On Friday8/23/24 I took my IPhone 13 Pro Max to the Apple Store because it wouldnt hold a charge @ fashion **********, ******, Ca. After them hooking a machine up to it, they stated that the software had gone bad & needed replacing & would cost $400. I even looked into trade in options but you have to pay $15.20 for the new device, pay the $400 left on the 13 pro max contact on the device. It was just all crazy. Took it to U-TEC in ******, ********* replaced the plug port & guess what (Presto) it works. They saved my $250. Moral to the story: dont trust any APPLE store, always go somewhere else & dont hesitate to get a 2nd opinion. (Not a happy camper w/APPLE)

Apple has no faith in their own products and you are just a dollar sign to them.Last year, I bought a 2023 MacBook Pro M2 in hopes of having a powerful laptop for utility during the school year. Both the entire laptop and the trackpad stopped working one day out of nowhere.I went to my local Apple store which is in **************, *********, ** and had a terrible and demeaning experience there.Instead of trying to come to a solution by standing behind their own products, an employee told me to just buy a new MacBook air which was significantly more expensive than the already $750 repair I got ********** are nothing but a commission check for these employees. They do not treat you like you are a human being and all they want to do is upsell, upsell, upsell, to line their pockets rather than standing behind their own product. I was treated like I was a bother the entire time and never felt like anyone genuinely cared about the fact that I bought a one of their products, for the sole purpose of schoolwork and their faulty design broke prematurely... or rather it broke exactly when they wanted it to so they could sell me a another one and take more money out of the pocket of a broke college student. I still just want a repair in ******** for a product that they claim to be quality. Please do not buy from Apple SouthPark if you want to be treated like human being and not a vulnerable person they can cash a commission check from.I have a lot more to say about this experience, but BBB is limiting how much i write. I just want Apple to make things right for a struggling college student.

The first thing that Apple does to **** money from consumers, is to require a different cord for different devices! Europe actually sued them for this, because it forces people to buy extra cords, but also they end up in land fills. I have so many cords in a drawer, it's so annoying and **************, lets talk about them charging your credit card for things you did NOT authorize. I'* a ****** mom and for three months, I call to resolved this issue, because I set my daughter to "request to purchase" and yet the charges keep coming. Sometimes I check and it's reset to allow charges. The first month, $300 in refunds was requested and I got $100. The second month I called, I received no help and the *** told me he wasn't sure how my 13 year old could reset things. However, a friend of mine had the same problem and said Apple was of NO help to her.I called again on the third month and ****** told even told me it was crazy and requested $400 of refunds, which were denied. She also help me reset all passwords and settings. I called a few days later to ask **** why refunds were denied and why charges on my credit card were more than the charges Apple showed me! He said he could not help me.

I had over $1800 in fraudulent charges from Apple .com/bill. I don't even have any Apple products. After calling Apple to get a refund they informed me that they would be refunding me ~$1700 and it will take up to 30 days. Why I asked? Because they weren't going to refund the sales tax. How does that make any sense at all? The customer service *** sounded like she was almost laughing on the other end of the phone. I'm leaving it up to my bank who said they will be refunding me every cent that was fraudulently taken. Words cannot express how much I truly loathe this company now...

Buyer Beware! They double charged me for an IPad, sent the wrong color, which I understand might not be a big issue, but when youre spending $828, you at least expect what you asked for, and then offered me a $15 coupon as recompense.I was completely shocked to see how bad this billion dollar company performs.I'd recommend against purchasing anything unless you can physically walk into a store.

Took my watch that I only got few months ago to Apple Store so they can take a look at it and give an estimate before they repair it. Went back few days later for them to tell me that they recycled it without even informing me or getting permission. I wanted my watch back. Misleading and deceptive practice.

I do not have an Apple account however I received 4 charges on my personal checking account from them. When I reached out to them with the information they requested, they informed me that they could not assist me. This is fraud. I have never had an account with **********************. Com and never will. And will not recommend them to anyone else.

As of the end of July to the beginning of August my account was locked and terminated after 13 to 16 years of never having a problem. It began when I was playing the downloaded game available in the app store. Since Apple is not monitoring that they keep on giving customers a chance to get "in game" special purchases. I made several purchases for "Last War - ********** **************** proceeded to think that maybe this was "fraud" because I did it all within a 1 to 3 hour span. I never ever broke terms and conditions. Ever. However, that is what I'm being told I did. I was told by a representative it was because I was trying to reverse credit charges. That is absolutely 100% incorrect. ***** and **** both seen the issue and they both agreed that I shouldn't have had my account terminated. However, it was. **** today reached out to that department. However, they kept sending him a message to tell me to read the terms and conditions. Now, I'm 51 years old. I'm a wife, mother, daughter which caretakes for my mother with dementia. I feel locking my account just because *********** thought something was wrong was not correct. Twice it said I didn't have enough funds, which then by the time I had kept making instant payments. It showed there was either 80 something or 100 something or ************************************************************************************************** know that they put a hold on my card. I do not owe Apple anything. However, because of this I'd be out almost $5000.00 or greater than $5000.00 because someone at Apple got happy to terminate an account without properly investigating and contacting the appropriate people. Speaking to me AND on a call with *********** all three together would have absolutely changed this entire situation. However, I feel like this is some strange move on Apple's part.

I had a 10:30 AM appointment today, August 9, 2024, made online and confirmed by Apple. The purpose was a 30-minute demonstration of the Apple Vision Pro. I arrived at 10:25 and showed my appointment registered on Apple Wallet, and I was told to wait for the representative. At 10:40, I asked why there was a delay and was told that only two people could do that. They were attending to two walk-in customers; one of them was serviced after my appointment time. That is definitely NOT the way you honor appointments. Shame on you, Apple!Sincerely,*******************************

F*** Apple. Their phone are as fragile as eggs. For $1000 youd think it could survive a 2 fall onto carpet but no busted it and now its time to pay another $1,000 for another one. This phone lasted 30 hours. F*** APPLE!!!!
