They have the worst app it constantly makes you reconnect to Boost. Now its kicked me off and wont let me reconnect even though my bank is one of the first 10 on their list! I tried it on line instead of the app and the first thing they want to know is if you will upgrade to $24.95 per month and when I say no it goes through the whole process just to send you to a page that asks what your going to use the accounts for with no way to respond so you cant push continue! It never use to do that. They are just scamming people trying to get you to pay for their worthless service just to not have it work. When you dont they sell your information so one way or another they can make money off you. I wish I could give 0 stars they dont deserve the 1 I had to give!

Called to cancel the account months ago, they said it was cancelled; however have continued to charge me. Phone goes on a loop and cannot reach a human ever. Seems more like a scam company than anything with the difficulty it takes to reach anyone.

I have fairly good credit, but am suffering from identity theft. I use Experian mostly to lock my credit and to monitor my FICO. Recently, my FICO dropped by a bit and I tried to dig into why that was. Their website was pretty useless as regardless of how good my credit was everything they had on their site said something was hurting my credit, including things like longevity where I have had the same cards for many years and have been living in the same house for many years. I tried to contact Experian to see if maybe I wasn't finding the right locations on the website to get the information I needed about my accounts that would explain a random drop, however mostly what I got was form letters. After several attempts at email I tried calling, in which I was met with more in ability to provide any supporting information about my accounts. If you already know how credit works and you don't need to lock your account, then ********************** is a waste of time and money. If however, you do need to lock your accounts, you are left no choice but to do business with a company that doesn't want to provide you detailed info or support you.

Inefficient and lack of customer regard.I have spent months trying to have my Parent (Student Loan) information updated with Experian. Experian, who contracts with Chase ***** has lowered my credit score over the past few months due to what appears as NOT paying the loan when, in actuality, the ****************** switched loan companies and I have been paying down that loan for months.Today, two hours on the phone, and a letter to ******* Investor Relations with a cc to Experian and I've received solicitations for Credit cards with Experian this evening and nothing about rectifying the problem. This company has some serious issues and if you look at the reviews...there are MANY with complaints. Why does a company like ***** choose to contract with such a low scored company?

Experian is the WORST of all the credit reporting agencies. I dont trust them at all! ********** and Equifax are far more reliable. I pay off my credit cards every month, and I dont sign up for new lines of credit very often (maybe one every few years). Never missed any payments. Yet, Experian will randomly lower my score by double-digits (twice in past year). I believe they do it to scare me into signing up for their Credit Boost or one if their premium monthly services. I messaged my concern to them each time they significantly lower my score, and their response was to lower my score a second time a decrease double or more the original decrease!! It was like them saying to me Dont dare complain or well penalize you!!! I will never give them a dime for any of their services. .

It is bad enough our credit fate is in the hands of three unsavory companies, that seem to have "issue" with protecting privacy. If i could leave a negative number, i would.t leave a -3. The "customer service" 800 #s are terrible. You get put into orbit, not understood and hung up on.

I had a discussion with another federal employee yesterday that has four kids one thinks he's a ******* operative this person told me that they know someone at ******* that can fix someone's credit for a certain amount of money and that they have dinged people that they do not like like their ex-wife and her family this needs to be investigated!

My Experian account was hacked. The hacker quickly changed my email address and phone number, so I could not log in using the password reset feature. Other credit bureaus, like *********** and Equifax, do not make it easy for the hacker to change the email, preventing a total account takeover. You'd think a credit bureau like Experian would make it secure and challenging for the hacker to change profile info so easily. When you call the customer service, it is a nightmare trying to get to a live specialist on the phone. And when you get connected, it's outsourced to foreign countries, so it isn't easy to understand what they are saying. Identify theft is often committed by people in foreign countries. It doesn't make you feel any safer giving personal information to reclaim your hacked account by talking to people whose English isn't their language.

Absolutely do not create even an account with **********************. I got an alert and created an account to investigate. Now I am getting repeatedly spammed with calls and experian took my loan information and sent it to other vendors without my approval - absolute violation of privacy.
