Apple refuses to support an apple care + theft and loss claim due to the find my not being setup correctly and nothing ever being said until it was too late.No other care plan would do this.Have been actively paying for it since day 1 on all my devices and had many issues with them on this.Have been avid apple supporter and will be getting rid of my over $10,000 of apple products and switching effective immediately.Apple has grossly disappointed and have had many other issues with them.Don't buy apple care and don't support this company who does not give any care about you.

I bought a Apple gift card at a local store, it was a gift to a friend. The friend tried to redeem it and it came back as used. Went to get a refund and the local store policy doesn't allow it. Contacted Apple Inc. and they don't allow it. Feeling shafted on this deal.

Dear ***/*****,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Apple Inc. for their refusal to issue a refund for an app that was misleadingly advertised on their App Store platform. This complaint concerns three charges of $6.99 each for an app named "Brutus," which was incorrectly represented in the App Store as being related to OpenAI's ChatGPT application. On [Date of Purchase], I searched for "ChatGPT" in the App Store and selected an app named "Brutus," misled by its prominent display of "CHAT GPT" in its marketing. Believing it to be affiliated with the ************** I already subscribed to, I purchased it. Upon realizing the mistake, I contacted Apple Support for a refund.During several interactions with Apple Support representatives, including Genesis ******* and ***** (as documented in Case ID: 1*****52), I was informed that I was ineligible for a refund based on Apple's internal policies. Despite my efforts to resolve this amicably, including providing detailed explanations and following suggested procedures for dispute resolution, all my refund requests have been denied. The misleading representation of the "Brutus" app not only caused financial harm but also suggests a broader issue of how apps are marketed and represented in the Apple App Store. It is concerning that such misrepresentations are not adequately addressed by Apple, leading to customer dissatisfaction and potential financial losses. Therefore, I seek the BBBs assistance in mediating this issue with Apple Inc. I wish for a full refund of the amount paid ($20.97) and urge a review of how applications are advertised on their platform to prevent future occurrences of this nature.Attached are copies of my interactions with Apple Support and any other relevant documents to support my claim. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your swift response.Sincerely,*************************

Apple is a total disgrace as an ******** brand. I have never seen a shoddy product and customer service support to be labeled as an ******** product. I have purchased at least 10 devices from them. Whens I ran into a problem with their products, I would stopped by an Apple Store for on-site repair. I had no problems before, the repair was quick, easy and reliable. The on-site support was the main reason for my repeated business to buy Apple, instead of ******** or the more affordable iPhone on the market. Recently, Apple had scrubbed the on-site repair at its retail stores. This is an absolute disaster by its management decision! They have turned all repair work to the Apple Support team via a phone support line. For Gods sake, I am being routed to **********, or to ******* to get help on my phone. First of all, I need to learn a new language just to communicate with your customer service representative, secondly, I have no idea what they are saying. Furthermore, with the language barrier, we have a total loss in translation. I dont know if this is purposely planned by your company to give your customer the best runaround or what. I must say you do a very good job at frustrating your customers! Bravo Apple! You have lost a loyal customer for life! I will never buy an ********************** product ever again!!

If I could sell my iPhone13max If I could sell my iPhone13max, I will right away. Theyve been taking money from me for one year or more for Apple Fitness that I didnt buy, when I told them, they erase all the transactions but they just put back the last month *****. Plus another app by the name of BoldVoice for $229.00 for the all year, I didnt even know what the h*** is that. I am losing so much money with that freaking buying stuff over the internet. I will never buy apple again. I am fed up. I want to sell my phone and sell my watch. F..k them. Merde!

Thankfully I didn't switch my phone from my ******* to Apple as I was going to, since it's so hard for apple to cancel apple music from my ******* phone line for going on4 months now. I'm annoyed that I have to keep paying for it. If anything I'm thinking of leaving ******* to go to a prepaid phone because I'm over it. You are a greedy company stop charging me for what I don't use and I would have paid you for what I do, you greedy company. I hope a constant 11$ charge was worth loosing all 5 of my lines because I'm over it greed in today's world has just gone to far. Stop overreaching constantly into my wallet.

I downloaded an app that I thought was free. When I was charged $30 for it I requested a refund which was given. However, Apple then blacklisted the card I have on file. I have tried for nearly 2 months to have this resolved. I was told I had to accept the charge & all would be well. So I did! My card is STILL blacklisted. So now Im not only out $30 I STILL CANNOT use this card. Ive been given the run around repeatedly. Ive spoken with my credit card ******************************** (which have been nothing but rude) nearly a dozen times & no one can seem to fix it. Yall need to do better.

Support representatives have been rude. They over talk you. They dont listen and start giving information on a different topic other than what was asked. I went to Apple Store to help wife get her screen fixed. The agent there could not assist because in order to start the process the find my device option needs to be turned off. Theres no way to access the account when the password is stored on the phone thats broken and the recovery email needs to send a two-factor authentication to said iPhone as well. Beware of this Loop! I was instructed to call Apple care support and that is where the incident becomes nightmarish. ******* said she would escalate the situation to get a resolution and I was hung up on. The second rep not only didnt listen but over talked me during my explanation and was of no help!
