On July 22, 2022 I sent a letter to the bk court asking do they report information to credit reporting agencies. I just got a letter back from them stating they don't, so if that is the case how did they get the info to report? They never did!!! Pursuant to 15 USC **** Sec 603 3(e) the term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which info on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interview with neighbors, friends, or associate of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have such knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual info on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from which a CRA when such info was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. How was a proper investigation done by Experian? This is how they violated me: given rights 15 USC **** sec 602 states that I have rights to privacy. According to 15 USC **** sec 604(A) sec 2 it states CRA cannot furnish anything without my consent. 15 USC **** (a) (1) you shall NOT furnish anything inaccurate
