      They tell you what you want to hear until you file a claim, that is over ****** and then they wont even return your calls, going on 9 days now

      What A rip off. I recommend you find a better company with a good reputation. AC went off on April 17th. Tried to call but could not get anyone so I sent email. No response to the email so the next day (18th) I called however the number and hours of operation are different than what was on the registration page. Temperature close to 90. Two elderly residents. NO AC. Finally got a response on April 24 they sent email at 11:19 am "Unfortunately we have not been able to locate a provider, if you still need service please contact a local provider and submit for reimbursement for covered repairs. Service is pre-authorized for $385.00 . There are 3 HACV in our town. I called one that day. He was here the next morning and repaired the unit for $135.00. Now they won't reimburse the total. Said they will deduct $75.00 for the call. What am I paying $189.00 for!!!!! I'm not sure if I can cancel without paying penalties. Contract says you can cancel anytime but I don't trust them.

      Absolutely a joke of a warranty company. Water heater went out 5 months after I bought my home, got no answers and had to do all the work myself to find a technician and get answers. For 3 weeks I have had 0 hot water and they tell me they wont cover a replacement because not only did one piece break but two and the second piece that broke isnt covered so they told me to get f**led and cough up 3000$ I do not have for a water heater replacement. Do not choose this company they will s**** you over if I could give no stars I would yall are aweful.

      They are not concerned about providing you with good information, they are only concerned about collecting your money. I called customer service around 15 times to cancel the policy since I was not satisfied with the information provided and they did not get any response, that is, they did not answer my call.

      Awful ************************ all they want is your money. They are not in the business of assisting you to get your car fixed. It was never explain that if you don't drive very often that you can get a lower milliage plan before it breaks down. They refused to fix my vehicle and told me that my problem was pre-existing, which is not the truth. I just didn't drive it ***** miles so they accused me of lying. This is an awful company. And the man that is the "manager" at the claims department belittled me and made me feel like I was stupid and didn't understand what was in the policy. He should not have a job in customer sercice. When you make someone feel s***** about themselves shame on him and shame on this company for ripping people off. Oh and they canceled my service because they said it was pretty existing isn't that something they really do accuse people of lying. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT get service with this company.

      The vehicle is a 2011 ****** Prius. The Catastrophic engine claim was filed less than 14 days into the validation period. A catastrophic engine failure takes longer than that time period to develop such a major issue. Thorough investigations into service records and reporting were done to confirm our findings.
