This is ******* *******. Im confirming that I personally submitted the complaint about Experian, and yes, Im asking for BBBs help to get this resolved.

To give you more background Ive been trying to get Experian to verify and remove inaccurate accounts theyre reporting. Ive reached out multiple times, and they havent provided any proper documentation to prove the debt is even mine. Whats worse, because of the dispute comments theyve added to my report, I was denied a mortgage  which has seriously impacted my life and my ability to support my family.

Im asking that Experian be required to remove those dispute comments immediately. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), I have the right to an accurate and unprejudiced credit report. Their failure to validate the account or remove dispute remarks violates these protections. I also believe this falls under deceptive and obstructive behavior covered under **** statute 894.

Id really appreciate the BBBs help in holding them accountable and making sure this gets fixed.

      Thank you,
