I am formally disputing the false late payment history being reported on my ******* mortgage account. According to my Experian credit report, this account is marked with 30, 60, 90, and even 120-day late payments, which is entirely inaccurate and damaging.Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, specifically:15 U.S.C. 1681i you are required to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of any disputed information and delete unverifiable or inaccurate data.15 U.S.C. 1681e(b) you are required to ensure maximum possible accuracy in all consumer report information.15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(b) your data furnisher is required to investigate and correct this error when notified.I was never late on this account, and I am demanding that all false derogatory payment entries be immediately deleted from my credit file.
