      For APPLE to charge the million dollars they do in products one would expect at least decent customer service!! I have NEVER called into **************** and had a pleasant experience!! Everyone has a smart mouth, all of the foreigners working in the call centers, i called into Customer Support for a refund and literally sat on the phone with the rep in total silence for over 20 mins, so im like hey is there a issue do i need to call back and speak with someone else etc. Hang up from him, speak to another rep (ANOTHER FOREIGNER) and i tell her that id like to speak with a Supervisor, she interrupts and asks for my name, i give it to her and then she says "What can i help you with?" I said let me speak with a Supervisor and we literally went back and forth about that like seriously!!!!! I will NEVER buy another APPLE product ever and its unfortunate that i have several already!!

      I don't like that we're limited to only 3 accounts on our devices This is garbage and Please bring back the delete option in purchased apps like you had up to the iPhone 5 ************ only cares about themselves and the control over the user

      I am a first-time Apple customer, I have tried multiple times to get my phone replaced they are wanting to put a $1,300 hold on my account which I do not have I'm on sick leave from work I did try to go to an Apple store even though they knew my phone was messed up they would not help me they were very rude and disrespectful I've had nothing but huge issues out of this phone since I've got it the watch is great I can't even touch my phone it gets so hot and I haven't had it very long and I paid cash for it they are giving me the runaround not trying to work with my situation and I am fed up I can't believe they treat their customers the way that they do the senior supervisor hung up on me today

      I have been having issues with my Apple headphones for the past few months and have to go into the store at least once a month just to get the same product replaced over and over again. When I go into the store and request for a different generation, I am told that apparently there is nothing they can do and I just have to keep spending my time in the Apple store once a month. At this point, Im done with the entire brand and I would rather move on to something else.

      Hi Im 16 saved up all my money to purchase a MacBook Air and I opened my laptop this morning and my half my computer is glitching and has these lines on my screen this is super disappointing because I used it the day before and it was perfectly fine and for this laptop to be so expensive and to do that out of the blue is very upsetting. And Apple couldnt give me answers when I called them. Please reach out to me when you received this message please and thank you.

      I wish Mr. ******************* was still reviewing Apple customer feedback, as he did when he was with us. He would take action. Terrible customer service, I dare say appalling, (given the $$$ sent to this company) given the time I wasted without resolution or good outcome. Can I give zero stars?FULL TRANSPARENCY: Ticket number #** 19 86 04 83 88 Signed up for TV+ and received immediate confirmation regarding billing. Then, unable to connect on any device (phone, laptop, stream box Nvidia Shield). Error message: Email not recognized. But for billing: email clearly recognized as I received 2 factor authentication message to my cell phone number (which I did not provide, but obviously they had) Talk with customer service and 80 minutes later, no resolution. Account not active, or refund option is **** take 30 days Super funny, I asked to be contacted by phone and they scheduled 1st available which is 6am. No doubt a strategy for Apple to catch business professionals getting ready for work, or kids to school etc. They didnt ask me what is convenient, just an email, your window is 6am to 6:15am. Missed call? Apple tried, close the ticket. How is this company a giant of computers and phones with such glaringly poor customer service? After this experience, Ill never buy an Apple product again (and currently have an iPhone, and 27 iMac).FULL TRANSPARENCY: Ticket number #** 19 86 04 83 88

      My Apple iPhone 14 plus that I have had for 3 months got hacked into, and the password and passcode were changed on my phone I have been to 3 different Apple stores and provided all the information as requested and still no one has a resolution to the problem, went to the ********* to Apple Store and the lady I spoke there was very rude and basically accused me of stealing a phone I had the paperwork and serial number to, I have had to spend another 1400$ to get another line and service due to the negligent customer service I have received, not to mention this phone is still under warranty and is now locked again for 26 days because of the repeated steps to unlock it have not worked and Apple has refused to fix this problem.

      Apple does not care about their customers at all. They would let you die, get ****, etc before they will help you! I have received The worse customer service ever in my life. I was put in account recovery based off bad training. No one cares no one matters. iCloud is the worse email to have!

      Apple needs to up the amount of apple ids that you can create cause 3 is bs cant believe they havent done anything about this Crapple doesnt care about anything else except for their bank account and their back pocket
