      I reached out to support on 9/15 because I noticed a crack in my AirPod. I sent a photo into support and was told that it looked like a manufacturer error due to the crack being between the casing seal. Then the *** tells me in order to help me I must be temporarily charged a ***air fee of approximately $31.32 and $89 for a ***lacement AirPod. She then tells me she will attach herself to this case to and call me back on 9/20 and make sure I was properly refunded. I receive the ***lacement AirPod 9/18. ** 9/20 I do not get a call back from my original *** but another stating my *** wasnt available and that I had the option to work with the new one or wait until 9/21/24 and my original *** would call me. I decided to keep with my original ***. ** 9/21 I received no phone call. In the evening of 9/21 I follow instructions given to pair my new AirPod with my original one and original case. Not only does it not work but now neither my original ****** nor new will work. I reach out to support around 8pm Eastern time. Support cannot help me who then escalates me to a senior advisor who tells me to install ios18 and call back. I do so and still experience the same issue so I speak to support again who cannot help then get transferred to a senior advisor once again. This advisor instructs me to reset my phone and ensures me the call will not be dropped because I am using my iPad as the audio source. He states he will call me back if so. I reset my phone and the call drops. No call back. I reach back out to support and I am told Senior Support is now closed. This whole process lasted from about 8pm until 12pm. I call back the next day 9/22 and I paired with an advisor (*****) who states I will not deal with anyone else. She sets up for me to send my AirPods back in, promises she always calls back, wants to get me compensated for my time and schedules a call for 9/24. She calls me late 9/24 and does nothing but says shell call back again on 9/28. She doesnt.

      Apple company is a joke. All they care about is making money and not satisfying their customers. Theres no point in upgrading to the latest IPhones because they serve the same purpose. For Apple to want customers to add a credit or debit card is beyond me. I recently installed a cleaning app free trial. I only used it once and was charged twice. When I called to dispute and request a refund, it was declined. Gmail suspended my email account because I wouldnt add more storage when the majority of my mail is spam. I have tons of spam messages on my ***** account and never once have been asked to add more store. The same thing with my iPhone 15-add more storage. ???As much money as the phones cost this should not be happening. Im thinking seriously about going back to Android or a ****** phone. After all they take much beautiful pictures than Apple. Apple needs to be more considerate of customers and provide better service.LE

      This place is a joke.. Made an appointment to get my laptop fixed sat there for an hour no solutions. Then left my computer for three days. Never heard anything from anybody. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to call the place. No tech-support or anybody with Apple to get a hold of anybody at the store had to drive to store to find out that they could fix my computer for $585 the laptop worth $400 They give me trade $250. Went to a private technician that works on Apple computers fixed it for $50. Never go to the store places complete joke!

      My Iphone 15 pro max, got broke which I thought not that big of a deal because I bought the insurance. called the insurance and they transferred me to Apple care because the phone wasn't a year old yet. Apple wouldn't start the exchange until I turned off find my at which point I realized I forgot my password and couldn't access my phone because it was crushed. I finally remembered my password and got a message that my account was locked for security reasons. basically I tried too many passwords before I remembered. so they told me to use the account recovery link to gain access. I filled everything out and got a message that apple would e-mail me within 24 hours. so I get the e-mail and it says that my account will be unlocked on October 8th 2 weeks from now. I can't wait 2 weeks for my phone so I shell out $1000 to buy a new phone. I call Apple back thinking surly there is a way to recover my account more quickly. ****! they wont do anything. I offered to send them my driver license, birth certificate, use id me, anything. ****! they wont do anything. they stated they don't use any of those methods I'll just have to wait. so basically they are holding all MY data hostage for 2 weeks, mean while I'm out 1k for a new phone then they had the nerve to say they might not cover my old phone now because I bought a new one. they could very easily verify my identity but they won't there just going to wait 2 weeks, make no attempt to verify my identity then unlock my account. I now hate that I own any apple products and will make every effort in the future to make sure they never get another ***** of my money. not being able to access any of the data on my phone including even my contacts is seriously hindering my business. I am perfectly able to verify my identity they have no right to hold my account or my data hostage. oh and I'm leaving this review here because you can't leave a ****** review for apple. they apparently think they to good to allow reviews.

      I lost an AirPod and I guess it was replaced in 2021. I didnt set it up as I was afraid of losing it again. I have: 2 iPads 1 Mac book 1 home kit never has worked right 2 Apple TVs I iWatch replaced every 2-3 years iPhone 15 replaced every 1-2 years 2 pairs of air pods + replacing a ****** airpaid that I losed. I was looking at the new products and comparing them when I remembered I hadnt seen my air pods on my find my app. So I got them and opened the case. Under settings it was showing 2 different ones and they wouldnt work together. After an hour of troubleshooting I called Apple only to learn the sent me the wrong **** replacement and they WILL NOT work together. And p!ss on me, too bad its out of warranty for A REPLACEMENT THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON. ??????????Im done with Apple products!!!!!

      Warning about Apple Trade In.I purchased a new iPad through the Apple website on 8/20/2024 and participated in an Apple Trade In for my older iPad. My estimated trade in value was quoted as $120 which influenced my new purchase. After the new iPad was paid in full and the old one received by Apple, they revalued by trade In at $0. The justification was display damage. I could see no display damage at all. I called the company twice to dispute this. I was told the damage is not visible to the naked eye and only discernible to the Apple lab techs. How convenient and impossible to dispute. There is no means to challenge a revised value on their site. You are given 14 days to either accept that revalue, in my case $0, upon which they "recycle" your device or refuse to accept the Trade In offer and receive the device back. That's it. Seems like a bait and switch deal to me. Disgraceful business practice from Apple.

      Had an app charge me for an entire year, immediately tried to get a refund and was denied. Apple was absolutely no help. I also pay for the extra cloud storage. They sure love taking my money but are anything but unhelpful when I need them to be.

      Apple has been charging me about $10/mo for 2TB storage space for the past year. I requested a refund since I did not need it. I never asked for my plan to be changed or for Apple to make any changes on my behalf. Nothing was disclosed to me or agreed upon. Now that it has been over a year of paying for the 2TB space, I am finally at over *** and am willing to keep the 2TB plan. It was the year before hand that it was not being used that I wanted a refund for the plan to reflect the plan I should've been on since Apple misrepresented products, and services, and signed me up for contracts (cloud plans) or made changes that I did not agree to. Over all, Apple has not done the financially ethical decision and continues to waste my time and take money from me or make changes without my consent or an agreed upon contract. Additional Apple sold different products than what I had asked for and wanted and they refused to sell me what I wanted - told me I just needed cloud space and refused to sell me external harddrive and sold me too much cloud space and wasn't what I needed for that year.
