At my age I had lost faith in people understanding and knowing what good customer service consists of but, after today speaking with Mr. ***** he restored my faith in knowing that there are people that still exhibit good customer service and care about the customer being satisfied. This is by far the worst company! The representatives you speak to prior to being transferred are very nice, but beware after your call is transferred. They are extremely disrespectful and dishonest. You can tell they dont care about you. They just want money. They promise all these things that are supposedly covered, but yet you cant view anything until you make a payment. They wont email any additional information. You basically have to trust a company that you never heard of and believe everything they are telling you. The letter received states that this company is secured by my lender, which is inaccurate. I spoke to my lender. That is not true. This would be the first time purchasing a home warranty plan again not stated in the letter. According to the company I currently have a home warranty and if I dont respond to letter there will be a lapse in coverage. Again, false information. They have a right to revoke my eligibility for service coverage. All threats and all inaccurate information. When I called the number (listed on the letter) to put a complaint in regarding the way I was spoken to on phone, I can no longer speak to someone. I receive a recording now. I am beyond disgusted on how I was treated. And if this company is legit, I would never want to work with people like this. Its just awful that people think they can send out letters with false information then disrespect a person. Shame on Integrity.Integrity Admin Group
