      Apples customer service was abismal at best. A pompous group that have zero desire to help or assist long time customers that have fed that company for the past 3 decades. Paid for overnight shipping through my web order, courier (which was chosen by them) did not deliver the package at all claiming they dont deliver to my attended PO Box. Mind you, Ive received computers, iPads, iPhones and all off accessories to this box which Ive had for the past 12 years. When contacted Apple they claim I should have known the couriers rules for delivery and there isnt anything they could do about it. Would not refund the delivery fee and claimed it would take 3-5 business days to refund my money for the product. ******, the initial customer service rep was worthless as it sounded like she was running a baby sitting business while on the phone. Her supervisor, ****** was even worst. Had an attitude from the moment he answered the line, and started yelling at me saying warning me that my attitude would not be tolerated even though I never even raised my voice.

      Absolute pure and utter scum bags like you would never believe. I never talked to more ignorant self righteous condescending "people" in my life. Half their customer service should be retrained or fired. They will hang up in your face, say things like "can you comprehend this" when they work for apple!This moronic company still can't fix a major bug in their online checkout process ongoing for years that will auto cancel your order on the day it's supposed to ship with no warning or notification or reason! It should be criminal to waste people's time the way they callously do and I highly recommend you stay away from the dysfunctional behemoth that is apple.

      I am writing to complain about the unfortunate low quality of the iPhone 13 Max *** that my son got stuck with and having to deal with un-explainable warranty policy for it.In 7/2022, 10 months into 30-mo VZ contract, my son brought his damaged iPhone 13 Max *** to Apple Store. He was offered an option to pay about $700 to get a replacement model - another, supposedly brand new, iPhone 13 *** **** My son paid $700 and got the new unit. The new unit started glitching in December 2022; in January 2023, the phone started re-booting on its own and losing messages. My son took it to the Apple store. The Apple store employee ran diagnostic tests and found hardware problems: for $500+ they would fix it. They said the warranty on this "replacement" unit was only 90 days!! Those $700 we paid for the defective unit - I want them back!

      Apple charged my card 2 times for Apple One. I requested a refund for a duplicate charge and it was approved. My subscription was canceled and I was told that I was going to have to pay a 3rd time when my card was previously charged twice. W/funds coming out of my account twice and 1 refund processed. I disputed this. Apple said they couldnt do anything for me.

      This review is not about this particular location but about my Iphone experiences. I have had an Iphone6, Iphone8 and Iphone 11. With every one of these phones, the software updates created a problem where my Maps, Email, anything that needed Wifi Internet access would stop working after every other software update unless I had an inhouse Wifi connection. I complained to Apple online and on the phone many times because this software error meant that I could only receive calls and send texts for 1/2 of the year or more unless I had WIFI access in someone's home. My phones were not able to access internet externally for most of the year. These phones are expensive and I asked Apple for my money back. They just ignored me and the time it took for them to get another software update out to fix the repeated server connection failure error was longer and longer. I got fed up, dumped my Iphone and bought a ******** It's very annoying because many reviews do not reflect this problem which causes the phones to be almost useless for most of the year. I use Maps as my navigator and needed to be able to access my email wherever I was. So frustrating and Apple continues to repeat this error every other software update even though I reported it every time.

      Apple responded telling me to contact their customer service which I have already done a gazillion times over the years without the Server error problem being immediately resolved. The only successful conclusion I will accept is for Apple to refund me half of the money I paid for their very expensive phones as they only provided the service I paid for 1/2 of the time.

      The customer service for Apple is the worst. I bought a Iphone13 4 MONTHS ago. I have had to drive an hour one way to the store to get it fixed twice now. Both times it has been a manufacturing issue and they refuse to replace the phone. I don’t have confidence in their new products any more. Even less confidence in the customer service. They are unwilling to work with me in every way. I only asked for an extended warranty because I have a feeling this phone is going to continue to cause me problems or just replace it. COMPLETELY unwilling to do anything at all!!!!

      30 days ago I put $20 on my Apple ID when I was originally trying to put it on my Apple Pay. Called that day and requested a refund, they told me they had approved it and to be on the look out within the next week or so. 30 days have passed and still nothing but when I check the claim it says it has been refunded. Called back again today and they said because a reoccurring subscription had taken out of that $20 it’s no longer able to be refunded. Mind you, this took out days after they had already approved the refund and should have already had the money unavailable to be spent. This was the 4th time I had contacted apple regarding my refund and every time I was told the same thing, that it will be arriving any day, to now them telling me they can’t do anything about it. I’m aware it’s only $20 but I’m a single mom with 3 kids and don’t have any extra as is, but for them to not only make me believe any day it would be here to now all of a sudden I won’t be receiving anything after waiting a month for it, is very disappointing. Do better.

      Godmother could not send me money because Apple wanted all of my information including social security number. They have way overstepped their boundaries. I told her to buy my a Google pixel because im quite tired of Apple’s unnecessary authority over my money while giving me zero access to change my friggin setting. Apple is a horrible company

      Made an appointment to get my battery replaced and drove the 45 min to the Apple Store, with the expectation that it would be done in 30-40 min. I took 2.5 hours off work to make the drive and wait for the repair. When I got there they told me the wait would be 4 hours because it’s “first come first serve”. I could not take a whole day off just for a battery replacement. They offered me a new appointment but they refused to guarantee it would be repaired at the time of the new appointment because it’s first come first serve. Absolutely unacceptable that I kept my appointment with them but they refused to keep theirs with me. If I had an appointment with a client of mine and, when they showed up, told them to come back 4 hours later, I would be fired immediately. But Apple has their little monopoly and won’t allow non Apple people to work on the phone without voiding the warranty. The manager called me later and made no effort to apologize or provide me with a set date/time for the repair. They make repairs on older products so difficult just to get people so frustrated they buy a new product. And, they make their products to last only about 3 years before they crap out. Someone needs to start a consumer protection class action against them.
