I received a copy of my credit report with the intention of trying to improve my credit and take care of my responsibilities and noticed a few accounts that I wanted a little more explanation on. I am not saying they are reporting right or wrong. I am just saying that I am not 100 percent sure if they are. I also read something called the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it said by law, I had rights to challenge anything I am not sure is accurate. Some of the people reporting things on me, I have never heard of which made me write to you all. Are you familiar with something called 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i(a)? I heard that if you cant provide proof, these accounts must be deleted. Well I want these accounts deleted if they are not 100 percent right and correct. So, could you please check on these and get back with me? I saw on a Credit Site and Board where this lawyer said you have 30 days to complete this investigation. Please investigate the following accounts and remove them if anything is missing or not correct on them. Account name Portfolio Recovery ****************Business Response

I obtained a copy of my Experian and Equifax consumer reports and immediately noticed errors. Took the necessary steps and requested a reinvestigation from both companies per 15 USC 1681i(a)(1)(A) and I requested validation from the original creditor myself per 15 USC ****g. Both Experian and ******* received my disputes on 8/16/2022 and 30 days after they received the dispute they are required by law, 15 USC 1681i(a)(1)(A), before the end of the 30 day period beginning when they received to dispute to record the status of the dispute. BOTH companies DID NOT FOLLOW PROCEDURE! The status of the account being disputed never changed Not only did the status not but there are still errors on the report! Procedure calls for an investigation before the information on the report is reported for MAXIMUM ACCURACY. I requested a reinvestigation and pointed out the inaccuracies for them in the letters with a screenshot of the report, thats 2 investigations for MAXIMUM ACCURACY. How can 2 companies do 2 investigations with the same creditor and get different results? Worst of all, which is true? The account is full of errors and these error are hurting me and my family both financially and mentally, and the account shouldnt of been deleted per 15 USC 1681i(5)(a). These companies are willfully noncomplying with the law.Business Response

I AM SO FED UP WITH EXPERIAN!!! There is a fraudulent account SBNASELFLNDR and I provided a valid police report and FTC report and the ********** WILL NOT BLOCK THE ACCOUNT as stated on their website! Please see the attached screenshots! On experian.com, under identity theft, it states that upon receipt of a valid police report or state identity theft report, Experian BLOCKS alleged fraudulent accounts from view of creditors. *** talked to SEVERAL supervisors and nobody is willing to block this account. They state it doesnt meet the criteria but wont tell me what the criteria is! According to the police ******** ******* and my attorney, EXPERIAN HAS TO BLOCK THE ACCOUNT because it states they would do so upon receipt of a police report which Experian has. Failure to do so will result in a lawsuit against Experian. I have the names of every single representative and supervisor in the fraud **** that ive spoken to. I will literally take Experian for everything they got! They stated that its a criteria it has to meet in order for the account to be blocked but thats not what it states on the website. BLOCK THIS ACCOUNT or we will go full fledge with a lawsuit.Business Response
