company

All of our inspectors and adjusters are provided through an unbiased 3rd party service. I was unable to locate this specific claim but an happy to investigate further to see what we can do to rectify the situation for you!

      This company contacted me for a home warranty & signed me up over the phone. They took out monthly amounts from my checking account. When I tried to file a claim, I waited 10 days never spoke with anyone about getting my ****************. They used misleading tactics to sell me the warranty, and when I wanted to cancel they made it very difficult (I literally said I just want my service canceled please over 30 times). They were not professional and my entire interaction with this company was horrible. They are a scam DO NOT sign anything with this company. And beware they use other names for their business. Do your research. Im a single mom out over $******** and I feel taken advantage of

      I purchased this extended warranty auto insurance for repairs on my car. I purchased this service in March 2023. I followed all of the necessary protocols in order to receive services as per the contract. I have been without my vehicle for 90 days at this point. I called to verify if repairs were approved on today, I was told the adjustor would call me back after lunch. This continues to be an ongoing issue with this company. I have paid on this contract monthly as it requested. Yet, as the customer I am the one inconvenienced. I will never recommend anyone to this company.

      I wasnt sure about warranties at first being a new home owner but after being walked through the process I signed up and forgot about it. Then a couple months later I had my hot water heater go out and had out of town visitors coming that weekend. I filed my claim and they were able to get someone out the very next day who put in a brand new water heater and my visitors never knew they might have had to take cold showers. I only had to pay $75 and it was a huge help.

      The company is fraudulent. I acquired a home insurance plan through a representative name ******************* . And I did a one time payment through my credit card and he assured me that they would send me a statement. So I saw my credit card statement and they billed me without authorization of monthly payment. I have been trying to contact them for several weeks and they keep giving me the run around. I have talked to a rep named ****** , *****, and ********** And they keep putting me on hold or keep transferring me instead of stopping payment on my credit card. This is company is not honest. And tries to take your money.
