After reading a bunch of reviews I believe Home Integrity Group to be good company, but for some reason they are affiliated with third party vendors who are deceptive and shady to sell their warranties. After moving into a brand new house I had been repeatedly getting notices in the mail from ************ Agreement Program for home warranty coverage. I called the contact phone number. I already have the manufacturer warranty coverage on all my new appliances at no cost, but for some reason I decided to buy their coverage in July 2023 for $189.23. It was a onetime fee good until August 2026. I gave the guy on the phone from ************ Agreement Program my credit card information. In February 2024 I discovered that I had been getting billed $189.23 every month by Mepco their billing service company. I had been paying that same ridiculously high $189.23 fee every month. I called the bank that issues my credit card. The bank said they would put in a fraud dispute, cancel my card, and issue a new card. Soon after I started getting unidentified phone messages regarding past due payments on my home warranty, that it was an urgent matter, and my account would be canceled. I ignored the calls. The happy ending is that my bank refunded all the monthly charges I disputed.

The initial agent transferred the call to a secondary agent, stating "I requested the home warranty." I did not call them nor indicate any interest in their product. The secondary agent provided false information regarding their BBB rating, which was listed as A+ when their website listed B+. The agent stated they could not provide written information about their service. The agent stated that the company has been in business for ************************************************************** business for 6 years.Integrity Admin Group
