5 starsTalked with *** in ********** from Auto protection Club AKA integrity. He explained to me a lot of stuff & just made my day better. I truly believe he got what I was going through.Hes doing what he can in my situation.I am so thankful that I spoke with him. *** is truly an amazing person. 1 starI’ve been going back and forth for over a month already on trying to use my service with integrity warranty and under the contract it said that part that needs to be replaced is covered and they are giving me run arounds saying an inspector needs to go check it out, when an inspector already went to check it out and they said they now need another inspector to see what they problem is when my mechanic already explained to the first inspector, also their customer service is horrible and they are really rude and unprofessional, if they aren’t willing to cover what was in the contract I really need a refund, it’s insane how much trouble they really make you go through if they aren’t going to comply with their contract that they themselves make it’s ridiculous.Review fromP J.

This this company is trash! Do not work with them. I am a first time homebuyer, and the last two years with them has been terrible. Ive had to replace my own hot water heater and pay full price, my ******* refrigerator, and now, my garage door. There is always some bogus reason or a one off part that caused the issue that somehow isnt covered. A very small, shady company. I havent used my warranty once, although I have faced three issues so far!Integrity Admin Group
