      Today I tried to buy a iPhone 14 pro *** in apple store market street. But their salesperson didn't serve me, but sent me to a pick up line. I checked and there was a 14pro*** gold at the time, and one of the shop assistants helped me made a product reservation. I got a text message reminding me to pick it ** in fifteen minutes. So I did a little shopping around the store. When I went back to the pickup line, I found that the mobile phone I reserved had been taken away. My QR code is no longer available.After that, there was no phone I wanted in the store. I'm very disappointed, they didn't scan my QR code, they took out my phone and sold it to others. I waited in store for over two hours at the store to get the phone I wanted. If your clerk can't check the *** Can not check the code,you don't need to make a product appointment, just sell the phone to me.

      **************** *****, there is no communication between employees there are no notes in case you get disconnected.
      Apple has been stealing money from my account for months, i called today spent 45 min on the phone when the lady who was speaking to me had to do her job she hanged up and called me back asking to submit a refund request i called back another technician and the company manager couldn't locate the account. Big companies like this should be penalized our put out of business for stealing, lack of professionalism, lack of attention to detail, lack of attention to the clients and paying customer

      The worst products and support I've had the misfortune to deal with. Can't ever just sign into my account, have to fo through h*** just ro update my payment information. Never going to use it again...

      I purchased an Apple Watch SE back in august ever since I bought it I have had nothing but problems. I went to stores they look at it says it's fine. Then I bought the brand new AirPods Pro and another lemon they take up to 5 min to connect to my phone. I have called and told these people and nothing but updates blah blah blah. Again you should be able to have more than 14days to know it's a piece of ****. Don't recommend buying any of these. If you do your screwed. I've been waiting for someone to call me I message and call and no one can help. Stop buy apple products because they are purely junk.

      I bought Apple Watch 6 less than two years back. While playing tennis three weeks back, it started sending SOS messages without any event.it didn't stop even when I tried to. Even police came to tennis court and ensured we are good. After that my watch stopped working. When I went to Apple Store they gave an appointment for evening. During appointment they didn't do much troubleshooting and said it needs to go factory wearhouse for identifying software or hardware house. The moment it reached their wear house I got an immediate message that watch being replaced. They didn't do any software troubleshooting and simply want to replace watch with high price of 299$ which is lot. Totally unhappy with a expensive product not working under two years and company not doing right troubleshooting

      I have a IPhone 7 Plus. I can't change the cell number for a new one because I forgot the Apple password *** they keep sending codes to my old cell number
      because of Dual Authentication they ask for. The Apple store can't help either. You go there and they message you when your appointment is ready. Finally, they just gave me a ***** to call. I called the number four times. The first time I was emailed links that don't work. The second time my case number indicated I had a iPad, the third it was escalated but I never talked to a higher technical specialist because I was just told I cannot retrieve the account period. The fourth time Was because getting a new Apple ID deleted my Apps. I don't know if I'll get them back. Also, I can't get a screen protector for it because they don't make it anymore. I looked at the iPhone 14 but **********s daughter says it is the same as IPhone 13?!? ******* it) No wonder Apple is a Trillion dollar company, they are Crooks that wasted my time over something they created in the first place. One star is too much. I will switch to Android because it is a real computer that can download files not just simple .pdfs. What a worthless company. The worst company in the World.

      I am suspicious of trade-in process. I mailed my phone and was told package was received empty. After reporting that the shipping package weight would establish the package wasn't shipped empty and that I was filing a police report, it suddenly appeared less than 30 minutes later. The box was never empty. I believe it was an attempt to defraud me of my refund and steal the phone.
