      Horrible l! I made a mistake and purchased the wrong package on a ap, i requested a refund and they denied me. Also apple has the worse customer service agents!!

      Apple Card Promo deceptive terms and conditions I signed up for a promotion whereby if I spent $1500 in the first 60 days, I would receive a $300 promotional credit. I made $2000 and purchases and then come to find out that purchase needed to be made specifically with my card not my wifes card as an authorized user. So even though we spent $2000, only some of it was accounted for in the promotion due to their fine print. I had a good faith understanding that by making $2000 in charges and paying them over $2000 in charges that would be sufficient to earn this promotion. I find this very deceiving and expect more from Apple. Additionally in speaking with their customer service, You can tell they were ready to reply with those terms, as it was an immediate reply and consistent in their reply. Which leads me to believe I am not the only one that has called regarding this. Be aware of any Apple promotions.

      My ****** account access was denied for unknown reason. I called support and they said that I had to have proof of purchase to remove the account lock on the devices that were connected to the ****** account, even though the person who gifted it to us has since passed. This literally makes no sense and is a money grab. Apple support is useless and does not have their customer's interests in mind, only knowing how to make more money.

      Their ****************************** completely dismissed my concern over selling me a product that they subsequently discontinued weeks after the return window. I've tried reaching out to their Store, in their Support app, and to the Executive Relations team with no resolution to correct the issue appropriately. I'd be waiting weeks for a response without one until today.The ****************************** staff (******) began the call by stating her point that she wouldn't be helping me any further with my issue. All they did was say they'll provide my feedback to their appropriate team.The ****************************** stated that if I try to file a BBB review, that she'd be the person to deal with the issue anyways. I interpreted this as an intimidation tactic to not post my review because it would go nowhere anyways. It concerns me that this is the customer service I received.Based on my experience, I will not purchase another Apple product again.

      I had just purchased a new Macbook on November 7, 2024 and during the setup process, I encountered an issue during the setup process. After several attempts to complete my account setup a pop up box appeared instructing me to contact Apple tech support via the iTunes app. I went to the iTunes site thinking I was dealing with Apple tech support under the guise of Justanswer. As I continued with the process with Justanswer, I was informed that I needed to enter my credit card information and that I would be charged a dollar which is fully refundable. A tech from Justanswer began a chat session walking me through the steps to resolve my issue, which was successful. Curious, I went to my credit card app and noticed the dollar charge with an additional 55 dollal recurring monthly charge. Apparently I was subscribed to Justanswer without my knowledge and through false pretenses. I contacted my ************ customer service and they refused my request to dispute the charges because I willing entered my CC info. ********** is not ethical in its business practice and for Apple to continue to forward new and current customers to this company should also be held accountable.

      I purchased a IPhone Pro Max 15 September 2023. I attempted to return within 3 days but they would not take the phone back. They told me to wait a while and I would get "use" to it. Shortly thereafter I had to leave the country and I tried to contact Apple while out of the country regarding the rejected return but they were unable to help me from ******. When I returned, they refused to take the phone as it had been more than 30 days even though I tried to return it within 3 days due to medical/physical issues. I recently learned from **** they never received the trade-in and could not give me the credit I was promised. I have talked to numerous managers at the ************************* ***** location and the issue has still not been resolved. I strongly suggest not using this store. I definitely will never purchase an Iphone or Apple product in the future. I have since learned the new phone is not reduced by the value of the trade-in which I was not aware of. This business did not apply nor receive BBB accreditation.

      Frustrating purchase experience at Apple Store!Recently I purchased unlocked iphone 16 pro for my personal use at Apple ************** in ****************. I paid in full at the time of purchase. The sales agent asked me where I was working and he wanted to find if there were any discounts through my employer. Looks like he ended up associating my purchase with my employer without my approval or knowledge. Unfortunately I didnt realize this at the store since he couldn't produce me a physical receipt and sent me an online receipt. I setup my phone and it now shows that the phone is managed and supervised by my employer. I see a *** profile on my phone and I don't have controls to even erase the contents of my phone. This is a frustrating experience as a buyer. I then looked up my receipt and the receipt shows the name of my employer. I find this extremely frustrating that as a consumer I had been deceived and disappointed while I was spending my fortune on this device. I believed ********************** support and apple genius bar can resolve this problem. They both said I have to work with my employer to get the *** profile uninstalled. I wanted to just return this device and walk the other way since my purchase experience was ruined. However I have to work with my employer, get the *** profile deleted before the store could even take my phone back. This is extremely disappointing. The associates at the store showed no care while dealing with this. They simply said the sales agent did the right thing because some businesses give credit to their employees for using this relationship and this is the first time they have seen this problem on a personal purchase. There was NO APOLOGY, no motivation to get things right for their customers. What a JOKE! I contemplated a lot before buying this phone and now I regret buying APPLE. I would be spending my energy on returning this device and moving my loyalty to a different phone manufacturer.

      ******* la compra de giff cards de Apple, con el objetivo de comprar el iphone 16 pro Max de 256 G, no pude realizar la compra, ped ayuda al soporte el cual accedi a ayudarme en la compra, en ese momento se suspendi mi cuenta y qued preocupado, la operadora me dijo que no haba problema, que haba solucin y que en 48 horas me habilitaban la cuenta, voy ** de 10 das y solo me dicen que se suspendi y que revise trminos y condiciones, lo peor de esto es que ellos aceptan tu dinero para realizar la compra de las giff cards pero te deshabilitada la cuenta y no te *** razn o motivo y tambin te dicen que ese dinero se queda congelado, no te derivan a otra instancia o alguna apelacin para que revisen tu caso y se resuelva, es una muy mala experiencia para mi, y sobre todo para los que nos cuesta generar ese monto de dinero el cual ellos dicen que est perdido ( congelado).

      Apple customer care and warranty service is GARBAGE. they have incompetent people answering the phone, not doing their job and very unhelpful. Basically they don't care to help and tell you there's nothing they can do. My son's phone heats up and I contacted apple to try to get a replacement under warranty and they basically told me no because no one has gotten burned or injured from it, therefore they don't feel that the device is unsafe!! are you F***** kidding me??? Absurd!!! I've owned many Iphones and own multiple devices, but never in my life has anyone told me this non-sense, and I am especially upset because it has to do with my child's safety. Shame on you APPLE, for all the money you charge for these devices.

      Better Sleep App - Apple, *** Novembrer 4, 2024 I saw a repeated TV advertisement on *** and/or ********** offering Better Sleep. The TV Commercial encouraged downloading the Better Sleep App for more information. After seeing this TV Commercial several times, I download the *** to see if there was such a technique that would allow someone to received better sleep. After downloading the Better Sleep App on my iPhone, I opened it up and I was instantly charged $52.99 that came out of Bank Account. I'm like what in the world is going on? I went to my laptop to find out that I was, in fact, charged $52.99 by ************************** - just for downloading the *** and Opening it up.This is Fraud. I was never given any details whatsoever about being charged for any amount. Being I had good experiences with Apple in the past, I went to my Apple Account to request a refund - just thinking it would be no problem and it was just a mistake.However, I received a reply the next day stating my charge was not eligible for a refund. When I challenged the review, response again I received another reply stating the same - my charge was not eligible for a refund and this decision was final allow no further contact.This was the rudest and most unethical business transaction I've ever experience. In addition, this charge was Flagged as recurring annually. I don't know if the recurring charge is cancelled or not because of the level of difficulty navigating the Apple website and the Better Sleep App. I removed the App, and now I'm filing a BBB complaint and will challenge the transaction with by local Bank.These Corporate Giants are ruthless and unethical. I will now file letters with the TV Networks airing this commercial and send it to all the local News Networks for investigation.We to stop this kind of business practices. Plus, it is impossible to call ************************** and talk with anyone - it is just a maze of prerecorded answering machines that transfers you from one machine to another.
