      Hey Apple,
      As an apple user,i have to say that I am extremely disappointed in you.
      New Ipad pro,bought in 2022.
      The product was bought new and is lightly used ONLY when i go on business trips. I use my mac and my phone more frequently than anything.
      Ipad litteraly just sits in my home office all day!!!
      This time around,it was sitting as usual and the battery drained out,ipad died. Didnt even notice it died for days,thats how rare i use it.
      Yesterday,02/06 i picked up the Ipad,try charging it because i have a trip coming up in a couple of days and noticed it wont come on. Despite me charging it for hours,it still doesnt come on.
      So random! I go to the apple store they tell me my logic board is spoiled.
      Like how? an apple product, bought new 2 years ago that is slightly used?????????? Logic board just spoils because ipad is sitting on desk non used? Im so disappointed for a brand that is all
      about quality,this happens to!
      And the apple guy tells me it will be $499 because its been more than a year so no more warranty to have it fixed and guess what??? The one they will swap my ipad for wont have any warranty either!
      I am so so disappointed!So so disappointed you have absolutely no idea!!!!
      Happy to tell my story to whoever wants to hear it because guess what? I bought the ipad new because i wanted to avoid this kind of situation! And yet it still happens to a *quality brand* that sells * quality products*!!
      So disappointed!

      I have Apple tv streaming, not a phone!!!! I am being charged each month. A fraudulent number is the Apple number listed on my billing statement each month! I called this number to cancel Apple streaming. I made sure it was Apple and told them I wanted to cancel the subscription. The person that answered said I needed tech and was transferred to tech. Tech? Before I was transferred, I was asked for the credit card number. I thought that was normal. As soon as he answered, I repeated that I was calling about the apple subscription. Notice I have not used the word 'streaming'! I then found out I was being charged twenty three dollars an hour per phone call and he would transfer me to the right person! I told him absolutely not! I was not paying for a phone call with anyone and hung up! Remember the above phone number is what listed is on my billing statement every month. The tech person asked how old my Apple TV was. I was shocked and said I did not have an Apple TV. I then found out I was being charged twenty three dollars an hour to talk to an expert! I replied I was not paying anyone to talk to them and hung up.
      Shortly after, I received an email from 'Just Answer' billing me forty six dollar/month for a subscription and the credit card number used! I was not confirming my credit card! I was becoming a member! I was not told by anyone that I was being charged for a subscription. I was told I would be charged to talk with someone! I was outraged!
      I Googled the phone number on my statement!
      Here are the results:
      'This is the number from a group that's acquired your credit card number and is known to charge small amounts on alleged iTunes purchases charged to your account.' and 'lots of articles on the net asserting at charges on bank statements associated with the fraudulent number and are fraudulent charges!'
      This is so wrong and fraudulent!!!

      If you come across this and you want to somehow track and spy on someone or your partner, maybe get into their phones to see its contents and access their activities, then I’ll urge you to just reach out to this professional IT expert Rafael via his mail at ( Premiumspyglobal @ Gmailcom). He is an established certified and accurate investigator. He makes no mistakes and totally successful at what he delivers. I don't know how, but he successfully got into my cheating partner’s gadgets after I provided the necessary information requested which luckily were all linked to the same cloud. As heartbreaking as the things I discovered were, I was happy I was just able to have concrete proof that I wasn't crazy in my relationship. I was not myself for the past year, it was very challenging having to balance my career with my relationship because I was constantly uncomfortable and disturbed by my worries and suspicion but i just could not get any tangible evidence.. Rafael hacked my spouse’s phone of it's texts, location GPS, videos, pictures, especially deleted ones, oh so many secret images he always hides from me. I got special access to monitoring his calls to that particular number i suspected was his mistress at the time and I had access to having recorded his conversations as evidence that i used against him. Everything was so easy to uncover, it was amazing. Take control of your sanity again and reach Rafael on his gmail to help you. He’s capable of hacking anything you request of him, so yes, I recommend this service. Total peace of mind afterwards.

      I downloaded a app that I made a 1 time payment for in jun21 2021 I been using the app for the last 2 years I draw on the app almost everyday as I did yesterday fed 3 2023. Today it will prompt me to pay 12.99 to download and use it again.... not it is also stating that they refunded me the payed amount the same day I purchased it. That's not possible as I been using it for the last 2 years. Apple told me there is nothing they can do and to contact procreate. So really no help here. Apple care is the worse place to go to get things fixed all they want is for you to give them more money

      I have been using Apple for a long time, and I’ve always paid for the apps that I use! I have recently been charged $53.49 for an app I never intended to purchase and never used after the purchase date! I sometimes I’m guilty of forgetting about free trials however, this is stealing! This is unacceptable!

      I was a loyal Apple customer for 10 years and have an iMac, an iPad and iPhone. I am quitting. I am warning everyone to not get any new brand iphone. I got iphone 14 pro max. It has an issues, camera not working very well.It feels like literally using iphone 11. They are sucks at express replacement. I have been trying to change my phone for 1 months.They are not able to manage whole process. Everythime some issues showing up about delivery, adress, out of stock. I am so over!!!!I am still waiting phone pls do not even consider to buy a iphone 14 pro max.

      My credit card received unauthorized charges on Jan. 21 fraudulently. I called and spoke with Josh ID#10125289. He refused to help me as I didn't know my apple ID. This was impossible for me to know since I didn't have one. Hence the fraudulent charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he refused to transfer me until I could identify myself with an apple ID. I had to call my bank so they can dispute the charge. Now my card is shut down and I have to drive an hour to my bank for the replacement card. The customer service here is ridiculous. They are incredibly rude and lazy. I would never buy a product or service from them if I was paid to do so. That obviously have no problem with people being fraudulently charged. People please look out for unauthorized charges by this greedy and corrupt company. SHAME ON APPLE!

      I have an IPhone and when you register your new phone you must give them a credit card to store in your phone. Then over time you start seeing all these reoccurring random monthly charges on your bank statements. I have attempted to unsubscribe, cancel or stop these payments through my bank with no success. They are robbing us all every month! This is a criminal act and they should be charged for their crimes. Tricia Morgan Tilley

      I purchased MacBook air laptop 2 years ago and barely use it. It suddenly just shut down and stopped working. I took it to an apple repair place and they said seems to be I bought a rare lemon and defective product. I spent over ***** on it and will never buy apple product again! The company needs to be investigated!

      I would give zero stars if possible. Apple clearly has a service program offering free repair for a manufacturing issue they are aware is their fault. They refuse to honor it, saying 4-5 years is the expected lifespan of their computers. What? I usually upgrade in 5 years to have new technology, but my Mac Pro that cost me over $2300 should not be dead. What's more insulting is the support site clearly states they are aware of the issue with their "flex cable" that tears through time when opening and closing lid causing a black screen. Shoddy workmanship that cost me a few grand. Never again Apple. After only buying Apple, it's time for a change. A clear upgrade to a brand that stands by its product.
