      I've been loyal Apple customer for decades, lived all over the world and never have been so dissatisfied with an experience at one of their locations. This is my second time doing business at this establishment. Their first time i was laughed away and told to go to a kiosk because my iPhone 11 os too old. Forced back again with both front and back phone damage (covered by apple care) the female front door manager immediately rude and confrontational having had to leave work early for the second time to address some of the original issues and now new ones i was understandably frustrated but calm ( i was reading a books while waiting) I explained my annoyance to the "genius", expressed that I'm backed up phone wise have my apple id, password all set and just want to leave as soon as possible so please expedite the process.Apparently he didn't like my " vibe"His manager "guy with blue glasses" who was uncomfortably hovering over us the entire interaction swoops in " I agree! he says", in addition HE feels uncomfortable so instead of being understanding of a customer who has been done wrong by ********************** representatives at this location and honoring the T&C of apple care + for which Ive paid for for YEARS, decides I will not receive service and leave the store with my broken device.As a proud transgender I suffer for how other feel about me ever day and moment of my life. I should not been subject to that same abuse at an establishment Ive been a customer since ******************* opened shop.I got my phone, it only cost 99$$ but...1) "Blue Glasses" told the other employees to not help me then proceeded to gaslighting how i felt.2)I was assaulted and threatened by store security [(bold Hispanic man potentially military background) - Mall security had to ****** me to my vehicle Whole the Store employees helped HIM evade police. 3)I had to call 911 multiple times 4)I had to make a humiliatingly scene in the store 5)I risked my freedom to simply get why I paid for.

      I have a apple I phone 13 its new I called **** to report it was calling people after I hang up from a call.**** tried to help but told me to call apple and take it in to them. I just got off the phone with Apple I was told how they have looked into this and they find nothing wrong blame it on the user.So I said I was told by Att to bring it in But the phone doesnt do this every time its does it sporadically so He told me if I bring it in and it doesnt do the calling on its own then its considered working fine So Im not taking my phone in so I can look like a liar or fool. I will keep this pace of s- till Im able to go to att and go back to a ******* My wife talked me into getting a apple it was a mistake AND APPLE IS VERY Arrogant and thinking thatjust because the product does not mess up while theyre looking at it thats the problem is not real

      Company designs equipment to break and rip-off consumer. I bought a iPad Pro which is supposed to be designed to be better. The model came from factory with slight bend in it. They designed a plastic insert in the metal frame so that when pressure applied would crack screen. I had put in a nice case and simple school book was enough pressure to crack screen. Now they want 600 to replace iPad. What a scam of a company to charge **** for a device they design to break and then want 600 more. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off.

      I am being repeatedly pushed into buying a new Apple Watch by apple instead of replacing the Apple Watch battery on my current Apple Watch. The battery is dying noticeably faster. I went into the store to get it looked at and was told the battery is working well and is at 83%. It becomes a problem when it hits 80%. My option was to spend $300+ on a new Apple Watch and no other option. I went online to the apples website and was given an option to send it in for battery replacement. I spent $100 and received my Apple Watch back in the same condition. They would not replace the battery because it is still at 83% and not 80%. They took my money and did not fix the issue and are telling me to purchase a new Apple Watch.

      Horrible customer service! at the end I did understand why, the guy who supposed to be the manager was the worse, we have a very small window to purchase a phone and tablet and we told him that, he verified we are on the list and said there are a few names before us, when we told him the situation he just said you better leave the store and go to take your fly, kicking us out of the store! and after that he was around us steering at me particularly, when I asked him if he has any issue with me and why he is acting like that he just come to me like he will hit me! I asked him to talk with the supervisor and he responded "I am the supervisor" very proud, so I asked for the manager of the store and he said "nobody is above him on that store so we have no choice but to leave the store empty hands to the airport with all the frustration and kind of scars inside **, just biting with noting else to do. This happened Thursday May 11th afternoon. at the ************* in *****, I will never ever will go there and because of that planning to switch to an android, many other choices there and not to be treated so bad because they may think they are exclusive, Apple no more for me and my family and who ever I can recommend.

      1st time ever owning a Apple phone. Phone started messing up I went to tmobile (on a Sunday) to fix it only being told I had to go to the apple store or best buy which to call 1st to get an appointment to see if was a battery problem & was told appt were booked out 2 days. Took a chance & went to Best Buy on Monday morning, walked right in & was put on a diagnostic test. It wasn't battery so I went across the street to Apple Store signed in & was told a 2 hr wait. It being on barely under warranty was given a loaner phone. After 4 hrs total was told since it was a business acct to stop by a Tmobile store to activate it. Why in Gods name is this nonsense happening. That trip was 40 miles round trip & took most of my day up. Shame on Apple for not trusting TMobile to service their customers in a timely manner. I will never buy another Apple phone.

      The most *************** on the face of planet earth. Don't be a sucker to accept this redundant cancer in your life. They are the worst, when it comes to pollution, these b******* render hardware unusable based on the sales the project. Being a apple customer is like living with cancer.

      Beware redeeming your Apple gift cards onto your Apple account. Read the ******************** complaints on theB site about Apple blocking you from spending your own money to purchase Apple products. It happened to me. Calling Apple will be a waste of time. The only way to get your money back is to file a BBB complaint. I'm surprised this hasn't made national news yet. This is no different than depositing your money into a bank and the bank telling you can't have your money.

      iTunes support wouldn't refund a movie because of accidental purchase when I tried to purchase the combination pack. I've bought significant amount of items on itunes and this was just insult to injury. Denied the first time and for the appeal simply stating "We reviewed your claim and your purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund." Based on what? Wasn't a problem before and I've had other refunds limited in nature. A total of 8 refund requests out of 500+ titles purchased, the latest one being denied over a measly $7.99 when I purchased an entire set for $69.99. Not to mention, they overcharged me on a separate purchase, did not provide an update and did not refund the difference. Ridiculous.

      I used Apple Pay and when I tried to make a payment, it reported failure (and didn't show in iMessage that a payment was made). So I made a second attempt that succeeded. HOWEVER, Apple deducted from my account TWICE and they refuse to return the money to me. They say I have to get the money back from the recipient, which is unacceptable since THEIR software FAILED.
