I'm the only one who has access my accounts. -Unauthorized Apple Store purchase had to be disputed by CCD company. I wasn't even asked to approve the charge. -Apple **** services employees have never completed 1 task in 5 months and clearly can't even close my account. ***************** is essentially non-existent as are any problem resolution skills. -This company is swirling the scam drain and taking customers for every ***** they can get.

The absolute worst. You will never have your issue resolved because the call service representatives make you go through all these obstacles to correct an issue and make broken promises. The quality of their products isn't worth what you pay for. They make you out to be a liar when you are genuinely telling the truth. They don't even deserve one star. You are robbed of your money and they cannot back explanation on their policies and procedures as to why they are unable to do anything, but keep asking if there is anything they can do. It's a joke. They cause intentional infliction of emotional distress, just to make a buck. It's disgusting. Half of the representatives are polite and the other half are very rude. There is no consistency and they won't provide you with whatever notations they keep writing to each other across the board.

On its own, my mother's iPhone decided to start automatically answering phone calls. Relatives and strangers alike would call, and without anyone even near it, the iPhone answers the calls and permits the other person to hear everything going on in the household. This can include private conversations, intimate moments, TV and music listening, and everything else. This is tantamount to a criminal invasion of privacy. (And of course -- let's not forget that Apple serves the Communist Party of ***** and puts the lives of thousands of protestors at risk of death.)

Apple makes it very hard to cancel subscriptions. It should be one button. It took me 37 min with customer support billing to get my $4.99 per month subscription canceled, just to hard, poor customer service.

I've recently traded-in my iPhone 12 for the latest iPhone 14, so I shipped my old one per the trade-in instructions. On December 15, 2022, an Apple Customer Support Representative informed me that the trade-in was unsuccessful (due to erasing data issues) and that the device will be returned, so I was charged $***. The representative told me my old/iPhone 12 will be shipped within 3-5 business days. I've waited a week and a half, and the phone has yet to arrive.

I called this morning to check the status and was told by a manager/supervisor that the old/iPhone 12 has been recycled! This is not right and they're unlawfully taking my property, so I am out of $*** and my phone is gone!

I've filed a police report and in hope to escalate the issue further.

this is the order number **************

This is sicken a multi billion dollar company that treats their customers like SH*T. Apple literally stole out my bank account and I have been trying to get my money back for over 30 days now. There is no form of communication. I was told 11.16.22 to allow 3-7 days for my refund. Call back 14 days after seeking the status and then was told allow 30 days. Call back after over 30 days to be told the refund was never submitted. WHAT!!!!!! Now I'm asked to wait another fu*king 30 days for something that was literally STOLEN from my PAYPAL. Tried to dispute transaction from PayPal and they decline in favor of APPLE. Both companies are THIVES.

Black Friday $50 gift card -Not sent? It appears that Apple continues to rely on the practice of not sending the promised $50 gift card with the qualifying iPhone purchase just hoping the recipient will expect it to come when the iPhone is shipped, but THAT will be too late. No gift cards will be sent after any promotion has ended. SO, if you purchase qualifying devices for these promotions BEWARE and contact Apple immediately if you do not get the $50 gift card via email after purchase. I purchased two iPhone SE(third generation) as my husband and I needed new 5G phones and we experienced this. The Apple representative I spoke with had even been ripped off when he purchased a laptop from Apple and didn't get his $100 gift card. In the link below for another section of this Community Forum, apparently this has been going on for quite some time. The only satisfaction my husband and I got was a free accessory, but that took a LOT of complaining about "bait and switch" practices, bad business practice, many years of education purchases from Apple, etc. I really thought better of Apple's customer service until now. Seems I can't leave a link, so look up "I didn't received the gift card with my Black Friday iPhone purchase" and see complaints from 2021.

Thank you for your recent correspondence to the executive offices of Apple.

We appreciate the customer providing Apple feedback regarding their experience. Please be assured that Apple considers all of our customers' concerns to be important. In fact, many of Apple's product and policy changes have been made as a direct result of customer feedback.

While this may not happen in all instances, should the customer need additional assistance, Apple has invited them to contact us directly.

I wish I can give a zero for it. Apple advertise $50 gift card with purchase of iphone 12/13 during Thanksgiving period. I read all the terms and conditions and confirm with their representative for at least twice before I made my purchase. After the pickup and never get this promotion, I call to find out and first time that disconnect my call, second time that being told I am not eligible for the promotion (while I have confirm my eligibility twice before I made my purchase). At the end they just said that I am not eligible and END. What a bad customer experience!

      Dear Better Business Bureau:

Thank you for your recent correspondence to the executive offices of Apple.

This office attempted to contact the customer several times regarding their complaint. Because Apple has not received a response, Apple must assume, unless we hear otherwise, that the issues described in their complaint have been resolved to their satisfaction.

      Sincerely,

      Apple Retail Executive Relations

I never received a response from Apple regarding this complaint! Except if you count promotion as an approach? Again, I don't agree with this resolution!

If I could give Apple zero stars I would. Apple caused me hardship and will not give me a refund and I had stuff that needed to be paid off and I had to end up putting my stuff on hold. I used the Live Bingo app which charged me over $300. I tried filing a claim 4 times and it got denied. I called and asked why it was denied and support claimed there was no reason. Apparently they lied. The status of the claim was Compromised Account. How is requesting a refund committing fraud? I have purchased several Apple products and for this to happen is BS. I strongly suggest for everyone to stop purchasing Apple products because they care more about getting customers money than their actual money.

I reached out to the lady who sold it to me. She gave me the proof of purchase and showed me she been removed it from her account. So who out it in lost mode?! I called apple support and they told me I'm basically out of a laptop!!!! I'm so upset
