      I am filing a complaint due to inaccurate and unverifiable information being reported on my credit report. despite submitting formal disputes under the fair credit reporting act (****). the accounts continue to be reported without proper validation or correction.       Im extremely frustrated that Experian still hasnt permanently removed two accounts I already disputed and were confirmed for deletion: ************* / *** NAVY (Acct #: **************** and ************ CREDIT (Acct #: ***********. These were deleted from my credit report on March 17, 2025, and I even received written confirmation. But now theyve somehow been added back without any notice, explanation, or proper documentation.This goes against the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Under 15 U.S.C. 1681i(a)(5)(B), Experian was required to send me written notice within 5 business days of reinserting the accounts, but they didnt. And according to 15 U.S.C. 1681i(a)(5)(C), they must get new, certified information from the original creditors before putting anything back on my file. Again, that didnt happen.Whats worse is that ******* has already deleted the ************ Credit account, so why is ********************** still reporting it? Even more troubling, only Experian is reporting these accounts; neither ******* nor ********** is. It makes no sense and shows a lack of consistency. This also violates 15 U.S.C. 1681e(b), which says they must ensure the maximum possible accuracy of what's in my credit report.This whole situation has gone on way too long. Its damaging my credit and causing unnecessary stress. Im asking you, BBB, please step in and make Experian delete these accounts once and for all, issue a corrected report, and follow the law. If they dont, Im ready to take further legal action under 15 U.S.C. 1681n and 1681o for willfully and negligently violating my rights.

      Im confirming that I personally submitted this complaint and Im the one requesting assistance from the Better Business Bureau. Im not using any third party, representative, or outside service this complaint is coming directly from me. Im fully aware of the situation and chose to file this on my own because it directly affects me and my credit report. I understand whats being submitted, and Im giving full permission for this complaint to be processed and reviewed by the BBB. Im asking for your help because *** tried resolving this directly, but I havent gotten anywhere.       I'm deeply concerned about the errors that appear in my report and they've been causing me stress and it's also impacting my ability to secure new credit. They are mixed, fraudulent information that *** never authorized or benefited from. If you can not certify that all data belongs to me, these accounts and its respective charges must be removed entirely and I need you to address this as soon as possible to prevent further damage.Along with that are fraudulent inquiries on my report applications made in my name that I neither authorized nor applied for. These companies accessed my credit report without my consent, further impacting my credit standing.       My credit is very important and so, I do my best to keep my report clean but as I took a look at my credit report, I found some big mistakes that are really hurting my score.       Im concerned about the ******************* of Experian's recent investigation of a bankruptcy that's reporting on my credit report. I requested an investigation on June 13 2025, Experian received the dispute on June 18 2025.On June 23 2025 I received a notification stating that the investigation was complete. If Experian would've investigated this account properly rather than using the E-Oscar system, Im 100% sure that this wouldve been removed. Their investigation claims to have VERIFIED this account. In the dispute I asked them to explain to me how they conducted their investigation.I asked them to provide the SPECIFIC date reporting that this item will cease along with a notarized affidavit confirming the information that is provided is true & correct as per my rights granted under the ****, 15 U.S.C. 1681g Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i), all unverified accounts must be promptly deleted. I told Experian that this information should not come as a form letter response. My initial dispute was detailed & directly related to the account in question, & that a template response wont be an acceptable response.I told them that if they cant supply ALL of the above information in a timely manner as detailed in several laws, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, then I must immediately demand the permanent removal of the bankruptcy from my credit report. These erroneous entry is detrimental to my overall credit rating & has caused me severe financial & emotional distress. I told them that if they chose not to provide the above requested deletion or requested/required documentation of their investigation, that Ill pursue the enforcements of my constitutional rights via federal court proceedings. Experian is refusing to comply with my request
