Apple has been charging me about $10/mo for 2TB storage space for the past year. I requested a refund since I did not need it. I never asked for my plan to be changed or for Apple to make any changes on my behalf. Nothing was disclosed to me or agreed upon. Now that it has been over a year of paying for the 2TB space, I am finally at over *** and am willing to keep the 2TB plan. It was the year before hand that it was not being used that I wanted a refund for the plan to reflect the plan I should've been on since Apple misrepresented products, and services, and signed me up for contracts (cloud plans) or made changes that I did not agree to. Over all, Apple has not done the financially ethical decision and continues to waste my time and take money from me or make changes without my consent or an agreed upon contract. Additional Apple sold different products than what I had asked for and wanted and they refused to sell me what I wanted - told me I just needed cloud space and refused to sell me external harddrive and sold me too much cloud space and wasn't what I needed for that year.

Apple is a dishonest company. In one month I spent hundreds of dollars on in-game purchases for an iPad game.. but the game is so glitchy after EA keeps updating it that I can not play it anymore. It's too frustrating. ******** in media services was completely incompetent and would not provide a reason as to why they wouldn't refund me for their defective scam product. His attitude was basically, "because I said so & because I'm in charge." ***************** that hires individuals with low moral in their own lives which translates over into their work. This is a reflection of what kids are doing to kids in schools nowadays.. Yet we blame the kids.

I brought a new iPhone and iPad. I called T-Mobile cause I was not receiving incoming calls and texts from (two) people in my contacts. Its been happening for over a few months. So I called T-Mobile which they couldnt fix my problem they transferred me to Apple. The customer service *** from ********************** messed my phone up deleted all my contacts and couldnt restored them. I was on the phone with them for over 2 hours. So they advise me that I have to wait 48 hours before ****** can restore my contacts. Which is ludicrous, I was advise theres nothing else they can do. But to wait the 48 hours. My niece that works for ************** happen to call right after the call with Apple and she help me restore all my CONTACTS! Apple customer service ***resentative SUCKS!1111

Apple has treated me like garbage for a month because I was trying to save for the new iPhone. They suspended my iTunes account for loading too much money at once then canceled my Apple Vision Pro order and my Apple Watch 10 preorder and iPhone 16 pro max case without warning or notifying me or telling me why. They said it was they could t verify my payment method when I was using Apple credits from iTunes to pay for everything except I used my bank card for part of the order. Honestly I have never been treated so poorly in my life by Apple just for trying to buy the things I love. I went through h*** just trying to pay for my stuff and now they keep canceling my orders without warning and wont give a reason. I have been treated like a criminal and a fraud for trying to buy my devices from ********************** and I am severely disappointed in them to say the least

I bought an iPhone from the Apple Store in ************ in ******. I asked for delivery to my home and paid $9 for it. Unbeknownst to me, the Apple Store uses **** Eats to deliver products.**** Eats never delivered the phone, and the driver falsely claimed to have made 3 attempts to deliver the phone. I was home the entire afternoon working near the front door to my home. No one from **** Eats came by with a phone.**** Eats then canceled my order and initiated a return. Apple tells me that I have to wait for a refund before it will send another phone. The icing on the cake is that I cant go to another vendor and buy a new phone because my cell phone number is associated with this bad order. So, Apple wont let me have my number to buy another phone from, say, ****** and is holding my number hostage. And it seems like this may never get resolved and Apple is going to keep my $9. Beware!

Do not use Apple Cash because apple will not have your back. They will speak of fine print that doesn't exist and they will not point you to where to find it. They will tell you it's only meant to send to family but not to business but nowhere does it show online, commercial, and stores claiming it's only for family use. They will deflect all concerns to some company called green dot that is probably getting a kick back from apple. ***** **** would have never allowed customers getting burned out hard earned money.

Apple warranty is a joke. They dont wont to mess with anything in person in a store, they want you to ship it off. The denied warranty saying there was water damage and corrosion on my air pods. Air pods have never gotten wet. The pictures they showed of the water damage/corrosion was, you could clearly see there was no corrosion. Now they say its not covered under warranty and want to charge full price of air pods to repair. Apple is a joke and wont stand behind their products, they want to just sell you a new product to get your money.

In 2021, I bought a Model A2337 MAC Book Air laptop from Apple for more than $1000. Big mistake. By August 2024, it just quit working. The repair shop told me that my computer had suffered a "logic board failure". It won't even turn on. Furthermore, they claim that they cannot even recover my files. This took me by surprise. Suspecting that Apple--which bills itself as a premium brand and prices accordingly--would be just as upset as myself at this event, I contacted their customer support. Their response combined with further online research has persuaded me not to buy any more of their products. They basically said that it is normal for electronics to just suddenly stop working after a few years and then smugly suggested I should have purchased their Apple Care package. So they basically acknowledged that they are selling a defective product and then had the nerve to suggest that I should pay their blackmail "protection". In short, they don't stand behind their product. Further online research has turned up numerous complaints on Apple laptops manufactured from 2020 forward. "Logic board failure" appears to have become commonplace. Apple has a solid pre-2020 history of producing a quality product. They no longer care about quality. Don't be fooled by their history! I do not intend to buy Apple in the future, advise those reading this to also avoid them, and will be warning my friends and colleagues about their poor product and service.
