      Absolutely do not create even an account with **********************. I got an alert and created an account to investigate. Now I am getting repeatedly spammed with calls and experian took my loan information and sent it to other vendors without my approval - absolute violation of privacy.

      Experian is hands down the worst of the credit bureaus. As a paying customer, I highly recommend not signing up for their services. Their website is usually broken, requiring you to reenter information over and over again. Their customer service number that they provide to resolve the website issues is only an automated attendant who will not let you access a live person regardless of what you need help with. Use Lifelock or any other credit protection service other than Experian. They do not care about their customers or the service they provide.

      Website does not work effeciently. Phone calls are automated and no help. Tried to log in to the website, and apparantely I don't know my own DOB or phone number. So I tried to call, asked for a specialist and the automated voice said that non are available *** that she would help. Sent me a link by test. could not open it. gave me the adress... then send response in a momth.. WHAT. Do they even have human working there. I wanted an email address to write a complaint, but that is impossible to find. Just want to talk to a human. ***************** is the worst that I have EVER encounted. I have lost hope for them and I hope more people complain and have it shut down. How can you ba credit bureau, if a member are not able to contectthem ( Experian) by computer or phone. I will send them a letter, but it probabaly will get lost in the mail. I will register it. No... I will go there personally. The building probaly doesn't exist. Yes I am pieved

      I'd like to file a complaint about this company. I've paid for credit score monitoring from all three major credit companies, including Experian. However, I've discovered that Experian does not provide the correct score, and I've had difficulty reaching their support team. Many others have reported experiencing the same issues. My credit score hasn't been updated since July 2024, even though it has improved. I'm frustrated by the lack of support and want my credit score to accurately reflect the same information others are receiving. I have evidence that my score is better than what Experian reports. Additionally, regarding "TransAm," I don't understand why I pay for my credit report with one company that claims to provide reports from all three agencies, but the other two haven't provided their credit reports in months, or they show "NO CHANGE" when I have a copy that indicates otherwise. If I am mistaken, please clarify, as credit rating is not something to be taken lightly.

      I mailed documents to Experian notifying them of my father's death. I tried to follow up after a few months because I didn't receive confirmation that they had received the information. I could not reach a human via phone. I went to annualcreditreport.com, used my late father's information and found that they had put the note on his credit file. However, the relief that they had actually done their job was overpowered by disappointment at how much work it took to get that simple answer. I will not pay for Experian's services ever, nor will I recommend anyone pay for them. I wish I could give Experian 0 stars.

      I have had issues with Experian where my credit score drops drastically for now reason. The other credit agencies ********** and Equifax I never have issues like this. This is the 3rd time this has happened, and nobody can explain why. They tell you to look at the reasons posted to your account which do not tell you anything. You pay bills on time, pay off debt and your credit drops 32 points. This is not right. Experian is the worst credit agency and it seems most companies when doing a credit check use Experian. I swear something is wrong with their algorithm for monitoring credit. Someone should look into this agency as it stinks for credit monitoring.

      Absolutely impossible to get in touch with an actual human to fix account problems. Received an email that my Experian profile had been updated, which I didn't do. Tried to log into my account to see what's going on--says my password is incorrect. Tried to recover password, says the phone number on my account doesn't match what I entered. Tried to recover login name, says it sent the info to an email I've never had. Tried their customer service line, only to be rerouted to different options, with never the option to reach someone to help. In the meantime, someone apparently has access to my account, and I cannot get it fixed.

      My credit score magically dropped 18 points after my balance increased after an account dropped off after good things happened. Now when I go back its no information about the point decrease if I never knew my credit score I would not have even known that its was wrong.

      Absolute dogsh*t. As many other reviews state, there is no way to actually reach a person on the phone, email, or chat. I suspect my Experian account has been hacked (they are telling me that my phone number is not associated with my social security number and when I attempt to retrieve my username they send an email to an email that I have never used) yet there is no way to contact them to remedy the situation. The government should require more from a major credit bureau, particularly when people are typically attempting to contact them with sensitive privacy and security issues.
