Experian have not remove a late payment from my credit report that's being reported by Fortiva 8/22. I provided them with proof that its was paid. They only updated my report but didn't remove the late payment. The recent payment amount is inaccurate as well. Also they have failed to DELETE NAVIENT & NELNET FROM MY REPORT, after I provided them with police reports to prove my identity was stolen the year they say I opened a loan. I also want my 40 points added back to my score, and an additional 40 points added.Business Response

I have reason to believe that Experian is involved in racketeering activity with these fraudulent accounts that's reporting on my credit report. The creditor is **** OF EDUCATION/NELN. They are reporting 7 fraudulent account on my credit report. I informed both parties that those account were fraudulent and doesn't belong to me. I sent Experian a copy of a *** report and a letter from the fraudulent creditor stating that the accounts were opened due to identify theft and are approved for deletion. When I called Experian and asked if they received the *** report and nelnet letter they inform me they only got the letter and not the *** report. It's impossible for them to receive one and not the other when they were sent together. I also believe that Experian is throwing away my *** report so they don't have to remove the 7 fraudulent accounts.Tracking numbers listed below for *** report and Nelnet approved deletion letter.Certified Mail Tracking Number: **** **** **** **** **** - Delivered Aug 29, 2022 Return Receipt Tracking Number: **** **** **** **** **** 77 - Delivered Sep 2, 2022Business Response
